Our first bag of pebbles got lost in the post so this is our attempt with the bag received last week. Pebbles turned into flowers

A very proud DD1 and our cake. The pebbles are yummy, sort of halfway between mini eggs and buttons. I did find the coating of them a bit melty though, they got sticky very quickly when held. More colours would also be fab.

I am not much of a baker so just made some buns with vanilla icing and decorated the Cadbury's pebbles on the top. I then took them into work for my colleagues to eat!

Finally got round to doing this this afternoon. I let DS who is 3 loose with the icing and pebbles, he had a great time though no work of art!!! Loved the taste of these-like mini eggs!

Finally got mine and used them. My DD wanted an ice-cream but it was too cold so made ice-cream cakes. Smile
In all honesty, I was disappointed in these. I popped them in the buttercream and after an hour all the sweet had gone soft! I have used Smarties and Mini Eggs on these before and never had a problem. They tasted fine when they were straight out of the packet. I probably wouldn't use them for this again.

We made Rocky Pebble-y Road with ours. The kids had lots of fun making and eating them and we added a few extra pebbles to the top afterwards to add some colour

The kids loved decorating, but eating them was by far the most popular activity!

Aaah stupid phone, whilst updating managed to delete all recent photos, pebbles were delish but i was expecting more natural earthy colours (think the name gave me that impression) but my DP said they're like squashed up mini eggs Grin cant go wrong there!
Because the colours weren't what i expected my original idea was foiled but instead we made some goooood cookies and decorated a few home baked cakes (when i say we i mean my 11mo DS looked on while i was getting in there)
I will buy some more pebbles this weekend and do some more decorating, photo taking and eating!

DD1 and her best friend loved making their Pebble out of Pebbles .

It's not how I planned to decorate it but I'm not 10 and they had a great time making, decorating and eating the cake and spare pebbles.

Thank you for including us in the test

We made a chocolate fudge cake and decorated it with our Cadbury Chocolate Pebbles. They tasted really nice and were a nice shape but I wasn't over keen on the colours. I'd have preferred them to be brighter.

A bit Envy at the beautiful pictures here....DD's birthday cake looked really good when DW first assembled it but by the time DSIL arrived about two hours later to photograph it some of the Pebbles had fallen off...so not quite as lovely as it looked on first making Sad....

These were created by my daughter & I and although they are perhaps not the most imaginative cakes they were very much appreciated :) A few weeks ago we made a batch of cup cakes for a funeral tea, we decorated them and took them over to my mother's friends house. They looked really pretty and were much enjoyed - I even went & bought some more so they all looked the same. Thank you Cadbury's Pebbles x

We really fancied some shortbread so baked a round before decorating it with a nice autumnal hedgehog made of pebbles! Stuck them down with a blob of icing, making the end result rather tasty. Not the most adventurous but went down very well and solved the problem of not having any eggs in the house!

Forgot to upload. I had all these visions of creating an inspirational cake . . . then we had chocolate cake for pudding one Sunday. Nigella suggested purple flowers, but the packet of pebbles fell out of the cupboard. Apparently there is a dragon hiding in the picture somewhere.

My LO loved using these to decorate a cake each morning before taking to nursery for lunch. He enjoyed having an activity to do in the morning and looked forward to having it at lunch.

These pebbles are fab, we shared some with friends all of whom preferred them to mini eggs!
