I had some chicken Korma out freezer and a baked pot and the knife fell off the plate and hit my top. Put it in washer as I knew it would stain...came out and still one yellow spot😡 So its back in with stain removal so fingers crossed. Not happy.
All ready now for bed now. Hopefully rain stays away now and I wont get a phone call from ds2 after 10 😄

Same here - blue skies, sun & a bit chilly. Makes a change to feel cold as menopause has turned me into a furnace and this summer has been hot!

Puppy is called Malin, we have had her 3 weeks now and things are settling into a routine. She can go outside from next week, so that will be fun - although only for very short trips, up the road & back at first!

Dahlias still flowering here @Thebookofcarolagain, had some beautiful ones this year.

Dragged myself outside. Have probably only been out half an hour tops. Cleared a small section of gravel and now back in to shut my knees and back up. Meds and coffee to the rescue😄 Will go out again soon. Need to take advantage of the weather

Long story, to do with the white star on her head and Catherine Cookson's books about a family with a mallen streak (white streak of hair) - the bloke suggested it, etymology is from evil which I didn't like, searched names and Malin (Scandinavian female name) came up.
We are pronouncing it Mal-in, although my Swedish friend asked me how we were saying it, and when asked said it would be pronounced Mar-lin in Sweden. Oh well.

Dh's Dahlias are still going too. Don’t worry about the garden, we’ve had such a dry summer and you need to look after yourself first. There’s always next year 😊

Well done you @Thebookofcarolagain 😄. You've made the most of your weather today. It might be a tiny area but all those little seedlings must be a right faff to get rid of! You can see a difference, which is so satisfying. Now sit down and have a well earned rest with your heat pad and coffee. Mum was ok so that was good . Bought a new Thermos and a new duvet with a 13.5 tog now it's getting colder 🥶.

I think if l have got Atrial fibrillation l have decided to go on the blood thinners . I do not want a stroke the chance is 3/100!and the chances of a severe bleed are 5 out of a thousand ppl so the odds are in my favour if l look at it like that . I have been googling the hell out of it 😁.

You have to do what makes the most sense for you @DirtyGertiefromno30 If you platelets arent actually low then that's fine. Mine were so low at one point I was warned any decent cut or bang on my body to phone an ambulance 😯😄
Blimey temp dropped really quickly when I came in. Think i picked the best time to do garden. Put the heat pad on and fleece on and later dozed of for a bit. Oops.
Just had my streak and haggis pie and crisps for my tea. All cleared up.

Might as well get my jammies on not doing anything else today😄

I know what you are saying re my platelets tbh l had forgotten about them being low 🙄. l was so wrapped up in looking for information. I think I o did the right thing in leaving it to the consultant. My GP would have got me in them straight away .

Always best to check your options @DirtyGertiefromno30 and do your own research as well as discussing with Drs.
Am pottering about on Skyrim after despairing at the USA tik tok beggars on Zacs channel! Seriously begging for money to strangers! One lad got caught out on his live stream crying that he was being kicked out of his house by his mum in a couple of hours! His mum or gran walked in and asked him what the heck he was talking about😄
His live comments went nuts😄😄😄 No shame or dignity any more.

Yes, that's what I'm going to do @Thebookofcarolagain, have a good think about it all before making any decisions 😊. Oh that made me laugh, imagine his Mum walking in while he's live and catching him out! The comments must have been brilliant. Honestly, what goes through their heads? I'd be mortified! Home from seeing Mum, she was wonderful there today so l am very happy 🤗 ❤️. Beautiful day here sunny and blue skies only 13c now but it's a lovely Autumn day 🤗.
Just had a yogurt and some fruit and a cuppa , popping to town to get green milk . I don’t blame you staying under that duvet @Thebookofcarolagain 😂 it’s hard enough getting out of bed without that shock! I think I’d give the freezing gravel a miss today too 😁Have a lovely day and keep warm 😊

Been to Waitrose , Aldi and Morrisons, didn't spend much ,bought an ultra Briers kneeling garden pad £3.75 and 3 prs of Briers gloves in the Birds pattern £2 for my friend for Christmas and such a bargain ! Think l will have a nice cuppa now 😁
