I'm very perturbed at the 10 week wait before TB can grow his facial fluff. Then it'll take about 4 weeks, which will total half the time they're out there. I wasn't very keen on the W & P look, and now we have an Athos who looks like Dolokhov in leather with a dodgy beard. Surely he could let it grow in the hope that he won't be needed and then shave it off if he is. It's all a bit of a balls-up really isn't it?

I want this man back, but I guess it's not to be.

Fear not Apes, the man's hair growth rate is legendary, it'll only take him a couple of days to sprout a full and lush beardage.

A pre-breakfast run Bads, that's what you need to do. Just half an hour, stick some funky toons in your ears and off you go. It doesn't even need to be a run....a bouncy walk would do it. 2 or 3 times a week.

Afternoon, an early lunch for me as DD is off to the orthodontist later. I have stocked the medicine cupboard with painkillers & have soft food planned for dinner.

The first few months of the year are such a nightmare for food - all that cold weather & the short days always lure me towards comfort food. It's a good time of year if you want to make changes badders - carbs seem to be less attractive in warm weather

Totally understand where you're coming from with the running (28J ), walking sounds like a good plan - lots of health benefits.

Bads! I'm a FF cup and run - I have a sports bra which, for extra scaffolding, I wear over my other bra, and off I go. Except, of course, on mornings like today when it's bloody freezing.

I too would be better off carbs a bit, however bread is bloody lovely so it's not to be.

I shall try...is the couch to 5k thing any good?
