This thread is for the MNers who've been trying out Pampers Baby-Dry Pants with their child.

Here’s what Pampers say, “Thank you so much for signing up to try our new Baby-Dry Pants – you’re some of the first people in the UK to try them and we can’t wait to hear what you thought of them. We really hope you and your little one found them easy to use, as well as providing the reliable dryness you’d expect from a normal taped nappy.”

Below are some questions to get you started but please feel free to add other comments too.

Please state the age of your child and the size of Baby-Dry Pants nappies you were trying in your response.

  • Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?
  • How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?
  • How would you rate the dryness of the pants?
  • Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?
  • Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?

Everyone who comments on this thread and completes the survey we sent via email will be entered in to a prize draw where one MNer will receive a £200 John Lewis voucher.

Thanks and good luck!

I tried these on DD who is 3.5 and we used size 6.

  • Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?
Very satisfied, DD wears nappies at night time and much preferred these. She is able to put them on herself, the band is nice and soft leaving no red marks and keeps her dry all night.
  • How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?
Didn't use during the day time as DD is toilet trained but they were great for night time use, they kept her dry until morning and no sign of any irritation or redness.
  • How would you rate the dryness of the pants?
10/10.
  • Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes we would definitely use these - I don't think DD is going to want to go back to standard nappies when our trial pack runs out!
  • Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes, due to ease of use and comfort, although as DD is toilet trained during the day I'm not sure how they would be when dealing with poo's.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?
Yes, would recommend.

Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?
Pretty satisfied. They do the job and are lovely and soft but do seem quite bulky compared to other brands I've tried.

How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?
I wasn't totally sold on the fit which made them sag quite easily if I didn't catch that they were full - not a problem at night, but caused a poo leak in the morning one time. They seem bigger than the size 5 Tesco pull ups I normally by which could explain it.

How would you rate the dryness of the pants?
They hold plenty and kept pjs dry through the night so as good as a nappy for overnights. They were better at this than the supermarket own brand.

Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?
I would buy if on offer at a price that was competitive with supermarket brands, but can't justify the extra cost otherwise. I see at the moment they are on offer in Tesco and I will buy more at that price.

Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
I'd already moved over to pullups before the trial. Ds2 (29 months) is getting close to the point where I'll start potty training which was the reason for switching, but I find pants much easier to use now that he's more reluctant to lie down to get changed.

If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?
I would recommend for dryness, but would suggest trying a smaller size first fit wise.

sleepyhead · 29/09/2015 00:00

Oh, and ds2 is 2.5yrs and we tried size 5s.

dynevoran · 29/09/2015 06:47

I tried size 5 on ds 15 months.

Overall I was satisfied with the pants. They were lovely and soft and stretchy.

They held up very well at night and day from a dryness point of view. But once half full didn't hold a messy poo as well as the pampers nappies.

I rate dryness very highly.

I would buy in future as ds prefers standing up change and they are very comfortable on him...no red marks but stay up well.

Yes I would use them before potty training due to comfort.

I would recommend them to a friend for dryness and comfortable fit. I liked most that they didn't have the Velcro tabs that most pull ups have.

TIMMS30 · 29/09/2015 09:04

Just completed the trial of this product and I'm really pleased with it, thanks for selecting me!

Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?

Really satisfied and would definitely use again.

  • How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time? -

I used the pants more during the night in order to get the full benefit of their dryness capability. They were great, my Daughters nappy didn't feel heavy like it usually does in the morning and she also slept through all night, always a bonus! They were also good in the day for speed purposes, try can just be slipped on without any rolling over whilst changing battle!

  • How would you rate the dryness of the pants?

I'd say a 10/10!

  • Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes, I usually buy from my oval supermarket (Aldi) but would be prepared to shop elsewhere just for these.

  • Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes because they work the same as a normal nappy.

  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?

Yes, definitely and I already have!

Nothingtodowithme · 29/09/2015 10:45

My son is 2 and he wears size 6.

  • Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?
I've never used pull-ups before and these were soft, fitted well and contained wees and poos effectively.
  • How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?
We had no leaks, which is rare at the moment - his Baby Dry nappies haven't been doing the job.
  • How would you rate the dryness of the pants?
Excellent - no leaks.
  • Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?
I think I'll keep a few, but they won't replace nappies for us yet because it annoyed me that I had to take my son's trousers and shoes off for every change.
  • Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
No, as I had to partially undress him rather than whipping the nappies off and on.I'm expecting to have to do that when we tackle potties, but not yet.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?
yes, for dryness and fit, but not for convenience.
sparklyeditor · 29/09/2015 11:24

Tested on a boy, aged 18 months, size 5.

Summary
Great product (usual high standard from Pampers) if price were no barrier: expensive compared to conventional nappies @19p per nappy (I'll stick with Aldi 6p per nappy!). Only slight practical drawback is (by design) no sticky tabs to fold up the nappy on itself once it's dirty (which is especially useful when you've got a sloppy poo!). (You can neatly fold up nappies with sticky tabs without the mess spilling out.) Overall, I can't see any difference between this product and other pull-up style pants on the market, which I used for my older child during potty training and night times. I'm not convinced to use these prior to potty training.

- Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?
Very satisfied.
- How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?
As good as the baby-dry nappies, but with the drawback of being a bit messy to change when there's a sloppy poo. Tip: tear the sides, don't slide them down like pants. But the mess still is more than with a conventional nappy, as you can't use any sticky tabs to fold the nappy on itself and keep it wrapped up while you deal with the mess.
- How would you rate the dryness of the pants?
Excellent, as good as the Pampers Baby-Dry nappies, which we already use overnight (only overnight for cost reasons).
- Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?
If the price is lowered by a special offer, yes, and if they're competitive on price with other pull-up pants style nappies once potty training takes off more (currently only doing potty training at bath time as not much interest from our DS).
- Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
Not really tbh. I liked the idea as he is a wriggler sometimes when getting his nappy changed, and it could be easier if you're out and about and have to do a change standing up because of lack of facilities, but actually, I'm not convinced on that one as you'd have to take the shoes and trousers off, whereas with a nappy you can put it on without removing that clothing.
- If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?
Yes, the fit is good, the dryness excellent.

QuietNinjaTardis · 29/09/2015 12:18

My daughter is 21 months and wearing size 4

  • Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?
I quite liked them and I liked the sticky tape to wrap them up.
  • How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?
They did pretty well, better than other pull ups I've tried
  • How would you rate the dryness of the pants?
Good
  • Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes possibly when my daughter is a little older and potty training
  • Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
I quite liked them but at the moment my daughter couldn't pull them up by herself as her feet kept getting stuck in the crotch part so as a nappy they were fine. When she's a little bigger and potty training I think they'd be ok.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?
Yes I liked the way they fitted and found them better than pampers nappies
emmamaw · 29/09/2015 13:20

My dd is 28 months and we tried size 5. We are starting to potty train so i was really excited to try these. I found them soft and stretchy. Dd really liked stepping into them and could sort-of put them on her self (with a little wedgie). She referred to them as nappy-knickers and was able to pull them up and down when sitting on the potty.
I think theyre really handy for potty training when staying indoors during the day but not at nightime. I dont know whether its the absorbancy or simply that there is less coverage but they leaked during the night, which is something that never hapens with our usual brand. I also wouldnt feel confident using them when going out for the day or on long car journeys for the same reasons.
I think the price is fair vecause theyre pampers, but i normally use boots or aldi so usually pay less.
Overall I'd recommend them for potty training at home but not in place of regular nappies.

cabster · 29/09/2015 13:23

Hi Pampers, thanks for including us in your trial.

For starters - we're a cloth bum household! DS (11m) is in cloth and we recently put DD (3 in Nov) back in cloth in the daytime to see if it would encourage potty training. So you could consider us a hard-to-win-over customer! We like cloth because it keeps our household waste to a minimum, at one point with 2 in disposables our bin was so full of nappies we didn't have room to empty the kitchen bin.

DD has used the whole packet of size 5s over the last week, day, night and at playgroup.

Overall - I like this product, despite it being disposable. It definitely has a place in our household, though I might not use it every day.

Night time was when the nappy performed best for us. We have been using Tesco nappies at night (no cloth can contain DD's night wees) and they often leak at the waistband, leaving soggy PJs. Not these! They could go 12 hours without breaking a sweat.

Daytime was good too, as the absorbency was so good. HOWEVER DD is prone to eczema and often has itchy skin, and she scratched and fussed at the waistband LOADS. So much so that she made herself bleed in a couple of places, on her back above her bum. So I wouldn't recommend these for children with sensitive skin.

The issue of undressing to put a new nappy on also reared its head - fine in the summer with bare legs and crocs but not great with jeans and boots, especially when out and about. We've perfected the "half-mast" nappy change but my parents haven't, and as they undress DD to change her anyway they much preferred the pull up style.

One bugbear I did have - that sticky tab was neither use nor ornament! It didn't stretch far enough to allow me to wrap up the nappy neatly for disposal, and in the mornings it has welded itself to tightly to the nappy overnight that it wouldn't come away without ripping off a layer of nappy with it. I think that design needs rethinking! Plus the layer of gauze obscuring the picture was disappointing.

So... Would I switch? No. Not full time. But I think I'll head in this direction quite soon for night use.

agnapoop · 29/09/2015 18:31

I was very satisfied with these products from pampers. My daughter is 3 and I am in the process of potty training her. We trialled the extra large size 6. She found them really easy to pull down when trying the potty and they kept her completely dry through the night. Dryness rating would definitely be 10/10. With regard to comfort she also commented to me that they felt nice and comfortable. I have already recommended these to others and will continue to use them. I also loved the idea of the simple tab for discarding the nappy. Thank you for allowing me to trial these. Definitely a winner.

AbbeyRoadCrossing · 29/09/2015 18:35

MNHQ - I never got the survey sent by email yet?

Lillabet · 29/09/2015 18:55

I am trying size 6 on nearly 3yr old DD.

Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?

Quite satisfied, they did the job pretty well overall.

  • How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?

They did very well during the day and dealt with both wetness and solid matter very well (struggling with potty training at the moment - she's refusing to tell us when she needs to go!HmmConfused)

  • How would you rate the dryness of the pants?

Pretty good. We didn't try them overnight as DD refuses to wear them overnight ("They're day bobs mummy, not night bobs! " said with scandalised tone! And so called because the ones we had for DS (now 6yrs) had Bob the Builder on and the name stuck!). We tried a full 8 hours through the day (DD sleeps 12 but figured the wetness would be roughly equivalent) but they leaked as they were soaked through, although I must say they did get to just about 8 before they actually did so!

  • Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes, I have a DS2 (3 months) and would definitely consider them for every day use once he's out of the new born sizes; it would depend on how they fit him and how they dealt with BF'd baby poo! I'll continue to use them for my daughter too. They are much softer than the pull ups I usually get from pampers and much stretchier round the sides too which is fab for my 90+centile DCs (DD is in age 4-5 clothing and not yet 3!Shock)

  • Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?

I think it would possible to use them for everyday use as well as toilet training although it does add an extra layer of hassle as you'd have to strip the bottom half completely to get a clean one on, this isn't required for a conventional nappy!

  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?

Yes, they fit beautifully and pretty good at the dryness too. Lovely and soft too. I found the tearable sides much easier than the current offering; they tear nicely down the seam when they're coming off but because the sides are stretchier they don't feel like they're going to tear as I put them on. My only criticism would be that the tab at the back to hold it all together after it's been removed just isn't long enough! The only thing DD was a bit miffed about was that she couldn't really see the cartoon on the front as it was covered a bit.

Steph25x · 29/09/2015 19:10

First of all thank you very much for letting me be a part of this product test. Both me and my little girl have enjoyed trialling these new Pampers Baby-Dry Pants. I've been overall very happy with them.

  • Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?
I've been extremely happy with the performance of Pampers Baby-Dry Pants.
  • How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?
They were great, I never had one leak and through the night she remained dry.
  • How would you rate the dryness of the pants?
As I never had any accidents and my little girl woke up nice and dry I would give them a fab 10/10.
  • Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?
I've been very impressed with these pants and will definitely be buying them in the future. I've tried pants once before when my little girl was younger and i wasn't keen on them as I found them difficult to remove with my baby lying down when she'd done a number two! She would be kicking her legs and I'd be thinking oh no she's going to get this everywhere. But now that she's almost walking I can easily change her bum with her standing up just a case of pulling them down. So i think for younger babies taped nappies are best until they can stand/walk then the pants are a much better option than taped nappies as my little girl now hates lying down to get changed and tries to turn over and crawl away. So she loved the pants and the fact she could stand up to get changed. Will use these pants from now on.
  • Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes I definitely think these pants are not just for potty training. As its getting baby used to pants and and a different way of getting changed. Helping to prepare them for potty training when the time comes.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?
Yes I would recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants as they keep baby dry even through the night, they're a great fit and are comfortable for baby. They also look nice and are fantastic quality. You know you can trust the Pampers brand.

Thanks again for the chance to test these amazing pants. I have enjoyed the experience as has my little girl too. We've now found a new product we love and will continue to use in the future. Thanks Mumsnet & Pampers for the opertunity.

Steph25x · 29/09/2015 19:12

Sorry I forgot to add that my little girl is almost 11 months and we tried the size 4 Pampers Baby-Dry Pants.

kierie · 29/09/2015 20:17
  1. Fairly satisfied.
  2. Dryness through the day was great, but she wet through at night a few times, around the tummy and the legs.
  3. 7/10
  4. Probably not as they didn't last the night.
  5. I found the pants difficult to get off when she's pooed. The side openings needed a bit of force, which meant the poo trying to fly out! If I pulled them downwards, most of the poo just stuck to her bottom and made the changing mat filthy. The time it took to open up both sides meant that we had a lot more kicking from baby and pooey heels.
  6. Fit was good. I would probably recommend them to parents of standing tods who wriggle a lot during changing time.
Cocacolaandchocolate · 29/09/2015 20:22

Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?
Not very. We had a lot of poo accidents

  • How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time? I thought they looked bulky quickly and I didn't try them at night as I didn't think they would keep her dry.
  • How would you rate the dryness of the pants?
One wee only hold.
  • Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not? No. My dd does suffer looser poo than other toddlers these nappys did not keep poo in.
  • Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
No as because they could only hold one wee.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?
No.

Thanks for letting us try though ??

Karennza · 29/09/2015 20:24

Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?

By and large, I thought they were good. Not amazing, but certainly an overall good buy.

The good points were that they seemed to give him plenty of room and they were easy to put on him standing up. They were a godsend at swimming, where he goes mad when I lay him down to change him normally. They were also extremely easy to remove. They were pretty absorbent and I experienced d no leakage. Initially, I was irritated by not being able to wrap the nappy into a ball and secure it with straps once it was used, but then I realised there was an in-built tape to at least partly do this, which was great. The initial problem was entirely my fault for not reading the packet thoroughly enough!

On the negative side, they felt bulky if he'd peed a lot, in a way in which Active Fit (which I normally use) don't. I'd experienced this with the Baby Dry product before though, so it's not specific to the pants. Using the pants meant having to take his trousers right off at every change - I've got used to simplypulling them down in the last few.months, but then that's a personal way of doing things. I also noticed that they did leave dents/ridges on his skin - you know the way if you sit on something too long and your clothes have been creased underneath you? The size was the same as my normal Pampers nappies which fit perfectly and I'm pretty sure I put them.on.correctly. Nevertheless, he didn't seem uncomfortable, so I don't regard it as a huge deal.

Overall, not a prefect product, but with a lot of positive attributes.

How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?

As mentioned above, they left a few crease ridges on his skin, so after one night in them, I decided I wouldn't keep him.in them all night, lest they cause him discomfort. While the ridges were visible during the day too, at least he was getting changed regularly then so it didn't matter as much.

I didn't experience any leaks or anything at any time of the day, so that was good.

How would you rate the dryness of the pants?

Good. As stated, there were no leaks during my use of them. I did find that the pants - again, as with standard Baby Dry nappies in my experience - did swell more than I would have excepted, even over short periods. But since they didn't leak, nor did my son seem wet or otherwise uncomfortable, this was only a minor irritant.

Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?

I probably wouldn't buy them for standard everyday use, simply because I'm now so used to not removing my son's trousers when changing him (at home or in others' houses, at any rate). As I said, though, that's just my way of doing things, and others would of course remove them entirely.

However, I would - and probably will - buy them for occasional.use: as stated, they were really handy at swimming, and I also.found that out and about generally they came in useful as I wouldn't even have to bother using a changing table.

Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?

To be honest, I'm not convinced that training pants are a good idea for potty training - a lot of other mums and dads have said that they confuse the child and delay their progress in using the toilet. Therefore, I think the pants are better as a substitute for standard nappies. They offer, in the right ,circumstances and to the right people, considerable convenience.

If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?

Yes. I'd explain the above caveats to them, but would also happily tell.them that we experienced no leakage, and that my son seemed very comfortable in them, and that they gave his legs space to run around. As I said, they're overall a good buy :)

Thanks for letting me take part!

Karennza · 29/09/2015 20:30

Addendum: Sorry for several typo errors - this tablet isn't the easiest to type on. Also, my son is 22 months old, and we trialled size five.

Dontsayaword · 29/09/2015 20:57

Tested size 6 on our son who is 20 months old.

Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?
Quite satisfied, less bulky between the legs than out usual nappies which is good for movement and comfort but we did get some leakage of poo. Also not as easy to wrap up and seal as nappies with sticky side tabs, we only managed to wrap it up using the stick strip at the back once or twice.

  • How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?
Good during the day, some poo leakage at night.
  • How would you rate the dryness of the pants?
Very good dryness inside the nappy just leaked out of the sides a few times.
  • Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?
Probably not due to price, we normally use a cheaper brand and will continue to do so unless we start to have problems.
  • Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
I am not sure, my son was very confused by them at first, he could not understand why we were pulling them up and he got quite upset by the change and tried to pull them down at first. When he got used to them he went into the toilet and pulled his trousers and the pants down a few times i am not sure if this is a good thing or not. It shows he is interested in the toilet but he is not ready for toilet training yet.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?
Yes for dryness not for fit.

We may not have experienced the problems with leakage if we used a smaller size but he is in the right weight range for the size 6 pants that we tested.

georgieandjess · 29/09/2015 21:08

I have been testing size 4 Baby-Dry pants on my 5 month old son.

  • Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?
Very satisfied. They were very soft and looked good on
  • How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?
They performed very well and kept dry during the day and night. We had no leaks.
  • How would you rate the dryness of the pants?
Excellent
  • Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes definitely but it would depend on price. If they were a lot more expensive than my regular nappies then I would not swap
  • Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
I am trying my son on the potty and have been since he was about 1 month. They are great and make it much more easier when he needs to go.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?
yes

Thank you for letting us test these.

LookMaAStone · 29/09/2015 21:16

We tried the size 6 nappies on my two year old.

  • Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?
Very satisfied, the fit was fantastic and they are really soft and comfortable.
  • How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?
One leak at night but this is an ongoing problem with my toddler pulling the side of the nappy down in his sleep. All other nights were fine, kept my son dry and comfortable
  • How would you rate the dryness of the pants?
Equivalent to other nappies we have used, no problems.
  • Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?
I would buy them if they were priced nearer to supermarket own brands. It is only the softness and fit that is superior to those.
  • Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
We are already using pants even though we aren't potty training yet, it was due to a wriggly toddler and finding the pants fit nicely and aren't as bulky.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry Pants to other parents for dryness and fit?
I would recommend them yes.
Iguessyourestuckwithme · 29/09/2015 21:17

22 month old

Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?

Very Satisfied.

  • How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?
Held up well for a 13 hour overnight session.
  • How would you rate the dryness of the pants?
8/10
  • Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not? As long as they were on par costwise to nappies then yes. There are times pants are a better choice - at the beach or when out and about playground etc when easier just to pull them on/off.
  • Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?

These were more like a nappy so wouldn't consider them as potty training pants.

Please state the age of your child and the size of Baby-Dry Pants nappies you were trying in your response.

My daughter has just turned 2 and we are using size 5 pants.

  • Overall, how satisfied were you with Pampers Baby-Dry Pants?

I grew to like this product. It is not at all like the usual nappy pants i have been using and on first opening them they appeared like swim nappies! They looked like an experiment gone wrong! a half nappy that had fallen into an elastic bath! In use however they proved themselves more that worthy! The elastic is still a bit ott, but they are super soft and my daughter is happy to wear them.

  • How did Pampers Baby-Dry Pants perform through the day and at night time?

They were fine, no problems, only used them at night.

  • How would you rate the dryness of the pants?

Very good

  • Would you consider buying them in the future? If so, why? If not, why not?

yes i would because they are more supple than other brands

  • Did the trial convince you that pants are not just for potty training or not? If so, why? If not, why not?

I would recommend this type of product to anyone struggling with keeping nappies on kids who take their nappies off, or those who find it wasier to change children standing up than laying them down. The amount of elastication would provide a decent amount of resistance to being pulled down.

yes is would, but not at any price, would depend if there was an alternative or not.
