We tested these on our (small) 11mo baby, tested in size 4s (although we were using size 3s at home, I have to presume that there were no size 3s to try).
-Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?
They were fine overall, no leaks and very soft.
-How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?
No leaks of wee at all. I was less keen on dealing with big poos with these, as they seemed a little less good than regular nappies at sidewise containment (although this may be down to size, as at 7.8kg baby was below the bottom of the advertised range for this size).
-How would you rate the dryness of the pants?
They were very good at keeping baby dry, day and overnight. Didn't seem excessively saturated in the morning.
-Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?
Would consider, was useful being able to pull up the pants over cruising baby's bottom, although needed to be careful to tuck bits in. Pricing would be an important factor, we would not buy if they were more expensive than regular nappies
-Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
Not really overly convinced - we potty trained eldest at 2, so doubt would go earlier this time unless showing signs of being able to train. Pullups give nappy signals, so we only used for a brief time, as elder child found them confusing. For a smaller child who is using a potty for fun (i.e. 12-24mo or so), these might be useful, but pricing would be important for me.
-If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?
Dryness was grand, fit a bit less so - but in the correct size for weight (we did ask for 3s) they might be less scary round the leg with poos. The design on the nappy seemed a bit obscured by the waistband - not sure if this is due to being just a beta product, but if you're trying to engage a toddler with the pictures you want them to be visible.
