AIBU to leave it out overnight?

I have a load of washing on the line. OH just checked it and he says its still pretty wet. No sun here (Grrr) so there is no chance it will dry before we have to go out in an hour.

I say it's not a big deal, we can just leave it on the line overnight and get it in tomorrow when it's dry

He says if it's left out overnight it won't stay clean.

Solve this clash of opinions please dearest vipers (I have no idea how it would get dirty on the clothes line)

I hung my washing out this evening as I'm working very early tomorrow and it is to be a nice day. I'm somewhat worried about what perverted misdeeds the local creatures may inflict on it overnight. Have I made a grave mistake?

I started this thread on 10/4 and I have just got the last of the spider jizz off my socks. My clothing got so much dark on them that I am now a 35yr old emo and it has made my kids listen to nothing but The Cure and write poetry. Bad poetry.

You have been warned.

Although it may look dirty overnight, he'll find once the sun comes up it looks clean again. Only issue is leaving it out another night when it's certain to all but vanish from view around 11pm because it's so dirty.

If your clothes get DEWED on and it's 1st May then you become extra beautiful if you wear them
