Bads you did brilliantly for making a start. Now you need to keep going....run/walk to start with. No need to get yourself puffed out and feeling sick. Run to the nearest lamppost, then walk to the next one, then keep alternating. In between runs, whilst your ironing having a cuppa, do some ankle circles so that your calves don't get stiff....and think about that 5K, it's so totally achievable, Sparks is right....each time you go out it will be a tiny bit easier.
