Tester...

Forgot to add something that really annoys me - when you choose something to watch on 'on demand' the show starts with half the screen covered by the programme info, and you can't get rid of it - you just have to wait for it to disappear. Not a massive problem in the scale of things, but if you've got a programme that goes straight in with no titles you do miss a bit.

IAmASkeletonLover · 27/10/2014 17:31

I miss the soft search!

Would be very happy indeed if my name came out of the non tester hat. Very happy.

nettymay · 27/10/2014 17:38

MTBMummy · 27/10/2014 19:58

MNHQ do we have any further support details rather than the standard? I only ask as our box has developed a few faults and standard support seemed unable to fix it. Not falling in love with this box.

simon1966 · 27/10/2014 20:05

It's recorded Big Bang Theory and New Girl for us once the baby is in bed. Dinner at the ready along side the remote ready to FFW the adverts or pause while we make a cuppa. Would be nice to own our own box so we can save some money. Smile

LadyWithLapdog · 28/10/2014 06:33

hello - YouView say "to clear this, just press the 'back' or 'i' button on the remote and that will remove the programme details" HTH

Tester: Further comments on the app

On using the app, it's great, I love the functionality to record something when you're away from home, but it doesn't show what you've actually set on the box to record, so you can't tell if there's a clash, or if you've actually already set it to record.
