🤣 I had to look that up @DirtyGertiefromno30 as wasn't sure what it was. Did you know it means angry in Italian due to the heat from the chillis? No wonder you couldn't finish it.😮
Pork turned out very nice in the end so can try again some day. Used Char Sui paste to marinade then gave a quick fry with onions then added water before I put it all in oven. (Added carrots for me nobody else will have them!) Mash and peas for ds1 and me.

Having a maple and pecan slice with a cuppa now.
Listening to my historian guy talking about the folklore of 'vampires'. Goes back thousands of years, not 'vampires' as we know them per say but the same underlying idea. Funny how in ancient times they were mostly women...nothing changes.

That pork sounds lovely, especially with the Char Sui paste. Glad it turned out well in the end, definitely worth trying again. Mash and peas are perfect to go with it . Ooh they are beautiful @DirtyGertiefromno30 . I have another flower coming out at front but the ones in top bed aren't out yet. My little dahlia is still surviving up there tho, can see colour on the buds, whoohoo.
