Next door's -thug- cat

Has started coming in our house and stealing cat food.
Our cats dislike him. (understatement...)
Once he's in it's a problem removing him because he growls, hisses and then attacks us (launches at our legs etc).
He spends an inordinate amount of time in our garden or staring in through the French windows. Any suggestion how to gently discourage him? I have no intention of having outside doors shut for the whole summer.
Enclosed a picture of him sitting on our outside table.

I love how , even though TC has his own house and his own owners , who obviously care for him, feed him ( a bit too much maybe) and had him neutered and (hopefully) chipped ......................... grumpy is made to feel the guilt of not enveloping the Bitey Little Fecker into the fold .

Small matter of him being a Bitey Little Fecker , someone elses cat and Sybil detesting TC . (And female cats Rule the House )

Of course Grumpy should feel guilty! And TC is a Best Little Friend, not Bitely Little Fecker. Poor maligned sweetie.

7Worfs · 08/11/2019 09:25

Best Little Friend 😂

sableandI · 08/11/2019 15:48

Love this thread. Tc is hilarious and so persistent

BovaryX · 09/11/2019 10:06

I think TC would rather live in a house of cats than a house of dogs. He looks mournful. This campaign of attrition looks set to continue.....

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 12/11/2019 12:07

Just spotted him outside the patio doors again. At least this time he's behind bars Grin.

Bit drastic putting bars up to keep your cat out .............................................

runs away Grin

7Worfs · 12/11/2019 15:23

I see he’s got his winter coat on. So fluffy 🤗

AllTheProsecco · 12/11/2019 15:37

Just read this thread for the first time. Was getting increasingly nervous that TC was our cat until I saw the NDN pics.

Here is TC's twin....

@AllTheProsecco erm you have the double of my boy.

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 16/11/2019 09:45

Had to laugh at all of TC's body doubles!.

So the Thug appeared at midnight last night at the door and was back this morning. So I went outside & gave him a stroke - clearly not in the mood this morning.

He then jumped on the outside table but kept one paw ready to attack at all times Grin

Even TC's legal counsel finds it hard to maintain a defence at times. Of course, those pictures might be doctored and the fang marks might just match Sybil's teeth ...

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 16/11/2019 10:08

If I flick the cursor between the two pictures I can make TC look like he's dancing (easily amused , me)

Those teeth marks look sore Shock , but hmmmm bite with no claw marks ?

I'm calling Vampire !

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 16/11/2019 10:53

70isaLimit My jumper protected me from the claws - but his teeth went straight through.

Spartacus Sybil has expressed her displeasure that TC's legal council is trying to frame her Grin

Yes, but it is noted that she is definitely keeping her mouth closed and not showing those teeth :)

MrMeSeeks · 16/11/2019 11:03

Love this.
Atleast you laugh about it. I’d love thugcat! I’d win him round ( or wear him down) one way or the other Grin

7Worfs · 16/11/2019 11:38

Have we seen TC and the other two at the same time and same place? How do we know he’s not playing you all 🤔

Supersimkin2 · 17/11/2019 20:40

You upset tiny TC. Shame on you Grumpy. Grin

Just called into the living room to witness TC's latest antics. Clearly he thinks we should let him in. Clearly Basil has other ideas.

I think he did too !

He still kept his beady eye on Basil.
If you move through the photos fast it is like an action replay .
