I've lost it from my watched threads and can't find it by searching either, am I just being stupid?

I could have a curry with pineapple in maybe. The thought of curry still makes me feel queasy at the mo though...

And I have to stimulate the nips too.

With DS I had my first contraction at 9:05pm on a Sunday night. It was good timing really. He was out at 1:08am on the Monday morning.

Squonk good plan doting on the littlies. I have been spending quality time with DS today. We lay together in my bed for 30 mind before he went for his nap. I tried to get him to sleep there but he kept slapping me in the face every so often to stop me falling asleep, and shouting "car" every time he heard a car go by.

Dropdeadfred · 08/01/2008 15:22

dd3 gets doted on wwhen the other two come home.

Just heard that dd1 got into her choice of 6th Form College!! Yay!!!

Egg · 08/01/2008 15:25

SIXTH FORM COLLEGE.

Ok I know how old she is, but you only look about 25 yourself, were you 10 when she was born?????????

Fab news though. Big congrats, she must be really chuffed (and you of course).

Dropdeadfred · 08/01/2008 15:31

Oh Egg..you know how to compliment !!!!!!!!!!!!

I look 105 in the mornings...

Egg · 08/01/2008 15:35

I have not washed my hair since Friday.

I am almost looking gaunt now (never happened to me before, apart from late teens when I stopped eating).

I now look about 205.

Just posted on the thread about the homeless woman buying a sandwich and then read the other comments and realised I had written almost the same as you Fred!

fryalot · 08/01/2008 15:36

wow, fred - good news on the sixth form. Agree with egg, you don't look old enough.

egg - you call on anyone you possibly can to come and help. Can you imagine a woman in labour with twins asking for a favour and turning her down? won't happen. Everyone will be falling over themselves to help (and probably made up that you asked as well) Am considering bringing the kids on holiday to Winchester for a fortnight so I can help out (seriously, I wish I could)

fryalot · 08/01/2008 15:36

homeless woman? sandwich?

Dropdeadfred · 08/01/2008 15:39

Great minds Egg

Worrying to hear you are looking gaunt, there has never been that much of you has there? I wish I was closer I could come and take ds out to play with dd3...

Is there noone there that you have befriended enough to help out a bit?

Egg · 08/01/2008 15:39

You can all sleep in the loft room together! With my mum...

It would be sooooooooooooo lovely if any / all of you lived down the road.

Have had offers from two sets of neighbours to call on them at "ANY TIME DAY OR NIGHT" so I know we will be ok. Just want to disrupt DS as little as poss, poor lad.

Egg · 08/01/2008 15:41

I am only looking gaunt as have not been eating much these last few days and Nemo and Dory (or the parasites, as the duty doc called them) are taking everything for themselves. Skin is very dry so it makes me look even OLDER.

fryalot · 08/01/2008 15:42

slap some moisturiser on and go out and buy a ready made sandwich

Egg · 08/01/2008 15:46

I nearly DID buy a ready made sarnie in M&S yesterday as thought they looked quite nice, but then bought some CHIPS instead as they just looked so tasty.

Yesterday I ate...

Half a bowl of porridge
Some M&S chips
A biscuit
A glass of choc milk
A glass of orange squash
Lots of water

I think that was it!

Bugger, it looks like it is about to pee down again, just as I am going to get DS up for a walk (he has been mumbling about pubbles all day). Pubbles are puddles to you and me by the way.

Dropdeadfred · 08/01/2008 15:52

I could hardly eat at the end of my pgy...just no room in tummy.

Rub some chip fat on your dry skin

Egg · 08/01/2008 15:57

I use that really rich Nivea and smother my face in it every night. Cold weather does not help.

Bugger, DS has been asleep 2 hours again.

He slept an hour at nursery yesterday, and slept so well last night. I really ought not to let him sleep so long at home but I LOVE IT WHEN HE IS ASLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP.

Dropdeadfred · 08/01/2008 16:04

Perhaps an exfoliator would help?

My skin goes crappy when the weather is cold and we have the central heating too high..

If DS needs sleep let him.enjoy the rest!!!!!!!!

Egg · 08/01/2008 16:08

But it is PAST FOUR O CLOCK!

We haven't even had any fresh air today.

Argh I can't be arsed with exfoliating. Although if that is your secret to looking so young...

Hey, did you know Squonk is in fact 57?

Dropdeadfred · 08/01/2008 16:11

you fell for that line too Egg? she's actually 66 next birthday!

I think eating too much plumps all my lines and wrinkles out...

fryalot · 08/01/2008 16:35

I am here you know

fryalot · 08/01/2008 16:44

that's right, run away

(or waddle, depending on whether you are egg or fred )

Egg · 08/01/2008 17:35

Oh hello Squonk didn't see you there .

Sorry, DS and I went for a half hour puddle jumping walk. He LOVED it.

He has just eaten half a roast chicken. Am just pleased he eats chicken now! He insisted on a marmite sandwich as well, which he has not touched, so I have eaten it!

Talking of which, hope marmite's dentist appt went ok...

Dropdeadfred · 08/01/2008 18:43

Egg you are such a good mum!

marmitemad · 08/01/2008 18:47

I am here, dentists appointment was ok but felt really crappy when I got back to work, loads of shit going on and it's the wrong time of month, felt like crying a lot.

my mouth has only just come back to life (which at least meant I didn't eat anything all afternoon).

Egg - have just worked out that you are 44.5 miles or 50mins away. I reckon I could get that down to 30mins if necessary .
You can call me anytime (even at 3am as I will probably be up with dd) and I will dash down and help in any way I can.

we got the maxi Cosi priorifix as it had the best which review although several baby group friends have implied that we were crazy to spend so much when other seats were perfectly adequate. The 2 x Maxi Cosi Tobi's for the grannies arrived today.

Egg - are you happy with your seat? wish I'd thought to ask for opinions here before we got it, we seem to be struggling with the straps and buckles atm. It feels very secure in the car though.

marmitemad · 08/01/2008 18:48

hope the marmite sandwich stays in, very nutritious you know.

OP posts:
Dropdeadfred · 08/01/2008 18:50

marmitemad · 08/01/2008 18:53
