ellesmum - my son was accepted by KL, but i didn't send the acceptance forms back, as in the end he joined MOT instead. (long story)

i think its was 3-4 weeks after he accepted by KL, i got a call for a job!! we didn't go as we're with MOT and KL is sole rep.

so fingers crossed, jobs/castings will come soon!

thats good! mot ive heard are very good they said no to my dd as her age group was full just also got a yes from truly scrump, rascals, bizzykids and bubblegum we got nos from mot, norrie and alphabet kids but went with kids as heard very good thimgs about them and they are free to join! hope we made the right decision! still waiting to hear back from bruce and brown but we felt kids were just as good as them so whent for it. why did you not choose them? if u dont mind me asking.

ds joined BK first last Nov, then i found this MN site and found MOT, so joined MOT in Feb.
KL is sole web, but MOT isn't! But, I have nothing from BK yet! some people mentioned here that BK has more jobs/casting for older kids.

KL say update at least every 3 months, but since your ds is so young, i'd say whenever he's grown and changed

think ill have a photo shoot at home, today and see if we get some nice pictures, i never know what to send i send up sending about 30 and telling them to choose and return the rest am i mad, its hard to know what they are wanting, any advice would be good, i last updated them in may and he is getting so big now so think they should have some new ones

mimi, 30 pics!! that is a lot. I update every 2-3 months .. and i last updated in may too. i only send 2 each of my dds!
To be honest, i'm not that keen on dd1's model book pic .. she isn't smiling in it and it makes her look kinda stern looking, when in fact she's a giggly girly kind of girl who smiles a lot

maybe not thirty i think i sent about 8 last time, slight exageration and asked them to return what they did not want, its mad because them pictures are what the casting directors see so.they need to be nice, i suppose i was not too sure of the last lot i sent off, how long have u been with kids for x

hi honey do u mean ds???????? x lol, or i have tried so many times to look at her but i can never get her up it just has a cross in the box can u mail me, the picture as i would love to see it, xx i have got the picture u sent me from ur old agency, we have not been busy modelling very quite for us at the moment why i am gonna send some new pics in, i really enjoy it as well, espeically going to londonl,as my best friend works there and we meet for lunch etc, which is so nice, x

mimi, have been with KL for about 10 months now .. they are so nice, but at times i still feel i don't know what i'm doing! About the pics, maybe they dont use mine coz they don't think they're good enough!

they use the pics i send in of dd2, but dd1's one is the model book pic.
dd1 only been to a few castings and no jobs yet, but dd2 done quite a lot of jobs .. and done the pround mummy thing and gone in shops to get brochures, gone online to print off the pics, save .. etc
nothing like your tv stuff and burberry tho .. would love something like that, but somehow don't think my dds have much opportunity for it

hi littlemadan..sorry i havent answered before internet has been down since monday.i do think you were at the marks casting at the same time as me.i didnt speak to you as i thought i would look a bit stupid if it wasnt you iykwim. i think you were talking to the other little boys mum.my ds was the one in the middle with the dark blonde short hair .i was sitting with my dd she had a long skirt and vest top on.sounds promising for ds .he is very handsome
