modelmum · 31/03/2006 09:51

are you asking? Wink
no more from me, I might get sued.....(hahaha) what difference do us silly mums make to such a BIG company anyway.

JinnyC123 · 31/03/2006 09:53

i was referring ot the bit when someone called her a nutter, and and then someone said that it was so obvious that mimi1uk worked for bizzykidz and then funny how patzcrafty had disappeared, bla bla bla

agree with you

it is SOOOOOOO childish. and i got roped into it like all the other

JinnyC123 · 31/03/2006 09:55

i was talking to perfume by the way

strawberrymilkshake · 31/03/2006 09:56

Hi perfume lady

Talking about stage schools, my dd attends part time and has an audition for amelia applebys in April. Who are your dds with stagecoach

JinnyC123 · 31/03/2006 09:56

exactly righht model mum, thats what i said a little while ago

yackertyyack · 31/03/2006 09:58

Jinny.....thats what this thread is really for - shareing our views! If you have info about another agency then it may stop others getting involved and wasting money.

And you are right.....NO agency can guarentee a child work but I think that because Bizzykidz has lots of kids on their books along with the likes of scallywags and elisabeth smith you have more people not getting jobs than do...and therefore more people to complain!!

JinnyC123 · 31/03/2006 10:01

im frightened to say anything for getting pounced on and getting accused of things like everyone else.

i think i will just get out of here. its not good for my bloodpressure!

good luck everyone, whoever you are with......(or whoever you work for??) im beginning to get paranoid myself. there are some really genuine people on here and then you get a few weird things put on that make you wonder and ruins the credibility of eveyone else. How can you take advice from anyone on here unless you know who they are?

ring dti and ask them who to avoid. They have no alterior motive in their answers

good luck all

cyan · 31/03/2006 10:03

hello tink! will be good to meet up on the day! i had my hair done at toni and guy academy for that makeover!

well ladies got my massage results today and unfortuntately i failed the anatomy part by 4 marks! oh well. bloody well got 82% for my holistic theory, 82% business and 75% for the practical! hey ho resit in june so not too bad.

tigeryuan · 31/03/2006 10:13

cyan - hey, its not bad!! well done!
will you be able to join us on next Sat.?

perfumelady · 31/03/2006 10:15

like i have said before there are a few people on here that have had problems but it's not to do with people not getting work, i think every poster on here knows that bizzykidz do get work. at one time or another most of us have seen b/k at castings or jobs and to be honest most of the regular posters are genuine mums who really don't give a monkies who's with who and we are genuinely happy to hear about peoples castings and jobs but there are a couple of posters WHO ARE NOT REGULAR,that come on here the minute b/k are mentioned and start being horrible to the new posters and then we all get tarred with the same brush. i would like to say that i do enjoy comming on this thread and most of the time it is very friendly.

strawberrymilk shake i did think about the audition for lyra but i have heard that it will be like the harry potter auditions, a cattle market, so deceided not to botter , it is a bit far for us to travel to be honest

jinnyc123 no problem, which agency did you hear bad things about?

perfumelady · 31/03/2006 10:20

strawberrymilkshake sorry i missed your question yes my dd's are with stagecoach am hopping to put them with cs management or a&j management some time this year. is amelia applebys near to where you live , is it a full time stageschool or part time?

perfumelady · 31/03/2006 10:22

cyan that isn't bad at all well done, at least you will only have to concentrate on one thing for the re-take.

totallyfloaty35 · 31/03/2006 10:24

well done on passing cyan,i failed my anatomy first time by a few points to,im sure you will be fine at retakes though.
Tink my very first career was as a makeup artist,i trained with london college of fashion and greasepaint school. If you contact colleges with fashion photographer courses, they will love to have you work on there test shoots and you get some gd pics for your portfolio, also contact some model agents and tell them your willing to work with there new faces for free.

strawberrymilkshake · 31/03/2006 10:25

Its a part time school near me, but I think they have a few schools around. It looks really good though and they have had a few children go on to do some really good things. Like at the London Paladium, eastenders and things like that.

hunkermunker · 31/03/2006 10:25

Nearly time for your April thread!

perfumelady · 31/03/2006 10:31

strawberrymilkshake sounds good we are very lucky where we live we have a very good theatre that gets all the touring shows. recently some girls from our stagecoach played all the orpans in annie. maybe you should put your dd with cs or a&j you would get tv,film, thetre and commercials from them.

perfumelady · 31/03/2006 10:33

hunkermunker Grin

strawberrymilkshake · 31/03/2006 10:35

Ah Annie

I played Annie in the local theatre when i was 12, so a great show. Yes i might think about that do they have big joining fees, what sort of auditions do the children have to do for that.

strawberrymilkshake · 31/03/2006 10:36

I ment to put such a great show not so, sorry [smile}

perfumelady · 31/03/2006 10:43

strawberry, i think they have to do a monologue have a private chat and as for singing i,m not sure if they have to sing or not, maybe totallayfloaty35 will know the answer to that one. i know b/k get commercials but they are not an acting agency so if your wanting tv,film etc then cs or a&j are very reperatble acting agencies.

strawberrymilkshake · 31/03/2006 10:44

Perfumelady sorry to sound thick but who are a&j and cs.

perfumelady · 31/03/2006 10:53

strawberry cs is www.csmanagementuk.com
a&j is www.ajmanagement.co.uk

strawberrymilkshake · 31/03/2006 11:28

Perfumelady thanks for that, i will have a look, got to go to work now, speak soon, bye

AllieBongo · 31/03/2006 11:37
