Hi all, Well just managed to grab a couple of minutes to myself so thought I would catch up! Well done to eveyone with castings/jobs....can't beleive it for christmas stuff all ready!
CYAN - Had a sneak preview at the mothercare catalogue and saw a pic of your DS. Very sweet Got your email will reply as soon as i get a chance! But yes we should be up for it!
MRRATTY - Also saw your DD on the front cover of their schoolwear brochure - you must be v proud.

Sorry to interrupt but I'm trying to get hold of cyan.
When I did a search for this Pampered Mums service, it came up with a message you'd posted saying that you'd used it. Was it any good?
You don't happen to have the contact details do you?
Someone told me about them and to look on mumsnet but I can't for the life of me find them.
Any help much appreciated. Thanx

hiya angelclare, if it is what i am thinking of i know the mum. i can email her and see if she is still doing it, ive just had a look in my emails to see if i have a link for it but cant find anything. let me drop her an email and then she can let me know if she is still running it.

Cyan - YES he's there!! Well I'm pretty sure its him..... Standing up in a little blue check shirt and trousers?? The catalougue is not due out until tomorrow but I had a nose at the shop copy when I was buying a double buggy

yeah thats the outfit he wore!!!! fabulous!!!! am so pleased ill be straight into mothercare tomorrow then!! i wonder if they used the other outfit pics, but i remember seeing a polaroid of another little boy on the table when we did the job, so perhaps they tried the outfit on both kids to see who looked better in it. im just pleased they have used him!

Cyan...... i only saw 1 pic of him - the other little lads were blonde - although saying that its quite possible I missed him as I only manged a quick flick through!!
Bet you will be first in the queue tomorrow!! People always give you a funny look when you walk out with about 10 copies!!!!

the little boy was blonde that also tried on the outfit, so it may well be him. im pleased that ds has been used, am going to look so odd tomorrow when i go into mothercare world and nick all their copies

morning everyone. we have never been to a casting b4 - if there any do's or dont's or general advice. its only five minutes from us so thats a bonus but not sure what to do or expect. thanks

mysonsmummy - sorry i dont have much experience. my ds had been 2 castings only.

Just make sure he is not tired. looks clean & smart. arrive on time too.

thanks tiger - they say between 1.30 and 2.30 got a feeling everyone will arrive at 1.30 is that the done thing or as we live down the road will it be ok about 2pm - (god that such a stupid question)

good luck to those with castings today. sent off acceptance forms for kids london a week ago havent heard anything yet but very early days
