... er, let me think. Ah yes, the lead singer of Massive Attack lived in my dh's street (at the same time as dh. They were friends).

And of course, lots of very dull and uninteresting people had the privilege of going to school with ME

I went to school with Tom gray of Gomez and I'm told that Dominic Matteo (liverpool footballer) and Mark Almond from Soft Cell went to my school.

Watched the 10 oclock news a few weeks ago and an old classmate was one of the roving reporters. On the same programme was a guy in my law school class who had just acted on a very prominent law changing divorce case.

I sat on the sofa bfing feeling abit left behind..

Christian Bale was in my class at primary school. He stood out as being talented even then.

Jennster - then you and I went to the same school... how spooky. I suspect I am a lot older than you though, I was in the same year as Tom's elder sister. Dominic Matteo did go there too, not sure about Marc Almond though, although he is from our town.

There were a couple of successful musical types too weren't there. I remember a singer and a flute player. I can visualise them, but can't think of their names.

Are you thinking of Laura Jellicoe (flute) and Debbie Myers (opera singer I think)? They were both in my year.

There was also Naomi somebody who was in Emmerdale later, though I don't know if she's still acting now.
