Consultant phoned 25 mins early! Could have been embarrassing! My platelets are down but not concerning so no change. Another appoint in 8 weeks.

Weather has been a big failure here today never mind, it's good tomorrow apparently 🤞🙏😁.

Holy guacamole i am knackered! Did all the meat for freezer and cheese, shredded the cheese in fridge so it get used quicker. Gonna use up chicken breast thats left in mac cheese tonight and will have baked pot and cheese tomorrow. Made bread crumbs with bread ends that aren't gonna get used. Took 4 slices out freezer the other day for ds1 cos he doesn't usually use the bakers bread for sarnies and both ds got fancy panninis and rolls for themselves today. 😡 Wonder if that bread will get used????
Cleaned up the mess dishes all done. Phew!
Damm forgot to put freezer stuff on inventory boards, oh well later...
Yeah consultant call was fine @DirtyGertiefromno30 but they cant just sign me off they need regular blood tests to check my platelets aren't dive bombing unfortunately. But no action is good 😁
Both lads got hot food from different places so I have no idea if or when they will want tea.
Washer is going non stop rinsing and spining then washing all the stuff in batches! At least its working.

This damm site is still playing up on some words where you need to change a letter, what is going on? Might look see if anyone else is having same trouble.

Very glad the consultant call was ok though and at least there’s no action needed, even if you’ve got to keep having blood tests. Better they keep an eye on the platelets.
And sod the freezer boards for now, they can wait! 😂. At least the washer is actually working and you’re getting through the mountain of washing. Phew!

Stupid washer didn't spin the big towel! Have wrung it out as best I can and its in again.
Ds2 is gonna ask a mate from work if he can look at it, he did the caravan park maintenance so might know what's up.
If its knackered am gonna get the cheapest one going. No bells and whistles😄

Typical bloody washer picking the biggest towel to have a strop with 🤣 .Hope DS2’s mate can have a look and it’s something simple. If it’s knackered then definitely cheap and cheerful, no need for all the bells and whistles 😂.

I think cos its just one thing its not sensing it properly. Will save it for tomorrow to go in with other stuff. Its not even a huge towel. All the other stuff spun no prob. Should have just stuck it in with them.

l love their Cornish clotted cream in a tub @Thebookofcarolagain . It's delicious 😋. I need to try these ice creams that you have 😁😋

Who hoo! sun came out so I have wrestled the sunflowers out! Boy they didn't wanna come out😁 De stung all my canes and put in my chimney. Pulled out my pansy which was finished and got a few weeds and cut down most of that purple stuff. Threw a million snails on back wall over the fence😁 Didn't even look in bottom border for snails, that can wait till tomorrow.
My back is objecting so its coffee and cocodamol time i think.

Coffee and cocodamol sounds like a very good idea now 😁. Why can’t bodies and hair 🙄 just be self cleaning though? Would save so much faffing! 😂

I pulled a muscle in my left calf , didn't do anything it just decided to play up 🙄. Fenbid rubbed in and fingers crossed 🤞 😁.

Ds2 was going down the street and is getting shopping for his work to! His washing finished right at that tine so been out and helped hang it. Still sunny out there.

I have got a green topped bin which is just a pia. Council doesn't collect green bins now so am gonna turn it into a composer. Next door has put rubbush in it which is a pia so gonna move it up to garden out the way. Need to cut out a flap in bottom somehow, hopefully ds2 will help. Will beed to empty it and wash it out first.
Have got 2 lots of meals made . Mince and sausages which I will put dough balls in for today's tea and bolognais for tomorrow. Put a tin of chick peas in to stretch the mince in the bol and carrots in both for me. 😁 Beef costs so much I am stretching it as far as i can these days.

Got a new Skyrim compilation last night so been listening to the rest of it I missed last night (once i finally fell asleep) as I potter about. Some I havent heard in a while, good to listen to again.

A2 thank you @Thebookofcarolagain my calf does seem to have settled down thankfully 😁 . It's had 2 lots of Fenbid on it and it seems to be working 🤞🙏. You’ve been so busy again! I bet it was lovely having DS2 there to help with his washing, and even better that the sun’s still shining.
That green bin sounds like such a pain, especially with next door putting rubbish in it! Turning it into a composter sounds like a great idea, though. Hopefully DS2 can fix the flap once you’ve emptied and scrubbed it. 😂
You’ve done brilliantly making two meals as well. Chickpeas and carrots are such a good way to stretch the mince, especially with beef being so expensive. Have you thought about trying red lentils or Quorn mince too? I bet you wouldn’t even notice once it’s all cooked into the bolognese.
Listening to Skyrim music while you potter about sounds lovely. It’s funny how songs you haven’t heard in ages can feel brand new again. Hope you’re taking it easy and looking after that back now 🤗

Ds is blethering at work so dumplings are in and tatties on. I am hungry! I have orange lentils for soup and I think I have a tin of lentils in cupboard I might use next time.

Its Skyrim stories @DirtyGertiefromno30 Dion does 8hr compilations now and again. Great for falling asleep to but also great for listening to as you potter about. The usual stories when they finish have hours of Skyrim background sounds on for falling asleep to.

Those Skyrim compilations sound brilliant, especially having them on while you’re pottering about. And 8 hours is definitely enough to see you right through . The background sounds afterwards sound perfect for nodding off to. I love listening to wind blowing.
I’ll have to remember to use my tins of lentils too, l bought a couple of tins to use , orange lentils are so handy to have in the cupboard .

Had beans and cheese on toast for tea, DH had a ready meal curry . We will have gammon and beans and pots tomorrow. Going to watch Winter tonight it looks good 👍 😊

Tea was good @DirtyGertiefromno30 I went through to do dishes (imagine that dishes dumped...never happened before😁😁) ds's had emptied the pan except for the few bits of carrots i left in hopes.. still hot carrots left in a bit of gravy, i polished them off...yummmmy😁
Forced myself to 'waste' 10 mins in shower 😁 i even used my 3 minute miracle conditioner 😁😁

Slobbed on sofa chilling out.

Bin is emptied and washed down. We just need to figure out how to make a flap at the bottom. I need to see if I have nuts in the tool box to put on a screw for a bit of wood to hold flap shut. Coffee time first. Forgot to put washing on first thing but its on now.
(Arghh bloody site is still playing up when trying to alter letters).
Out back needs sweeping as well, joy.
Got my floor bucket out c.u.s to wash bin with...humongous spider in it! It got thrown outside 😁

Whoooo hooo I have a compost bin!
The plastic was too thick to make a flap as it wouldn't bend so just cut a hole. Have 2 bits of broken flagstone in front. Have emptied many bags of used compost and aporopriate garden waste into it (well ds2 did) so much more room out back/side of house now. Have a plastic box in kitchen with kitchen waste to go in, am ridiculously pleased🤣Once washing is done and dried i will hang bags up to dry on whirly. Another tick off my list 😁
It doesn't look great but its off my gravel out front and is now usefull.

Been to my hospital appointment at the Cardiology dept for my 48hr halter ECG monitor . It is ok ATM. fingers crossed it stays on 🤞🙏🤗
