i just dont get why some have a baby and then go to work whilst the child is being brought up by someone other than the mother.

every mum should breast feed unless for medical reasons, why any mother would want to give their baby anything other than the best is terrible.

and dummies are just a convenience for the parents. babies and toddlers do not need them, they are disgusting things.

Oh dear, my DD must be damaged for life, I only feed her BM for 4 weeks, and gave her a dummy to save my nipples falling off. Oh and I must be the devil for working to provide food and a home for her!!

Silly cow, bit bored tonight??

Is this your first attempt at trolling, jumpingmum? It's pretty poor but don't be too disheartened.

lucykate · 18/08/2007 21:06

i totally agree with the op, in fact, my ambition is to be just like a stepford wife

lisad123 · 18/08/2007 21:06

oh and jumpingmum I agree entirely - don't forget also that anything than 100% home produced (ie homegrown veg, home reared chickens etc) food isn't good enough (organic from a NON-supermarket is "ok" if you don't have space), and all food MUST be prepared from scratch - no short cuts.

hurricane · 18/08/2007 21:07

Yep, those mums who work for a living as teachers, doctors and nurses looking after other people's kids and paying taxes WHILST ALSO bringing up their own children (many also even amazingly managing to continue breastfeeding and avoid the dreaded dummy) so that the SAHMs can sit on their fat arses and preach about their superiority are especially evil in my opinion.

mollymawk · 18/08/2007 21:11

jumpingmum, if you're bored, you could always watch Who Wants To be A Millionaire. It's the celebrity edition. I might stay here for more of tmmj's jokes though.

Well I must be totally evil and my ds's scared for life, they was both bottle fed, I gave up work when ds1 was 7 months old and ds1 had a dummy ds2 would never take one. Jumpingmum I assume that you have ahd a child and gievn up work to stay at home, how fantastic for you that you can afford to do that,

Not gonna continue with this post a I may get into trouble.

beansprout · 18/08/2007 21:15

I do want the best for my kids. I just can't be arsed.
