Thread Here

Although its not a nice thought I can only deduce from no communication that I have been ripped off for my wedding bits that I sold in good faith at a much reduced price for a mumsnetter.

I also out of the goodness of my stupid heart sent her the necklace I wore on my day for her soemthing borrowed.

I cant "believe" this is intentional as she was so grateful in the beginning.

But countless and emails and threads on here have turned nothing up

Will MN be able to do anything?

I'll dress up as a rozzer and go there myself.

zippitippitoes · 16/02/2006 13:36

I see a very auster set with a huge door with a big brass letterbox in it with fs sitting on a chair on one side and every so often a postman comes and pushes things through

in the orchestra pit and or projecyted on a huge screen are loads of mners at their computers

sorry i am just struck by the absurdity

MistressMary · 16/02/2006 15:03

What's her number and address again?
I'd feel like publishing it TBH.

suzywong · 16/02/2006 15:08

spray@rozzer!

sunchowder · 16/02/2006 15:13

Brilliant Zippy! I have a feeling that necklace is on its way now.

tigermoth · 16/02/2006 18:29

I don't think this thread will die till it does - how can SC not do something about it

jambuttie · 16/02/2006 21:41

cant believe sc is stilltaking the piss

chipkid · 16/02/2006 21:55

not sure this is obtaining by deception-as far as I can see-the necklace was sent as an act of kindness, as a surprise- rather than as a result of any misleading representations. But it may be straight forward theft. Once FS asks for her property back and SC fails to return it the offence is made out if FS can establish dishonesty. There is enough to have the police call in my view.
Have followed this thread with growing disbelief.

doormat · 16/02/2006 21:55

fs never really contributed to this thred befor but would just like to say that your kindness, generosity and warmth are an example to us all
I hope this does not put off your wonderful traits
