🤣🤣 good for you they cant be very dirty anyways.
I have got off my butt washings done and hung up and been outside. I potted up my polyanthus and put 2 in the border. Then cut back the big daisy type plant up top that was spreading all over the place. and have weeded 3/4 of it. Picked out some forget me not seedlings too keep. My backs complaining and my feet are freezing so am having a coffee before i finish weeding and try filling it all in with topsoil and compost. Once that's done will put some foxgloves up there and maybe a couple in bottom bed (if my back holds out 😁) Oh it's good to be pottering about in the 'garden' it will be a garden one day...

You have been so productive @Thebookofcarolagain. Washing done, fresh air, Polyanthus potted, weeding, and saving the little Forget Me Not seedlings too.
The Foxgloves will look beautiful up there.
DH is in the loft tidying up 🙄
He's just bought 3 of his suits from the 80's down for us to see and he wants us to keep them 😱

OMG I am so unfit these days!
Got ds2 to lift the bags over for me and emptied bags of top soil.and compost into top bed. I mixed it all up, planted fox gloves and forget me nots, planted my tiny heukera back in.. Still need more soil and compost to finish it! Planted fox gloves in bottom bed and tidied up all the mess. Still need to hang bags up to dry a bit and water up top and replace what's left of my spikey mats, but need a sit down!
Who's stupid idea was this? 🤣🤣
Ds1 has asked if I fancy takeaway tonight his treat and right now yep i do🤣🤣

Oh damm I forgot to do something. My papaver has self seeded and theres 2 of them now. They get way too big for 2 there, was gonna move one up to the top. Oh well will do i it tomorrow. Am done for the day.

Despite it being only 5 - 6° it wasn't that cold outside @FridayNighFeeling despite sky full of clouds. i actually had to take my jumper off I was feeling overheated! It felt colder inside!

All that soil and compost is hard work. The Foxgloves and Forget Me Nots will look lovely, and you will be so pleased 😊

Oh, you just popped up in active - those mentions in the first post didn’t work, they don't if you just copy them over annoyingly.

Anyway, as advised the radiotherapy treatment fatigue hit a peak around a week after the 3 week course ended and I've been getting over that.
I seem to have turned a corner by the weekend and went into work on Mon & Wed this week (I've been working at home around the clinic appointments).
Still tired but definitely improving, so onwards & upwards.

I can't keep up with your daily chat I'm afraid, so I'm going to bow out (with maybe the occasional pop-in), but I just wanted to update you that the consultant has said I'm now free of cancer and basically to go away and live my life (albeit with various check up appointments). Which is excellent news after a very scary diagnosis and difficult 6 months.

That's amazing news @Chasingsquirrels do pop in when you have a chance to say hi. I hope that you've got some way to "celebrate" or mark the good news.

That's great news @Chasingsquirrels. Take it easy and have a big celebration when you are up to it.

Had our takeaway, not bad only ate half asvysual @DirtyGertiefromno30 They messed up the order and gave us 4 bags of chips instead of 1! Ds1 didn't realise till he got in car. Charged us too! Oh well we have chips for tomorrow! That's what happens when person taking order doesn't seem to grasp English! Ds1 gave the order twice! Not the usual person who answers phone.
Ds1 was supposed to go to hosp tomorrow but the bloods nurse wont be there now so its moved to Monday. Hopefully another good day for gardening... Was talking to the shop assistant when I got the gardening gloves. I said hopefully get decent weather pdq to get in the garden. She agreed her garden was waterlogged too and they now have a pond they didn't put in!! Thank goodness mine isn't that bad. 😱

Couldn't find any wrapping paper but found a gift bag so that will do.

On our way to see Mum. Weather is dire, at least it's warmer 9C .raining cats and dogs. Got to get some coconut milk for Dd1. No sign of it anywhere 🙄.
Been looking all week . Dd2 wants some Medjool dates and they are as elusive as gold dust . It's Ramadan and l think they must be OOS because ppl are buying them up to eat in their allowed eating window .
I expect they are good for fibre so keeps them going all day in more ways than 1 🤣 .
Anyway that's enough toilet humour from me.

Checked settings put it off tried agan and third time they showed up. Wth is going on? Arghhh. Might just copy everything into my address book!

Wow that's a fair bit of money @DirtyGertiefromno30 😱 But worth every penny I bet. Where's she going? I have relatives in Perth. My cousin and his family. My aunt went out several times, even in her 80s! She loved it. Def on my bucket list if I win the lottery 😁 There's so much to see.
