Muscles, yuk, really not for me. I'm definitely more of a starving poet in garret type, hence my love of the tall, gangly types. That said, I also like cuddly and pinchable but definitely not muscles. Triangular men are not my thing.

Well done re running Bads. After a few goes your shoes will be ming, so that would be the correct turn for them. I started C25K a month or so ago, did well the first 4 weeks and then spectacularly fell off the wagon and into wine bottles and Easter chocolate. I'm going to have to follow your example.

I do like muscles, but not over emphasised ones and I really don't like vanity. Rugby players are my ideal, tall and broad shoulders. In fact Howie is more the man shape I usually like.

Just checked the new BBC pic against an old one. I think Athos is actually wearing his original doublet under there and it is his armour that is black over the top. There are some buttons at the bottom that match his original doublet.
