Yes, it was easy to navigate, I located the products I needed straight away, the only issue I had was you need to select and complete the order right the way through. If you press the back button to double check you have to start the process again.

Yes, the process was quick, a confirmation email arrived very quickly with all of the required information.

The packaging was just right, it protected the labels and was just the right size to go through the letter box meaning you do not need to worry if you are out. The information on how and where to stick the labels is clear and easy to read.

THe instructions were clear and easy to follow, the labels peeled off easily but are very sticky (obviously) so it is not always easy to not touch the back but they stuck well to all surfaces.

Very well, the uniform was washed twice and has not budged from the care label, my son has worn his school shoes for a week and a half and they are still as if I had just stuck them, I put one on the ridge of the water bottle this adhered fine and has not moved after being washed and used at school and is as new.

Very easy to use and user-friendly. Ordering the labels was very quick.

Yes, everything was quick and efficient. The confirmation mail had all the info I needed and the labels arrived promptly after I recived it.

There was minimal packaging which was good. The plastic sleeve could have been replaced with a paper sleeve.

Very easy, they just stick straight on! The instructions were clear although they are so easy to use, you don’t really need instructions.

Wash label with label on curled a little after clothes were tumble dried but flattened again when they cooled. Print still looks exactly the same, labels haven’t budged, and this is the same for those on drinks bottles which have been through the dishwasher too. Very good.

Service was great: website was easy to navigate when ordering, confirmation email had all the details required and I wasn't bombarded with extra emails after ordering.

1. How well did the print and labels survive throughout wear and after washing? So far all labels have survived both dishwasher and washing machine. Having said that, we mostly wash on low heat settings so I don't know whether the labels would withstand a boil wash or extra hot dishwasher setting.

I was pleasantly surprised by these labels - I've never used sticky labels before as imagined they'd fall off after a couple of washes, but these are durable.

I used the site from my mobile phone and everything was very straight forward, I didn't encounter any issues.

Yes very pleased with the service received, I placed the order very late on a thursday night (11pm) and it arrived on Saturday morning.
confirmation email was instant and very clear.

the order arrived in an A5 envelope, labels were protected with a plastic film inside the envelope and there was also a letter in the envelope (outside the plastic). Just wondering if that plastic wrapper was necessary, especially these days when we are encouraged to reduce the plastic use.

it was very straightforward and easy to use them. and definitely time saving.

so far, I have stuck them inside my daughter's shoes and they have stayed on and not faded at all. I also used them on my other daughter's snack box, and they have been washed in the dishwasher absolutely fine on a daily basis.

ok I was a bit late to the party on this because I missed the email in my spam folder so only got my stickers today and have started sticking them in things so will come back to number 6 when I have done the washing!

Did the confirmation email provide you with all the information that you needed? absolutely - customer service was great, As I hadn't ordered they followed up with another email as they realised it had probably gone into my spam folder, luckily I saw this one and was able to go ahead and order. The order must have been posted pretty much immediately as the stickers arrived so quickly. Can't fault them.

They are small enough that you don't need to worry about getting air bubbles under them too.

• Good, clear, functional and user friendly website.

• The most helpful thing is seeing the images of Stkins on the care label and other items, which clearly show the size of the product and font size.

-V pleased. Ordering was extremely easy and straightforward. The process itself took no more than a couple of minutes and the auto fill address was great.

• Order confirmation was instantaneous.
• Order confirmation was 14:17 and the Dispatch notification was 15:18, so just over 1 hour, which is very impressive!
• The envelope arrived in the post the next day, so less than 24 hours later.

• The white envelope was easily identifiable and arrived undamaged.
• It contained the order confirmation, a flyer ( which could probably have just been added to the order confirmation page as half the page was blank) and a plastic wallet containing the Stikins.
• Do not know if the plastic wallet is recyclable? If so, it should specify. If not, they should source an alternative.
• The printed instructions on the plastic wallet are okay, but do not mention tumble drying or ironing the labels.

• Extremely easy to peel the labels off the backing and apply them. Instructions are v clear and easy to follow.

• School uniform, shoes and trainers, lunch bag, water bottle, hockey stick, pencil case.

• So far all are still in place and have not faded at all. Clothes have been washed and tumble dried. Trainers have been used several times. Lunch bag been sprayed/ wiped. Water bottles been thrown around during training indoors and outdoors and hand washed in v hot water.
• I think further repeated use will be more telling based on previous experience of non sew in labels, especially the tumble drying. V pleased with them so far.

Functional packaging which fits through the letterbox and isn't a waste of materials. Definitely appropriate and well branded.

So easy, this was the main benefit for me. No ironing, sewing etc. Just stick and go!

Very well so far. I followed the instruction to not wash clothes in the 24 hours after applying to the label and they havent moved at all, still read clearly and the water bottle label is also holding up well. I liked the fact the design was rather functional and businesslike. It works well for older children.

Packaging was ok. Really liked that the info was on the bag that the labels are in. In a year when I run out I will be able to see where the good stickers came from and order more. Instructions are on there too but it's pretty self explanatory.

I have used them on water bottles, inside shoes and in school trousers so far.

They have survived longest hot pan wash in the dishwasher, 40 deg long wash in washing machine (followed by tumble drying). I have also used them in the inside of school shoes. I know you're not supposed to put them under the heel but he's just started school and it's easier for him to see which ones are his when sticker is here. I figured I can replace after a while if the lettering fades. It hasn't at all yet. Previous stickers from other suppliers have lasted less than a week in here so these ones are pretty impressive so far.

Overall I am really happy with these and would be more than happy to pay full price for them. Will definitely order more when I have used these ones up.

Very pleased, mainly because the order was acknowledged quickly and dispatched the next day to arrive the day after that. Full email updates on the order throughout as well.

Instructions are very clear, and the labels are incredibly simple to use, they are really just vinyl-like stickers.

At present they have survived quite few washes on the clothes and the bottle has been in the dishwasher. The labels are absolutely fine with no sign of wear or losing adhesion. It will be interesting to see if they last a whole school year. If they do I'd purchase more as it was so easy and quick compared to sewing name labels in.

The order arrived in normal post the 2 working days after I placed my order. Stickers were in plastic packaging within a normal envelope. The plastic packaging wasn’t necessary.

The labels were easy to stick on and instructions easy to follow. Far easier than ironing or sewing!

Yes very impressed with the turnaround time I ordered mine late at night they were delivered approximately 36 hours later. Super quick!

Packaging was fine, I didn’t really see the need in the enclosed reorder form/leaflet as I’d used the website to order and I imagine most people do.

An absolute doddle to apply, no twisting up or sticking to your fingers. My only small criticism would be that the labels were a little large for some of DD item tags. It would be good to have the option to order smaller sizes.

So far everything has survived a few washes and general wear and tear. Surprisingly DS hasn’t been able to pick off the label from his pencil case and believe me he has very busy fiddle fingers

I did once make the mistake of putting the labels on the sole of a pair of shoes but your website makes it clear to put them on the sides of the shoe, which I have now done. No further problems.

Not had them long enough to thoroughly test this out, but I needed to wash the uniform anyway, that I had labeled.

Survived a hot white polo shirt wash, without puckering- which has been an issue with similar iron on labels.

Interested to see how the lunchbox will get on. (dd2 off school this week). Waterbottle survived in the dishwasher, on reasonably hot wash.

Going to try trainers/pumps next. These are the things stick on/ iron on labels usually don't work on.

I probably wouldn't need 90 - would buy this many for all 3 children. ( and still have spares for next year).

All in all much better than ironing, and sewing. And clearer than using a laundry pen ( which always wash out).

The website is pretty straightforward to order from. The ordering form was short and concise.

The process was logical, very easy with the drop downs, options for quantity clear.
ordering on the website took just a couple of minutes, the confirmation email within minutes with all the order and delivery information, again clear, and the stickers themselves were delivered in 2 days - amazing.

Packaging was good, just an A4 envelope with EVERYTHING I needed inside. Very clear instructions included on how to fit/use the labels.

It was really easy. I've always used iron-on labels for my children's school clothes. The instructions were fine. Other than not to wash for 24 hours no instructions necessary really.

Shoes (the inner sides - helps with putting them or the right feet) School uniform, p.e kit and pumps, and lunch/snack boxes, wellingtons.

Amazing, several washes later (including several trips to the dishwasher for the school lunch drinks flask and yoghurt pots) all the labels are still in place and look as new. The ones in the shoes are fine, as are the ones in the school uniform.

I have done several product tests for Mumsnet - this is by far the best product.

Yes, the website was very clear and uncluttered. I was surprised that there weren’t loads of other options of different types of stickers to choose from but actually found that refreshing.

Arrived very quickly and the bag which it arrived in is perfect for keeping the labels together and easy to find when filed away

1. How easy was it to use the labels/put the labels onto clothes and other items? Were the instructions on how to do so clear and easy to follow?

So easy to use, I couldn't quite believe it as as simple as the instructions said. But it really was a case of just sticking them in. I did all my daughter's clothes within half an hour.

1. What did you stick the labels onto?

All daughter's clothes, water bottles, wellies shoes, backpack and favourite teddies.

1. How well did the print and labels survive throughout wear and after washing?

It's remained perfect after being washed a few times. I stuck one to a tea towel and have stuck it in every wash as an experiment. It's stayed in perfect just stick condition. I will definitely order more of these when we need more as I'm so pleased with them.
