USAmericans. Every single thing has tons of sugar in it, bad oils, fats, dyes that are banned in Europe, and yoga mats (well the chemical thing that makes yoga mats soft and spongy is in thier cakes and bread!). They are literally being poisoned for profit. Yeuk.
Like you i prefer less crap, more flavour, home made. (And boy is it HARD to find anything without palm oil these days!) With the odd exception, I ain't holier than thou. 😁😁

Yes we binge watched Small Prophets and while it's not really our cup of tea we loved it 😊.

Just finished in the charity shop . 5 dvds for a pound can't go wrong with that!
The Shining , Vicar of Dibley anniversary special , A Jimmy Nail film and a Parkinson's dvd The return to Cranford.. 3 for DH and Dd1 and 2 for me and Dd1 😁.
Dd1 being the lucky one 😂.
5 books for £3 .
Iceland for some straws they had some good offers in there completely depleted because of half term, Valentine's and pancake day . Mums have to feed the kids.
Off to Costco now 😁

Been to Costco on our way home now. Tried a few taste testers on the way around 😁.
Red velvet cake that was delicious and a nice French cheese with wine in . The obligatory pancakes with Nutella on . We did buy the Nutella it was 1kg for £4.99!
DH and Dd1 had hot dogs cookies and ice cream 😋

The Shining is good although it got a lot of flack for not sticking to the story particularly at the begining, Jack N wasn't quite laid back enough. But the story is a good one.

I know exactly what you mean about the garden. The ground is just too wet and miserable. It is so frustrating when you are ready and the weather is not cooperating. Hopefully we will get a few dry days soon and it will start behaving itself.
I have never seen the Shining it's too scary for me and Dd2 but DH and Dd2 will relish it 😁

Was bitterly cold but sunny this morning.

No i made "brownies" they aren't gooey cos my oven is a B'tard and cooks things too fast but damm they taste good. 🤣
Got hunters chicken without the sauce in oven. Might make pancakes...hmmmm.
