This thread is for all the MNers who have been trying Walkers Sunbites. Below are some questions to get you started but please feel free to add other comments too. Everyone who adds their feedback on this thread will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will get a £250 high street voucher.

Q1 What was your overall impression of the product? Did you enjoy eating them or not? If so, why? If not, why not?

Q2 How would you describe Sunbites to a friend who didn't know what they were?

Q3 Which flavour did you like the most? Are there any other flavours you'd like to see in the range?

Q4 Thinking about Sunbites in comparison to other snacks, can you think of one feature which makes Sunbites different? If so, what is it?

Q5 If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Sunbites to your friends? If so, why? If not, why not?

Thanks and good luck with the prize draw!

Coming to this thread somewhat late but here's my feedback...

Q1 What was your overall impression of the product? Did you enjoy eating them or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
I thought they looked expensive in terms of packaging and would have been disappointed with the "half-full" packet had I paid for them! We certainly enjoyed eating them - they were flavoursome without being totally overpowering.

Q2 How would you describe Sunbites to a friend who didn't know what they were?
I'd say they were a bit like mini-ryvita with more flavour.

Q3 Which flavour did you like the most? Are there any other flavours you'd like to see in the range?
DD and I loved the sweet chilli flavour. Can't think of any other other flavours I would like...

Q4 Thinking about Sunbites in comparison to other snacks, can you think of one feature which makes Sunbites different? If so, what is it?
The healthy option stands out - the fact that they're not fried and full of additives makes them a good alternative for both me and the kids (DH doesn't "do" crisps!).

Q5 If it came up in conversation, do you think you'd recommend Sunbites to your friends? If so, why? If not, why not?
Would definitely recommend them as a healthy snack - the only offputting factor for me was the price versus the amount of snack received. It's my personal bug-bear that crisps packets seem to have less and less contents these days and it irks me when manufacturers increase price and reduce quantity.

I have now had the chance to sample all of the flavours and I have to say:

  1. They're not mini - quite big in fact
  2. They don't taste anything like the flavour stated on the packet, they all tasted like what I imagine cardboard would taste like.
  3. They do look quite funky, but that's about it, sorry.

really enjoyed scoffing sunbites, thought all the flavours were delicious except for the seasalt...yuk. would recommend them to friends.

only criticism is that the amount is not enough, quite mean really walkers....but i quess thats how you keep the calorie amount down.

do they come in larger packs? ideal nibble food with dips

The only ones I liked were the chilli flavour, they were lovely, great snack, lo cal/fat. The other flavours just seemed wrong? to me. I will definately buy the chilli ones again though :)

Chilli ones were ok but the rest tasted really artificial and left a not very nice aftertaste.
