Q1. Like the packaging, does what it says, no frills etc. Not entirely convinced by brand name but wouldn?t put me off. I like the fact that it?s for sensitive skins without any parabens etc in it (have used it before for that reason in fact).

Q2. My two girls (3 and 5) both loved it, got quite excited when I said we were using it for bath time. They liked all the bubbles although were disappointed that they didn?t last long!

Q3. Cleans the children well, lots of lovely bubbles (as mentioned before). Wouldn?t say it was particularly good for hair as doesn?t lather up that well, so need to use a bit more. Used the right amount to start with in the bath though.

Q4. Girls liked the fragrance, my 5 year old in particular said it was nice and orangey although it didn?t smell that strongly to me. My younger daughter said she?d like strawberry or grape (!).

Q5. Not really, I like the utilitarianism of it. Good flip top too, always useful.

Q6. Would def use this product again, have used this and other Halos n Horns products before. Mainly because it?s better for the children?s skin etc without any of the additives. And thus better for the environment too. Ok, so it doesn?t lather up so well but that?s the trade-off.

Q7. Yes I would, for the reasons mentions in question 6. However, I would probably also recommend that they wait for it to be on special offer somewhere (as I do) since it isn?t that cheap!

Q1. What were your first impressions of the product? What did you like? Was there anything you didn't like? How did it compare with other products you've tried?

I liked the look of the packaging and the smell of the product, although it does't smell particularly orangey but it isn't an unpleasant smell. I liked that it was also shampoo which made it convienient.

Q2. How about your DC - was there anything they liked or disliked about the product (if they're not old enough to tell you what they thought, then your interpretation of their opinion is fine!)? Would you say it made bath time more fun at all? If so, why? If not, why not?

He is 19 months old and I don't think he really noticed, apart from there were some bubbles as the one we usually use doesn't produce bubbles, and the bottle was squishy.

Q3. Overall, how did the product perform? Did it clean your child well? Was it easy to use or not? Did you find you used about the right amount to start with or did it take a few goes to get this right?

Cleaned him no problem, although when washing his hair the product appeared a little grey which was strange. I think I probably used too much to begin with and have gradually used less.

Q4. What did you think of the fragrance? Can you think of any other fragrances that you'd like Halos N Horns to use?

I liked the smell but it wasn't 'zingy' maybe make it a little fresher and more natural smelling. Lavender would be nice to calm them before bed.

Q5. Is there anything about the product and/or its packaging that you think could be improved? If so, what and how?

The squeezy bottle makes it very easy to pour too much into the bath and also made it interesting to my son who wanted to squeeze it, so maybe a harder bottle.

Q6. Do you think you'd use this product again? If so, why? If not, why not?

It would very much depend on the price and how easy it is to buy, if it was on sale in ASDA or Tesco where I tend to shop and it was a comparable proce with the stuff I use at the moment then I would

Q7. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Halos N Horns Zingy Orange Hair & Body Wash to your friends who have children? If so, why? If not, why not?

I would as it is convienient but would add that it may not last as long as other products unless they are careful when putting it in the bath/on their hands to wash.

sanchan · 31/01/2012 13:15

Q1. I loved the look of the packaging. I currently use the baby halo and horns, and really like the product so wanted to see how this one comred.

Q2. They liked it, but not much distinguishable difference for them than the baby version.

Q3. Cleaned well, easy to use. Need more as a shampoo than for body wash.

Q4. Smells good, not too overpowering.

Q5. Only the price!

Q6. I would definitely use this again, but it is slightly pricey, so will be looking out for price promotions.

Q7. Yes, I would, particularly if I knew they were concerned with the use of chemicals on their children/had sensitive skin.

oranges123 · 31/01/2012 13:19

Q1. I liked the packaging. The colours are bright and cheerful and I liked the little hand print. It would definitely attract me if I was shopping. I also like the flip top which is a lot easier to use than a screw top lid.

Q2. DD seems quite keen on it. She opens the lid and squirts it into the bath (with a bit of sloshing this gives bubbles which she also likes). She hasn't shown much interest in any of the previous bath products I have used so this would seem to be a good sign.

Q3. It seemed to perform very well. It left DD's hair shiney and with a lovely smell, the rest of her is nice and clean too. I had no trouble with how much to use - a smallish blob on a flannel or my hand for hairwashing seems to do the trick. The flip top lid helps with ease of use - only need one hand to use it.

Q4. At first I wasn't that impressed with the fragrance in that it didn't seem to be very strong. However, it is really noticeable on DD's hair and I like it, although I am not sure it is particularly orangey.

As to other fragrances, I like fresh citrussy and fruity smells so I would be attracted by something in lemon or lime (as long as it didn't smell like washing up liquid), apple or maybe even strawberry.

Q5. Possibly re-jig the smell a bit to make it more clearly orangey. Otherwise, I liked everything about it. And I like the Halos and Horns logo.

Q6. I would use this product again. I like the fact the products don't have the "nasties" in them and have bought H&H products in the past for this reason. Cost would be an issue but if this was competitive with other brands which also avoid parabens etc, I would buy it.

Q7. I would recommend it to friends I think, with the proviso that the "orange" aroma is a bit off the mark but it is still a lovely product.

As for other points, you do a baby bubble bath and body wash I have bought in the past. If this one worked as a proper bubble bath (we tried it and it was a bit bubbly but not very), body AND hair wash, it would be even better (IMO and that of DD who loves bubbles). However, that is just because I just prefer to have one bottle rather than two or three.

mcfee · 31/01/2012 13:20

Q1. Liked the packaging, looked encouraging. However didn't feel it was 'zingy'

Q2. DD1 (7) liked it but didn't think there were enough bubbles and she seemd to use an awful lot of it. DD2 (16 months) didn't have an opinion but Iught it was lovely & smooth on her skin, however I also seemed to use an awful lot at one time!

Q3. It cleaned fine. Got used up quickly so I guess we didn't find 'the correct amount'

Q4. Fragrance was nice but not as orangy as I expected.

Q5. Needs to be larger in size

Q6. I think so but depends on price

Q7. Yes, I like that its all natural

oranges123 · 31/01/2012 13:32

Oh sorry, one other thing on the packaging. I have just looked again at the packaging and noticed that on both HnH products I have, the Halos picture is pink and the Horns one blue which makes it a bit girls v boys. This whole girls = angels/boys = devils thing is a bit tired. Maybe consider going for more neutral colours - red/orange and green maybe? My DD can be just as much of a little devil as she can a little angel....

WithAYoHoHoAndABottleOfRum · 31/01/2012 13:50

Further feedback with more use. The smell really isn't strong at all, I'd prefer it stronger. I don't like how little it froths, froth/bubbles is the point for little ones. And also, on the tube it lists all the nasties which aren't in it, in a circle/square. BUt it doesn't say IN THE CIRCLE these things aren't in it. I assumed that must be the case but had to look quite hard for the words which said "does not contain the following" or whatever they are.

EsmeWeatherwax · 31/01/2012 15:20

Q1. What were your first impressions of the product? What did you like? Was there anything you didn't like? How did it compare with other products you've tried?

I liked the packaging and look of the product, bright and kid friendly, the dd's were wanting to get in the bath straight away to try it! I normally use Asda own brand bathing products which are quite plainly packaged.

Q2. How about your DC - was there anything they liked or disliked about the product (if they're not old enough to tell you what they thought, then your interpretation of their opinion is fine!)? Would you say it made bath time more fun at all? If so, why? If not, why not?

As mentioned, the dd's like the packaging, and the bright orange colour, they loved getting a bit on their hands to wash themselves with, and dd1 likes the smell, dd2 says it's yummy!

Q3. Overall, how did the product perform? Did it clean your child well? Was it easy to use or not? Did you find you used about the right amount to start with or did it take a few goes to get this right?

It's fine to use, not too runny so you don't end up with a huge amount splodging everywhere, in fact you don't need to use too much at all, so I would imagine it will last a relatively long time and be quite good vfm. Cleaned kids fine, even removed felt tip pen from dd1's face! Hmm

Q4. What did you think of the fragrance? Can you think of any other fragrances that you'd like Halos N Horns to use?

I really like the fragrance, the dd's smell delicious, although it is quite strong. It's not the usual synthetic 'fruit' smell that you usually get with these things, which is nice, more of a kind of spicy smell. Lovely. Possibly an unscented range for really sensitive wee ones would be good, not a huge fan of overly scented products normally.

Q5. Is there anything about the product and/or its packaging that you think could be improved? If so, what and how?

Not really, I really liked the product as it is.

Q6. Do you think you'd use this product again? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes, definitely. I'll be having a look at the rest of the range too!

Q7. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Halos N Horns Zingy Orange Hair & Body Wash to your friends who have children? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes, I would recommend it.

NessaRose · 31/01/2012 16:38

Q1) I liked the tube, and the overal design of it. and the fact there were no cartoon cararcters on it.

Q2) DD(3) Loved the smell and the fact it was thick enough for her to wash herself.

Q3) I found that unintentionaly I used the right amout the first time we used it ( I was talking to dd and not paying attention. Blush ) DD was nice and clean and still slightly smelling of orange the next day.

Q4) DD liked the smell but for me it needed to be a bit more orangey smelling.

Q5)DD and I both loved the packaging.

Q6) Yes we would use it again. It is the first combined product that neither DD or I reacted to.

Q7) I have recommened it to my friends ( and to an adult with highly sensitive skin)

Thank you for letting us try it and sorry for the late feedback DD has been in hospital.

Bearcrumble · 31/01/2012 16:55

Q1. What were your first impressions of the product? What did you like? Was there anything you didn't like? How did it compare with other products you've tried?

I liked the packaging, it seemed fun and there was a lot in the tube. I didn't like the smell - was expecting something more orangey and citrusey and it didn't really smell much like orange.

Q2. How about your DC - was there anything they liked or disliked about the product (if they're not old enough to tell you what they thought, then your interpretation of their opinion is fine!)? Would you say it made bath time more fun at all? If so, why? If not, why not?

He seemed to like it well enough. Not particularly fun because no bubbles.

Q3. Overall, how did the product perform? Did it clean your child well? Was it easy to use or not? Did you find you used about the right amount to start with or did it take a few goes to get this right?

Seemed fine.

Q4. What did you think of the fragrance? Can you think of any other fragrances that you'd like Halos N Horns to use?

I wasn't very taken with the fragrance - didn't seem very orangey or natural. I like Lavender.

Q5. Is there anything about the product and/or its packaging that you think could be improved? If so, what and how?

The packaging was fine. Would prefer a different smell.

Q6. Do you think you'd use this product again? If so, why? If not, why not?

Probably not - because of the smell and the lack of bubbles.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Halos N Horns Zingy Orange Hair & Body Wash to your friends who have children? If so, why? If not, why not?

I might recommend it to someone whose child had very sensitive skin.

JustMeAndMyBaby · 31/01/2012 17:07

Q1. What were your first impressions of the product? What did you like? Was there anything you didn't like? How did it compare with other products you've tried? I like the look of the product and have considered buying it before based on this.

Q2. How about your DC - was there anything they liked or disliked about the product (if they're not old enough to tell you what they thought, then your interpretation of their opinion is fine!)? Would you say it made bath time more fun at all? If so, why? If not, why not? Not old enough to comment but she liked the bubbles.

Q3. Overall, how did the product perform? Did it clean your child well? Was it easy to use or not? Did you find you used about the right amount to start with or did it take a few goes to get this right? It did clean well and was easy to use. Found it very effective but found that I used to much as you really don't need that much.

Q4. What did you think of the fragrance? Can you think of any other fragrances that you'd like Halos N Horns to use? I did not like the smell and this is why I have not bought it before. I found the smell quite fake and chemically, I prefer fruity fragrances to smell more like the real thing.

Q5. Is there anything about the product and/or its packaging that you think could be improved? If so, what and how? A pump dispenser would be better.

Q6. Do you think you'd use this product again? If so, why? If not, why not?
No due to the smell.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Halos N Horns Zingy Orange Hair & Body Wash to your friends who have children? If so, why? If not, why not? No as it is expensive and I dont like the smell.

zipzap · 31/01/2012 17:32

Q1. What were your first impressions of the product? What did you like? Was there anything you didn't like? How did it compare with other products you've tried?
It smelt pleasant, looked OK, was a bit sticky. I use other stuff without foamers in so not bothered about lack of bubbles but can see that you could use a lot of it if you were expecting them and then think that it didn't last for long.

Q2. How about your DC - was there anything they liked or disliked about the product (if they're not old enough to tell you what they thought, then your interpretation of their opinion is fine!)? Would you say it made bath time more fun at all? If so, why? If not, why not?
They liked it (ds1 - 6 ds2 - 3) and the fact it was something new, a step away from the 'baby' all in one shampoo and wash they've previously always used. Both probably expected more bubbles; ds1 had problems washing it all off completely without help whereas he usually manages no problem in the shower with the normal one we use. DS2 I still help so I did notice that if it hadn't been lathered properly it could take a long time to wash off properly. DS1 noticed the smell and the orange lid of the product but he didn't immediately realise it was supposed to smell of orange and he wasn't put off by the packaging (currently at an age where usually the merest hint of pink is enough to turn it into a moan about 'that's for gerrrrrls. yuk'. Not sure that it did anything to make bathtime more fun - if anything the thing it can't do very well is go into freddie the frog bubble maker (currently sitting on the side of the bath) and make bubbles like the other one can!

Q3. Overall, how did the product perform? Did it clean your child well? Was it easy to use or not? Did you find you used about the right amount to start with or did it take a few goes to get this right?
Cleaned the children well but ds1 tended to squeeze too much out and both of them - using it in the shower, as it was so thick they tended to start rubbing it on but gobbits of unused gel would be washing off before they had had a chance to use it all which seemed a bit wasteful. Whilst having a thick concentrated product can be a saving, with children that squirt it out regardless (both because they can't control the tube and because they want more bubbles) it would go very quickly and so become a liability rather than a saving.

Q4. What did you think of the fragrance? Can you think of any other fragrances that you'd like Halos N Horns to use?
Fragrance ok - but more mild orange sherbet than zingy orange!

Other fragances - cucumber, apple, nothing too sweet. ds1 adores olives so wanted an olive flavour.

Q5. Is there anything about the product and/or its packaging that you think could be improved? If so, what and how?
Needs a pump action rather than a tube - that was a real pain once they got used to it - either they would squeeze too much out or I would need to do it for them. And they never managed to wipe it off properly, so the top of the bottle ended up very gunky with layers of gel left behind. Or some way of attaching itself to the shower wall or a hook or something - as it needed both hands to use. which is a pain particularly when children are young but even once they get older and turn into adults!
Not that bothered by the packaging - seemed a bit cheap and very bright for a product that is selling itself as being very eco and skin friendly, so giving out mixed messages. Not saying it all has to be in shades of lentil weaver brown but there are plenty of nice natural bright colours out there!

Q6. Do you think you'd use this product again? If so, why? If not, why not?
I certainly wouldn't not use it. But I'm not sure I would rush out and turn it into the only gel I use from here on in. If I did buy it I would dilute it a bit and decant it into a pump bottle. No idea what price this would be aimed at (my local supermarket don't stock it) - from the initial descriptions I thought it was going to be something that might retail at £4-5/bottle. But on seeing the bottle I thought it looked tacky and I wouldn't pay that much for it but now having tried it, if it was a couple of pounds that would be OK.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Halos N Horns Zingy Orange Hair & Body Wash to your friends who have children? If so, why? If not, why not?
Would probably say it is worth a try if you fancy something different. Always nice to try stuff that is without all the nasties, especially for friends that have kids with skin problems.

ElliottsMummy · 31/01/2012 18:11

First impressions - nice packaging, nice consistency. Love the versatility of the product - can be used as bubble bath, wash and shampoo. Pleasant smell - not too strong, nice amount of bubbles. Lime would be a good smell I think aswell.

WHen the box arrived DS was very interested and wanted to have a bath straight away!! CLeaned him well and only needed a small amount which was good - think it would last a while.

I think I would use the product again if it wasn't too expensive - there was no mention of RRP in the package so unsure if it is good value or not.

I would recommend this product - I have already told my sister in law about it! :)

EmmalinaC · 31/01/2012 18:18

Q1. Overall I liked the look of it - it looks like a children's product - but don't particularly like the Halos & Horns branding. It wouldn't stop me buying a good it though.

Q2. DD's aged 5 and 2 liked it. 2 year old has eczema so they enjoyed having an orange-scented shower gel. Usually our options are limited and they usually get oilatum and plain water. They were disappointed that it wasn't as bubbly as they'd hoped (which I realise is inevitable with sulphate-free products).

Q3. Product was good, easy to use/judge quantities. As a shampoo it left their hair a but dull but I use a spray on 'leave-in' conditioner afterwards to de-tangle anyway. Much prefer it to other baby shampoos (which are full of all the nasty stuff). Most importantly it didn't seem to aggravate DD2s eczema.

Q4. Something fruity? If you made a pink one my grils would love it!

Q5. As I said above I don't much like the devil/angel thing but ot's not a hugely big deal.

Q6. Yes, definitely. Already bought more (and thought the price was right).

Q7. I would recommend it to parents whose children have eczema/allergies or who prefer natural products.

happymittens · 31/01/2012 18:33

1). I like the packaging, and the consistency is good. If i saw the product in a shop though, I'd probably ignore it as it looks like it contains all sorts of nasties - maybe because of the bright colouring. Gentler products seem to have more gentle colouring.

2). Used it once as a shampoo, and my daughter didn't seem to mind. But she's 2, so it's hard to get a detailed review ;-)

3). It performed OK. Would have liked a bit more foam, but it did seem to spread across her skin OK, which is good. I used the right amount I think. Her skin is very dry at the top of her arms, and this didn't make it any worse, although it didn't make it better either.........

  1. I like the fragrance. Not too strong, and I'm not usually keen on citrussy smells. She smells nice now anyway :-) I'd prefer some other fragances that aren't fruit based.

5). See answer 1.

6). Yes I would. If it was on offer perhaps.

7). Yes I would, as it seems gentle, with a gentle fragrance, and would last a while.

Albrecht · 31/01/2012 18:41

Q1. First Impressions good, liked the idea of strong fruity 'flavour' and not irritating childish design plus Free From list of ingredients.

Q2. Ds loves baths but not getting watched so it didn't make a big difference, he liked the flipping lid though - he picked it up later.

Q3. I don't use a lot and it wasn't super foamy but enough to get him clean. Not as fruity smell as I expected - Zingy is a bit misleading.

Q4. Not as fruity smell as I expected - Zingy is a bit misleading. I like the fruity idea though.

Q5. No I can't think of anything, packaging was easy to use even one handed.

Q6. Had a look in the supermarket and it is nearly double the price of the Halo n Horns baby wash so might just buy that as smell is not that brilliantly orangey.

Q7. I'd mention it if they wanted something without too much junk in it but I don't think I'll rave about it to everyone.

Starfishkiss · 31/01/2012 19:28

Q1. What were your first impressions of the product? What did you like? Was there anything you didn't like? How did it compare with other products you've tried?

Nice looking attractive bright packaging. However i had never previously considered it as a product for my young son as it just doesnt 'look' like a product for young children. more for like 5-8 year olds or something. think its due to the bright colours, i tend to look for products that look 'natural'/'organic' etc. it wasnt until i read the back that i realised that it WAS actually a product for little ones and didnt contain all the typical 'nasties'.
I tend to use the 'little me organics' (think thats what they are called?) or E45 products.

Q2. How about your DC - was there anything they liked or disliked about the product (if they're not old enough to tell you what they thought, then your interpretation of their opinion is fine!)? Would you say it made bath time more fun at all? If so, why? If not, why not?

He liked the look of it i think. He kept wanting to grab it an pull it into the water! (most annoying as it is that kind of lid that lets water in to it!)

Q3. Overall, how did the product perform? Did it clean your child well? Was it easy to use or not? Did you find you used about the right amount to start with or did it take a few goes to get this right?

It seemed to clean him well? due to it being an upside down tube i found i ended up using a lot more than i would have liked to use. also if you didnt quite click the lid on correctly product leakes out on to the bath side!

Q4. What did you think of the fragrance? Can you think of any other fragrances that you'd like Halos N Horns to use?

The fragrance. Where do i start! Firstly, it is NOT zingy orange!! more like bland almond! i was most let down as i saw the promise of a zingy orange fragrence its biggest attraction! Secondly, it just didnt seem to last on his skin, he didnt seem to smell clean and soapy afterwards, which was a disapointment!

Q5. Is there anything about the product and/or its packaging that you think could be improved? If so, what and how?

Make its 'natural' credentials more obvious. Improve the fragrance or else just dont call it zingy orange - something it is not.

Q6. Do you think you'd use this product again? If so, why? If not, why not?

No. too expensive, annoying tube, not a nice enough smell.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Halos N Horns Zingy Orange Hair & Body Wash to your friends who have children? If so, why? If not, why not?

i'd mention it, but i wouldnt necessarily recommend it.

Glitterfairys · 31/01/2012 20:12

I really liked using the halo and horns on my little boys . My first impressions was how lovely it smelt . My sons liked the colour and also they thought the packaging it came in was like a big tube of toothpaste Grin
I really liked the halo n horns body wash and would def use again and recommend to other parents . My boys smelt lovely all day Grin

Meglet · 31/01/2012 20:59

Q1. What were your first impressions of the product? What did you like? Was there anything you didn't like? How did it compare with other products you've tried? Well designed tube, easy to read packaging. Easily squeezable.

Q2. How about your DC - was there anything they liked or disliked about the product (if they're not old enough to tell you what they thought, then your interpretation of their opinion is fine!)? Would you say it made bath time more fun at all? If so, why? If not, why not? my DD liked squeezing the liquid into the water.

Q3. Overall, how did the product perform? Did it clean your child well? Was it easy to use or not? Did you find you used about the right amount to start with or did it take a few goes to get this right? Enough bubbles for them to splodge about and they came out clean. Didn't seem to flare their eczema up either.

Q4. What did you think of the fragrance? Can you think of any other fragrances that you'd like Halos N Horns to use? I like the fragrance, not too over-powering. Not sure I'd like synthetic fruity / zingy fragrances for my chidlren.

Q5. Is there anything about the product and/or its packaging that you think could be improved? If so, what and how? No. good packaging. I like tubes than stand on their bottoms so all the product is at the squeezy end.

Q6. Do you think you'd use this product again? If so, why? If not, why not? I expect so.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Halos N Horns Zingy Orange Hair & Body Wash to your friends who have children? If so, why? If not, why not? Yes, because it seems to be gentle on my kids skin.

Eclairwaldorf · 31/01/2012 22:54

Q1. What were your first impressions of the product? What did you like? Was there anything you didn't like? How did it compare with other products you've tried?
Nice packaging, bold colours, stood out next to the other main baby brand!

Q2. How about your DC - was there anything they liked or disliked about the product (if they're not old enough to tell you what they thought, then your interpretation of their opinion is fine!)? Would you say it made bath time more fun at all? If so, why? If not, why not?
DS is 19 months so it was just another bottle for him to try and open. Which he did, and almost squeezed out half the product.....

Q3. Overall, how did the product perform? Did it clean your child well? Was it easy to use or not? Did you find you used about the right amount to start with or did it take a few goes to get this right?
Definitely took couple of goes to see how much was needed to put in the baby bath, as it doesn't foam it was hard to tell if it would be enough. Felt it cleaned baby well, and was easy to use as I usually squirted it into the bath, or if having a shower then would use a flannel

Q4. What did you think of the fragrance? Can you think of any other fragrances that you'd like Halos N Horns to use?
Smelt nice, am not a fan of fruity smells normally but it wasn't too strong. I do prefer a 'fresh' smell rather than a 'food' smell, but the citrus smell worked tbh

Q5. Is there anything about the product and/or its packaging that you think could be improved? If so, what and how?
Product is quite runny, so when squeezing its easy to pour too much, not sure if this is due to design of the bottle as the opening is at the bottom rather than the top?

Q6. Do you think you'd use this product again? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes, like the fact it is mild and doesn't smell too much of chemicals etc

Q7. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Halos N Horns Zingy Orange Hair & Body Wash to your friends who have children? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes no reason not to.

Just to add our hair washing feedback: Used it on DD (5.9) and it lathered up fine considering we are in a hard water area and has left her unruly wavy hair very soft and shiny. I'm impressed :)

Sorry for late thread, will have to be aquick one as way past bedtime and still poorly.
First impressions of product - good, liked the packaging, smell etc.DC was oblivious to product really despite our encouragment of "new" product.
Cleaned DC well, nice smell - but both DH and I noticed DC hair greasy looking next day?? Easy to use. Fragrance good, lemon/lime may be good.
Packaging fine. I would probably use the product again and recommend it,depending on the cost.

I know I'm too late for the draw, but will add comments anyway, as I was happy to be chosen.

Q1. What were your first impressions of the product? What did you like? Was there anything you didn't like? How did it compare with other products you've tried? First impressions were, I liked the packaging, it looked modern and fresh, and like the flip top lid.

Q2. How about your DC - was there anything they liked or disliked about the product (if they're not old enough to tell you what they thought, then your interpretation of their opinion is fine!)? Would you say it made bath time more fun at all? If so, why? If not, why not? DD1 thought it looked cool, DD2 too young to say, but seemed to enjoy her bath, although she does like bubbles that other washes produce.

Q3. Overall, how did the product perform? Did it clean your child well? Was it easy to use or not? Did you find you used about the right amount to start with or did it take a few goes to get this right? It was an effective cleaner, but I felt I probably used slightly more than needed the first time, due to the lack of lather.

Q4. What did you think of the fragrance? Can you think of any other fragrances that you'd like Halos N Horns to use? I liked the fragrance, it was nice and fresh and zesty. I would like a honey fragrance.

Q5. Is there anything about the product and/or its packaging that you think could be improved? If so, what and how? No, I was quite happy with it.

Q6. Do you think you'd use this product again? If so, why? If not, why not? I would use it again, if bought as a gift, but feel it is a little overpriced.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Halos N Horns Zingy Orange Hair & Body Wash to your friends who have children? If so, why? If not, why not? I would probably recommend it, but would be more likely if it was cheaper.
