QoQ my dh was 20 and lost it to me. think its sweet that he waited especially as a bloke

Toothache · 26/09/2005 11:53

I was 15 and I lost it to my 'fiance' who was 18. And it/he was lovely.

Janbo25 · 26/09/2005 11:53

so you got engaged first?

Toothache · 26/09/2005 12:01

....well...I don't think we were actually engaged at the time. But I must've been good coz he asked me to marry him a few weeks later.
Incidentally... I didn't marry him!

Janbo25 · 26/09/2005 12:08

Rosieposie that so lovely.

But have you never wondered what other men are like in bed?
I love the idea of only having one sexual partner all of your life, but I'm not sure I could settle before I had anything to compare him with.

Janbo25 · 26/09/2005 12:14

at least it was fun and enjoyable then issy

SleepyJess · 26/09/2005 12:23

17

I was 18 - glad to see I'm not the only one, I usually feel like such a fuddy duddy having waited so long. I nearly lost it when I was 17 - but my boyfreind of the time backed out when he realised I was a virgin and didn't want "the responsibility" needless to say it showed him up for not really being that bothered in the first place about anything other than sex.

I finally did loose it to a lovely guy who was an actor he was 19 and I was 18 he was on tour with his first theatre job and used to drive down on the weekend in this clapped out little mini to see me after he finished his performance on a Saturday night from all sorts of distant places like Carlisle and even Edinburgh (I lived in Plymouth so I counted this as dedication) I dumped him remorselessly when I moved to London, last time I saw him was on a toothpaste advert!

Janbo25 · 26/09/2005 16:32

havn't heard the word "horny" in ages it makes me laugh haha

hellywobs · 26/09/2005 16:42

I was 3 days off 20. It was my then boyfriend's first time too (he was almost 21). We since married other people, but still keep in touch and went to each other's weddings.

16, he was 18 and it was crap. It never got any better with him but the next guy - wow! Never looked back though wish I had waited for the right boy/man and not done it because all my mates SAID they were and SAID it was great. And I feel for it. Doh.

jac34 · 26/09/2005 18:12

I was 17 he was 22, he was my first boyfriend and we had been together for a year.I was madly in love and gagging for it.We stayed together for another 2 years then split up, while I was away at uni, he stayed back home and we drifted apart.
I've never regreted it,it was my own decision and I felt ready.

HellKat · 26/09/2005 18:12

I was a good girl until a couple of months after my 19th birthday, when I was a very bad girl & lost my virginity to a very handsome man, in a rowing boat, on the seafront, in November!!!
It was blimmin cold & not the most wonderful of experiences!
