bubblez · 22/03/2006 12:48

ooooh oooh and do they have websites.... sorry bout all the questions....

LuxuryHolidays1 · 22/03/2006 12:48

Hi Tink

Think I may go with Rascals yet waiting to hear back rearding their sole agency thing. A and J Management want to see my son aswell and they do not have a problem with him being on a modelling agents books aswell as they do not do modelling. I have asked Rascals if they would be the same as not fully sure what the exact criteria is with this sole agent thing.

Think its now between Scallywags (again) Norrie carr and rascals unless Bubblegum come back on Tues. Think I have illimintaed Childs Play, Sandra reynolds and Power Model management.

tinkerbellchelle · 22/03/2006 12:50

bubblez some agencies are sole rep which means your LO can only go with them others let you go with more than one.

tigeryuan · 22/03/2006 12:50

shall- saw your lo's pic on the CK website, very cute!

tinkerbellchelle · 22/03/2006 12:52

good luck with whatever choice you make :) my advice would be wait until you hear from BG if you still want to consider them as I jumped in with BK and now wish I didnt :)

LuxuryHolidays1 · 22/03/2006 12:52

bubblez - I think Elliott brown in Oxford are no fees with good reputation . Unfortautely they said no to my kids , their details are as below on the list. I went through them all a couple of weeks ago trying to select an agent.

bubblez how old is your dd? some acting agencies that do commercials, film, tv and theatre are movie mites. c s management www.csmanagementuk.com, a&j management www.ajmanagement.co.uk. it depends on what path you are looking to go down if its just modelling then the ones that totallyfloaty35 mentioned are good to start off with, if your looking for tv work then the ones above that i have mentioned have good feedback.

LuxuryHolidays1 · 22/03/2006 13:00

perfume lady - thanks for putting those casting agencies details on the site earlier. Both of them wish to see my son aswell so It has opened my eyes a bit not just into modeling for him. I am testing the water with the agents to see who would allow him to do theatrical work with a different agency.

Is anyone with AJ Management or CS Management whose online for feedback? I know perfume lady said 1 child had 40 castings which is superb!

sha11 · 22/03/2006 13:04

tiger - thanks, its getting really annoying now, but addictive reading Grin I have a headache now.

sha11 · 22/03/2006 13:05

has anyone had anything with CK yet? Just wondering.

yackertyyack · 22/03/2006 13:09

sha11 >>>> how did you get on with your girls at MOT??? Did you manage to persuade DH to let them do it??? Hope you and your little one are ok?

bubblez · 22/03/2006 13:10

many thanks tink and tiger... Grin

bubblez · 22/03/2006 13:13

she is 2.4 and a propper little actress already...

when shes old enought im goning to try and put her in dancing and acting classes oh and self defence....

obviously if she doesnt like them she doesnt have to go.... but from the way she is now it looks as though she will love them

bubblez · 22/03/2006 13:18

thanks purfumlady - do you think that i should wait until she has done some classes before i go to them

lux- do they give a reason if they dont accept your child?? or is that too personal to ask Blush

sha11 · 22/03/2006 13:18

hi yack - no I did not tell him about the interview. He had already said its fine for DS to do it but not the girls, I only applied to see if they would get in cos DS didn't and hes much cuter!!! Wink they got in and waiting to hear from B&B then I'll know how it works IYKWIM. if DH did ever agree I'll work through the agencies systematically. Top first - down. thanks for asking.

LuxuryHolidays1 · 22/03/2006 13:34

bubblez- generally they say the reasons could be too far out of London (I am bedford yet the train routing is good), that there is similar looking children on their books, not photogenic or no vacancies in that age group at present.

Other agencies say no interviews at this time (wish no reason). I know my sons looks isn't for all types as he is different yet photogenic. My daughter is 2 and half and basically it seems noone wants to touch that agegroup!Plus her looks are similar to others on their books (typical blonde hair blue eyed girl) I only had Childs Play say yes to her so maybe I will try her again in a year or sos time - there is no rush.

totallyfloaty35 · 22/03/2006 13:35
