LetUs the thread is really slow to load for me, but isn't crashing at least. Did anyone ever ask MNHQ about the rubbish loading times? Is it because we insist on decorating the thread so thoroughly?

Best go and turn off DS's light... hopefully back later, but maybe not since DH will give me massive side-eyes if I am, due to my stinky headache and asleep-in-my-food levels of tiredness. Bless him. (People with your best interests at heart can be very irritating, especially when they're right!)

Friggin knackered wenches. New job was cool, the people are nice enough but last job was amazing people so I may have set my sights a bit high. I did have induction with some other newbies doing other things and we are having lunch Monday. Job itself it cool but a lot to do to get everything in order and my boss bought me lunch.

I gaveSanti a very special birthday present last night. He was very grateful.

Have not started revising yet and am beginning to panic a bit. I also forgot to accept DS3s school place but thankfully the brilliant school secretary has sorted it. Some chocs/flowers winging their way to her. You know how everyone always talks about all the things I do etc - well all the friggin balls are dropping now!

Sodding DS has a maths exam tomorrow & has lost his calculator. He lost it weeks ago but only tonight does he admit this by asking me 'have I seen his calculator?'. The second one lost this year. DD's was out of batteries so I found some spare ones & he will borrow that. Throughout the whole process he was superior and ungrateful.

One day I will lose it and shout 'IF YOU FUCKING KNOW IT ALL, WHY DO YOU KEEP MAKING THE SAME FUCKING MISTAKES. THE SAME STUPID FUCKING MISTAKES.'

Only I won't. I'll just seethe and deliver a lecture in manners the following day, which does little to get rid of my frustration now
