Very easy, very quick. Initially I thought that it was a bit basic as there’s not lots of options of colours, pictures etc. but it actually made it a very quick and painless procedure!

Immediate email (with confirmation of what I’d ordered, which is good because I had a spelling panic) and the order arrived the next day.

I am gutted that I haven’t had these before. I thought I was saving time by writing names on in marker pen. These are EXCELLENT. I’m ordering for the other kids too!

Good as new. I knew they’d be good on clothing because I guessed that’s the whole point, but it’s surprising how they haven’t even slightly budged off the water bottles despite daily washing.

An excellent product. Very impressed.

I was very pleased with the service. I received a confirmation email shortly and the email was very informative. I also received notification when my order was despatched.

The packaging was fine, I would have liked to have seen less plastic but it was well presented and easily fitted through the letterbox which meant no waiting around to receive the delivery.

The labels were very easy to attach, literally just like a sticker. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow

They have survived perfectly. They don’t seem worn, haven’t faded or lifted and the text is still as clear as when they were attached.
Overall I was very pleased with the product and would recommend and buy again.

Yes the labels arrived very promptly. Yes o got all the info needed from the email sent.

Packaging was good and the information was clear and as expected.

Easy peasy. Instructions were clear but not really required. Extremely straightforward.

Water bottles, shoes, polo shirts.

Fine so far. Survived a high temperature washing machine wash or 2. No problems with the water bottles either, although they’ve only been used a couple of times.

I think they’re fine as a product but I would have liked more choices of design. The kids have had another brand in the past where they could choose colours and a picture.

Also the width is quite big, which was annoying for attaching to some narrower clothes labels. A slimmer design would be preferable.

The website was easy to navigate. The initial template looked like it would just be stuck on a clothes label but I realised my mistake!

The items were packed well and arrived quickly.

They were easy to use and could be used in many different items. We put them on a jumper and a coat both of which survived a hot wash. Also water bottle and trainers. They are a little big for small shoes so maybe a choice of sizes would be good.

I also feel that a wider range of colours and designs would be good for children to spot theirs especially from a distance. My niece loves ladybirds so all hers usually have a large red ladybird on which she spots first then checks for her name.

I feel these were quite good value for money and may appeal more for older children or adults who want something more simple that does the job.

The service was simple and good and it was an easy process. There are many companies out there so it is difficult to say what make these special so maybe look at marketing them to students going to uni or teens at college who need labels but not child like ones.

The website was very straightforward and easy to navigate. No problems at all.

The stickers arrived very quickly, all info contained within email, no issues with confirmations.

Not needing much packaging as expected, perhaps better if not in plastic. How to use info enclosed easy to follow.

Very very easy to put labels into items. Fabric or otherwise such as school bag, lunch bag, water bottle. Instructions barely required but straightforward.

I put them in jumpers, shirts, dresses, pe kit, shoes, wellies, lunch bags and water bottles.

Everything has stayed intact so far. Happily surviving washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. No fading, no peeling, no moving. No issues during wear either.

I've tried other stick on labels and these are way better. I like that it's a dark clear writing against white background. Teaching staff have found it really easy to quickly identify who the items belong to. I went for just the surname so both my children could use them and it came out in a large font because of that.
Would be great in a residential care setting too for those who have all their clothes needing to be labelled.

The website was very easy-to-use and I found what I was looking for immediately. In terms of style, though, I would say it's a bit text-heavy particularly on the homepage which makes it look crowded. I think that, for instance, the explanatory bullet points for each category could be moved to sub-pages. I also wonder if some of the items included in the menu bar at the top of website could be combined. That said, the copy is always clear and friendly.

The email arrived immediately and contained all the information I needed.

The packaging was basic but sufficient. The labels arrived undamaged and well-presented.

The labels were exceptionally easy to use. The method of application was basically self-evident and really didn't require much explication. They stuck to all surfaces, particularly clothing labels easily.

Great, clear and informative. I would suggest that a faq tab could be helpful, as although there was a faq page it wasn’t that straightforward to navigate to. Also, I got confused with the basket as after you filled in one label there was an “add pack” button, which I thought would add it to the basket but instead it meant add another pack. It would be clearer if it said add another pack.
Good info on how to use one pack for two names, which I followed.

I stuck these on to water bottles, shoes and clothes. They have stayed put after washing and havent faded. That's all I need really.

Very quick delivery and the packaging held up well to the rain. Info was clear and easy to follow

Very easy. Unlike other brands I've used, Stickins don't have the excess paper (between the labels, where they have been punched out) so the stickers are very easy to remove and there is less chance of folding/creasing the sticker before it's attached.

But We got some of these from a school promotion, all came off after a few washes 2 were stuck to my dryer!!

Seemed to stick there but not to the clothes!!

It was easy to navigate on my phone (iPhone SE) and looked professional. I was able to place an order in a few clicks.

Yes, the labels came very quickly. I checked the confirmation email for the usual things (like spelling my DD's name correctly ) and didn't notice anything lacking.

The little bag to keep the labels in is really handy. I read through the instructions even though I've used this sort of product before and picked up some information I wouldn't have known otherwise, e.g. about sticking them to care labels only and the amount of time to leave them before putting them through the dishwasher.

It couldn't have been easier to apply them. The instructions were useful for helping with placement and timings to let the adhesive set before testing the stickiness.

I stuck them onto my DD's lunchbox, water bottle and school cardigan care label.

Really well, they didn't shift at all. I bought sticky labels from a different online shop in the summer and the print was damaged the first time I put DD's lunchbox through the dishwasher and has now been completely erased. The other brand's labels also came off first time in the washing machine. It's only been a couple of weeks but the Stikins labels haven't shifted at all and still look as good as new. I will definitely buy them next time.
