Just relistened to the Skyrim story I fell asleep to last night. Damm, intense! Priest of Talos talking about his illegal congregation and his struggles dealing with it. Quietly horrifying considering what would happen if they were discovered by the Thalmar, especially if someone in the congregation was a snitch. Brilliant storytelling.

One guy has an entire room shelved out for all his perfumes! Women's and mens! Those things cost a fortune as you know! Hundreds and hundreds of them😱 one guy put a fancy hoodie on finance! A bloody hoodie!

Its the fact that Worshipping Talos is outlawed by outsiders who wanted to conquer Skyrim (but the Empire made a deal to stop them anahilating Skyrim. ) Not all Nords agree therefore there is civil war. . Just popping to my local town to take stuff back to Primark that didn't fit. Will pop into TKMaxx and the local Festival Christmas factory , we usually go to have a look but rarely buy anything 🤗. Well tbh it's more expensive than Christmas in Home Bargains and B&M there ! Got to pick up my prescription too , fingers crossed it's all there 🙄🤞

Not even dressed and been pottering in kitchen 😄 Cleaned fridge out, hulled and cut a bunch of strawberries and got them in a bowl with sugar for later before they waste.
Finally decided to eat something and used up an apple..cooked with cinnamon and put in my porridge yummmm.
Still miserable here cloudy and grey.
Do I REALLY need to go get dressed? 😄
Oh I suppose so as have a pile of dishes waiting for me.🙁

Went to the Christmas factory shop , it's very nice but selling the same tat as B&M and Home Bargains for double the price but l can Imagine a lot of ppl take their children there because it's all done up really nice there. I didn't buy a thing ! Dd1 downloaded the KFC app and bought 10 piece bucket of chicken for £10 which was a very good price TBF . I can't stand the stuff but the Dds and DH love it . Just on our way home now can't wait for a cuppa tea 😋 ☕

My eldest likes KFC, youngest not as much @DirtyGertiefromno30 . I dont buy it.
Dishes done. Need to sweep kitchen floor and push myself to get outside...got stuff to put in compost bin (including my biiiiig succulent which isn't getting any better. ) Chopped off the tops to see if they will root. Couple of leaves have so fingers crossed they survive. Got a couple of bags to hang on whirly to dry off a bit. I have run out of oomph after this morning's mad busyness😄
Oh well if its the same tat just more expensive its not worth it @DirtyGertiefromno30 nice to see .....and leave behind.

I've been out did the composting and bags @DirtyGertiefromno30 Then finished putting compost in the new shallow bed, I gravelled it at one end as its really too shallow but I put a bit of compost in and some fancy poppy seeds under the gravel. I also put poppy seeds in the bed and some cowparsley seeds in one end. Fingers crossed. Wind isn't trying to kill me today!
Potted up some of my big my pink foxgloves seedlings into pots outside. The cream ones are still smaller. Theres also other seedlings in that tray but i dont know what they are! Maybe weeds maybe flowers i didn't label who knows with compost. Managed to jab myself with a bamboo cane and took a slice out my hand, oops.

Time really got away from me (and ds2) was gonna make him eggy bread and bacon for tea but he realised time too late. And he saw it was working outside so didn't say anything. He will prob get something at work.

Jammies on and layered up again! Strawbs and cream were nice put a little icing sugar and splash of maple syrup in the cream, yummy.
Done for the day. Need to go to job centre, get bread and pick up meds tomorrow. Oh joy.

Watching The Traitors we love it! I had my chilli that l made with Quorn mince and l don't like it at all . I think l am chucking it out and never making it again 🤣

Oh thats a shame @DirtyGertiefromno30 tbh I used to use quorn fair bit but it's not the same, havent used it in years now.

I am up early off together my blood test results from the Dr . I have noticed a red itchy rash l had on my abdomen has disappeared, l just thought it was an allergy to whatever, it didn't bother me but l think on reading up about Coeliacs it was to do with that so that is good it's disappeared 😁.
@Thebookofcarolagain oh that's interesting you have gone off Quorn . I have used it before and found it ok but it just wasn't very nice this time 🙄.
Hope everything goes ok with the Job centre and the blooming prescriptions , got to pick up my Dh's up today , hopefully they will be ready , mine were there the other day no problem fingers crossed 🤞 😁

Been to job centre. Chemist had ds2s stuff not mine😡 they are closed Monday so it will be Tuesday now. Got rolls and steak and haggis pies at bakery and bits in coop, reduced big pie, bread and milk. Watched the sea for a bit.
Coffee time now 😄
Hope the blood tests were ok @DirtyGertiefromno30 and they had the meds.

It was lovely diwn the street. Had a coat on but didn't really need it. Came home sunny here too. Went out with washing an hour later still fully sunny but wind was wild, looked at top border and it needed watering. Watered all the borders and pots, i was freezing by time i finished! Stupid weather. Was planning on going out front this afternoon but wind needs to drop first 🥶

What a pain about the chemist having DS2’s stuff but not yours @Thebookofcarolagain! 😡 Typical when they’re shut Monday as well and you have to wait until Tuesday. At least you got your bits from the bakery and Co-op, and a little trip to watch the sea sounds lovely. 🥰
Honestly, your weather is ridiculous! 😂 One minute it's sunny and lovely, the next you’re freezing in that wind! You’ve done enough watering to last you a lifetime 😁, so put your feet up with your coffee and have a nice rest. The front can wait until the wind drops, no point freezing yourself again! ☕
Been to see Mum, she was ok there thankfully. Thank you re my blood tests @Thebookofcarolagain they were all ok except my platelets and my liver enzymes. Apparently my platelets are slightly down and the liver enzymes and slightly up but nothing to worry about thankfully and to test again in 3 months . She thinks they are not spot on because of the Coeliacs disease so hopefully in 3 months they will be fine fingers crossed . She also wants me to go on blood thinners because l have an increased 2% chance of having a stroke because of my heart arythmia .
I told her l wanted to wait to see what the 48 hour trace showed before l went down the blood thinners route because l am not convinced l need them with only a 2% chance of a stroke tbh . Apparently a woman of my age without anything wrong with them has a 1% chance of a stroke anyway. I will leave it for now anyway but a lot to think about 🙄.

I see your point @DirtyGertiefromno30 2% is hardly huge! I would wait too. I dont think blood thinners and lower platelets are a great match either!
Its still freezing here. I have my heat pad on and fleece over me sitting on sofa!
