The whole process was easy, clear and fast. Ordering on the website took just a couple of minutes, the confirmation email arrived very quickly with all the necessary info and the stickers themselves were delivered in just a couple of days

Packaging seemed fine, not too much - possibly could skip the plastic outer wrap or swap to paper but it was fairly minor. The information on how to use the stickers was very clear.

It was unbelievably easy. I've always used iron-on labels in the past and LOVE these. The instructions were fine.

Quite a lot of plastic, but that's to be expected. Instructions were clear. It was all quite plain and not very exciting looking but it is name stickers so not exactly the world's most interesting product

Survived fine so far on a 60 degree wash. Cups have survived hand washing

1. It’s a pretty straight forward website to navigate and it was intuitive to use.
2. A confirmation email came very quickly and delivery was so quick. Can’t fault it at all.
3. The packaging and info with the order were as expected. Nothing memorable but equally nothing wrong with it! Perfectly suitable for the product.
4. Super easy to use - peel and stick!
5. We stuck them on waterbottles, bags, tupperware and clothes labels.
6. They seem to have survived fine so far. I don’t think I’ve washed anymore than once, max twice yet though. However the waterbottles and tupperware have been through the dishwasher on the hot setting with no problems.

This is the best bit! The labels were the easiest to apply out of all I've ever tried. Only took a few seconds and they were good to go.

I like the website, it was a nice simple layout, easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for.
The reviews on the website read as genuine and informative.
The ordering process is very simple without too many steps (which a lot of websites have) it was really easy to use, I especially liked the address search/filling tool.
I also really liked the school fundraising scheme the company runs.

Very pleased, they are so efficient and easy to order from, the ordering process, level of communication, fast shipping and the quality of the product have all really impressed me.

After placing my order (at 6pm on Thursday) I received a confirmation email Immediately.
It was clear and confirmed all the information I needed to check my order was correct.
The following morning (Friday) I received a dispatched email at 9am which I though was very quick.

The labels were delivered on Saturday.
I though this was a quick turn around and very efficient.

The labels were well packaged, I like the little plastic pouch they came in, it will be useful to ensure they are kept together and the fact all the instructions for using them is printed onto the pouch is very well though out and helpful.

My first impressions of the labels are good, the font is clear and easy to read, despite my son having a rather long name it fits onto the label nicely and it looks nice and smart.

The instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow, I like how there are separate instructions for each type of item you can stick the labels to.

The first label I attached was to my sons school blazer.
It peeled off the backing very easily (which was a problem I had with previous labels I have used) it was easy to place and stuck to the tag very securely.

I then put a label on his school shoes, PE kit, lunch box and hydro flask, I was a little concerned about how it would stick onto the flask but the labels went onto everything perfectly and seem to be well stuck down.

5. What did you stick the labels onto?

Coat, School blazer, shirts, school shoes, trainers, PE kit, rugby Kit, backpack, lunch box, hydro flask and pencil case.

They look exactly the same, they are still stuck fast and hand washing, going through the washing machine and the dishwasher has not affected the labels at all, they all still look perfect.

Good, it had a bag holding all the sheets of labels together, the instructions and fitted though the letterbox.

Very easy, they were a good size for clothing labels and stuck easily onto a lunchbox and bottles.

Very well. The instruction not to be tempted to pick at them after washing to make sure they were stuck on was useful though

Oh, I forgot to say that not having to iron them into place was great.

After order I immediately received a confirmation email along with a dispatch email the following day. The labels then arrived the next day. Very efficient service.

The labels arrived in a white undamaged envelope. The instructions for use were extremely clear and detailed. Very simple to apply the labels.

I went a little label mad as there were so many! Shoes, polo shirts, blouses, cardigans, tights, lunchbox, water bottle, school bag, PE kit, dressing gown, pyjamas and coat.

Absolutely fine so far. Food containers have been washed 3 times and a few of the clothing items once or twice. I am interested to see how long they will last.

Overall, they are fab labels and so far work very well, but I would not buy them simply because of the price. Also, I wouldn't need 90, or even 60 labels so offering a smaller number of labels may encourage more people to buy them.

1. The website was extremely easy to use, and it only took me about a minute to complete the ordering service. The graphics were bold and the instructions very clear.

1. The service was excellent. I ordered them in the morning and they had arrived in the post the following day. The confirmation email told me everything I needed to know.

1. I think that they could have just been put in an envelope without the plastic folder/envelope thing, but that's just me being picky. The instructions were with the labels and very straightforward.

The labels are brilliantly easy to use, and the instructions were clear - the initial fault was mine because I didn't read the bit about allowing 24 hours before washing clothes to allow the adhesive to work to its best effect, so I put loads of labels in my children's clothes, washed them, and they fell off. So at first I wasn't very impressed, but then I went back and actually read the instructions properly and realised I'd missed the crucial bit about leaving it for 24 hours first!

1. With four children, I went crazy and stuck them onto everything - clothes, water bottles, lunch boxes, shoes, bags, rulers, pens - anything that they take to and fro to school.

1. On solid objects, such as the lunchboxes, bottles etc, they have survived brilliantly. However, for some reason, I have found that a couple of them have come off in my tumble dryer. So although I would definitely buy them again, for my more expensive uniform items (eg my boys' blazers are £150 each (although I wouldn't be tumbling them!)) I will continue to sew my old faithful Cash's nametapes into those items, but double up with the Stikins.

Really easy to use, just stick a label to the washing label (clothes) or on to your item (water bottle, etc).

So far the labels have been used on a coat, tie, lunch box, hat and scarf.

The lunch box label is pristine, washing has not faded it at all. I have washed and tumble dried the clothes and so far nothing has come off or faded. Really pleased with the quality, some stickers come off after one wash and can't withstand tumble drying either.

Hmmmmm. My washing machine is full of stickins that have unstuck from the clothing and stuck themselves to the drum instead. Not great...

Website a bit basic and not many examples of what labels looked like on stuff or example uses. However easy and clear to use.

Yes, the stikins were sent the next day and arrived the day after that. Very quick. The confirmation email was clear (although i did receive 2 confirmations), and they also sent a second email when the items were dispatched.

Simple instructions on how to use the stikins, and i like that they come in a plastic resealable bag, so i can keep the ones i havent used tidy.

Very easy to put on, you just stick them to the clothing label and press firmly, as per the instructions. Much quicker than having to get the iron out like I had to last year.

Stuck the labels onto my sons entire uniform, trousers, tops, jumpers, coat, i've even tried them in his welly boots.

All labels are still intact, the clothes have been washed several times, and tumble dried or air dried. Im very pleased with them and hope they last a good long time.

The order arrived quickly and was well packed inside a plastic bag in the envelope with an informative leaflet detailing how to use the labels.

The labels were SO easy to apply ( no ironing or sewing!!!!) The instructions were easy to follow and so simple.

They haven’t shifted in the slightest despite washing, tumbling multiple times. I am so impressed - I honestly will never buy from anywhere else! After years of sewing and ironing these have changed my life!!!!

All good. Reading through some of the responses I see that not everyone saw the instruction not to wash for 24 hours. I did but it could possibly be clearer.

Ridiculously easy. Other than not to wash for 24 hours no instructions necessary really!

Clothes, wellies, water bottle, food containers (just started Food Tech lessons which requires a lot of labelled containers so this was great timing).

So far, all still intact and as new although they've only been in the wash a couple of times.

Overall, a great product, easy to order and arrived very quickly - no more sewing on name tapes for us! Thanks for letting us test them.

The website was user friendly however it did not give me the option to print surname only which I would have preferred as I sometimes hand things down or the boys share them.

I have used the labels on all school uniform; shirts, trousers, jumpers, shoes including PE kit and even sweaty trainers. I used them on water bottles and packed lunch box. They are also on the beavers uniform.

The school uniform and beavers uniform needs washing after each wear, the labels are still fixed firmly, the printed unfazed. They’ve also survived the dryer too
