I think so....I had a mate that did it and got really into it. There was a time when I was a FF , and with the right cast iron sports bra it's definitely possible to break into a gentle jog without causing a seismic shift.

But seriously you could do it without any fancy app gubbins....choose 5 of your fave songs with some beats, then listen to them whilst propelling yourself gently forward in a slightly bouncy manner. Bingo....20 mins workout. Done

Then eat a large breakfast, smug in the knowledge that you've done your 'exercise'

I've been sent out of my office to go somewhere quiet and rest as I walked back in with only an hour of work left after having a tooth out. I could just go home but that would involve collecting dc on the way so I'm hanging out in the staff club until DrIssy (whom I bumped into on his way to a lecture) is done and we can all go home together.

Good luck Baddz. I didn't start til I was 37 & had done my first half-marathon within 18 months. And believe me I had never run before - not even at school. I was always one of the gang at the back of the pack who walked the cross-country runs, singing

Aside from the calorie-burning benefits, it's quite a good feeling to know that you have a pretty decent level of fitness.
