Sunny ish here and rain gone so fingers crossed. Plenty clouds so you never know. Was wild last night with wind and rain!
Couldn't sleep last night so slept in this morning.😡

very quick hello - MN is being a right nightmare , I only read 2 posts and it freezes , have to dump it and start again , its been like it for ages . Its driving me mad tbh , if it wasn’t for this thread , and a sewing one I am on , I wouldn’t be here 🙁. I will try to come back later when I have more patience !

Have bit the bullet washing is on, stripped my bed (and remade it to avoid going Arghhh at midnight!) Hanging washing put away so its coffee time 😄

That sounds really frustrating @bookbook especially when you’re just trying to dip in and it keeps freezing on you. No wonder your patience is running thin with it behaving like that.
Hopefully it settles down later and you can get on properly without all the stopping and starting 🤞.

Good on you for getting the bedding done as well @Thebookofcarolagainthere’s nothing worse than going to bed and realising you forgot to remake the bed 😱.
And yes May is really not behaving itself at all this year. It’s like it’s forgotten what month it is 🥶

Did more washing and hoovered.
Cant see my old posts but organised my appointments, my dentust has left so will get one of the other ones. Also phoned HA to get my stupid tap fixed. Tape did no good.
Ds2 wasnt working till 6 and he was off helping his mate. Came back with a load of new and almost new clothes ftom his other friend for a fraction of their cost because they dont fit. I taught him well 😆
Was making chicken breadts fir tea and was gonnabash them and fry them so he suggested chicken parmigiano. Never made it but got on with making a sauce, prepping everything then realised my bit of parmesan was not usable and none in freezer! So used grated baby bells with cheddar 😄 worked a treat. Another thing to add to list!
Mountain of dishes done, all for one blooming recipie!
Settled down now and wstching The Return of the King.

You’ve been so productive too, washing, hoovering, sorting appointments, chasing the HA and tackling that mountain of dishes. Shame your dentist has left, but hopefully one of the others will be good.
Ds2 definitely learned the bargain hunting from you 😂 . And your chicken parmigiano sounds lovely , the Babybel and cheddar improvisation worked!

Weather is windy and wet today heyho 🙄. Off to see Mum in a bit .
I agree with you @Thebookofcarolagain.
It used to feel more about the songs and now half the time it’s who can be the weirdest or most over the top! Your friend doing themed meals for each country is dedication though 🤣. Fair play to her for making a whole event of it. I enjoy these semi finals far more than the final . it's much more fun and less OTT 😁
Shopping with both kids tomorrow sounds like it could be fun, even if the oh joy part of supermarket shopping never changes 😄. Hope you all have a laugh together and maybe sneak a treat or two in the trolley 😋.
