I can't be the only one who loves this band more than life itself (well almost).
I only just discovered them a month ago. I can't believe I missed so much.

Hurrah, a fellow worshipper.
What are your favourites? I've got New Born on very loud at the moment.

harleyd · 23/04/2009 13:10

how did you only discover them a month ago...where have you been

MatthewBellamysMuse · 23/04/2009 13:27

I don't know. I've had Starlight on my iPod for ages but hadn't heard anything else of theirs. It was hearing Supermassive on the Twilight movie soundtrack that opened my eyes.

Surely a new album is due out soon

MatthewBellamysMuse · 23/04/2009 13:33

They're touring in the autumn so a new album must be due in the summer. It's been three years since Black Holes and Revelations.

I saw them years ago at Manchester Apollo and they were fantastic, it's one of the best gigs I've ever been too. Funnily enough I've not listened to them much over the last few years until about a month ago when I started listening to their early stuff again - maybe they're doing some subliminal adverts?!

Sunburn, Newborn and Feeling Good are among my favourites.

spursmummy · 23/04/2009 20:21

And Plug In Baby! I still don't know most of the words to it but I yowl along quite happily, dd is only two but was NOT impressed when she was trapped in the car with me singing it the other day

MatthewBellamysMuse · 23/04/2009 20:21

Ah yes, Newborn. One of my faves.
Can't wait to see them live.

I love Muse - saw them live at the Isle of Wight Festival in 2007 where they were brilliant

I bet he could now. He's a brilliant guitarist. And singer. And pianist. And songwriter.

Muscle Museum is the ring tone on my mobile

A lot of my life has been played out to their music - good and bad, so I dont have a fave as they all mean different things

harleyd · 23/04/2009 21:02

they take me back to being about 18, lots of goods and bads

MatthewBellamysMuse · 23/04/2009 21:23

I've got the intro riff from Supermassive as my ringtone.
