Some have been calling it the Mumsnet election, so we want to know what you think - whether you'll bother to go and vote at all, and which political leader ticks your box.

This survey is open to every Mumsnetter in the UK. We will be repeating this survey regularly between now and the election, so please look out for it again. We'll be asking about topical issues in future surveys, too.

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win £100 in Boden or Amazon vouchers.

Thanks and good luck!

likewise Bumper

I thought we had this poll a few months ago?

JustineMumsnet · 04/02/2010 18:09

We did a census last spring 2009 - when we asked which political party you felt most aligned to - is that what you mean?

JustineMumsnet · 04/02/2010 18:10

good point frankinaround - I can't see why not but will check with Ann, our survey bod.

RockbirdandHerSpork · 04/02/2010 18:16

No, don't let forriners vote! I need those Amazon vouchers, too much competition!

Pluto · 04/02/2010 18:20

done

I am getting very excited about the thought of a Mumsnet swingometer.

Tortoise · 04/02/2010 18:26

Done.
I need to win. I have never been able to afford any from Boden!

psychomum5 · 04/02/2010 19:38

I wanna win

SpringHeeledJack · 04/02/2010 19:52

yeah, buuuuuuut...

surely the results will be skewed by your prizes? they are a bit Tory, after all- no self respecting lefty is going to be seen half dead in summink as bourgeois as a Printed Henley, a Double Breasted Rainyday or a Ditsy Floral Top [violent spew emoticon]

and as for Amazon...don't get me fucking started. What about their history of crap labour relations? their cutthroat business practices?

tsk.

I think you should have a lefty prize to even it out a bit. A year's sub to the Morning Star, or 100 quids worth of fair trade produce.

errrr

free flights to Cuba?

SpringHeeledJack · 04/02/2010 19:55

Jux · 04/02/2010 21:19

I'll have the Amazon vouchers; that way I'm supporting impoverished authors

bosch · 04/02/2010 21:22

Done

Would vote Labour and probably will til I die, mainly because although they need a decent opposition, I couldn't bring myself to vote for Conservative or Lib Dem

Am holding out for the flight to Cuba

onebatmother · 04/02/2010 22:30
