Can it really be five years since the tea-drinking party, led by NormanTheForeman swept to victory in the last general election? Oh yes it can! And today the plastic people are off to the polling stations again.

This year's parties standing for election are as follows:-

Tea-drinking party (leader NormanTheForeman)

Lifesaving party (leader KylieTheLifeguard)

Law and Order party (leader MichaelTheBeachPoliceman)

Military party (leader Sir Ospringe Bapchild)

Legalise Robbery party (leader Jack Jellyhead)

PlaymoLand Independence party (PLIP) (leader Nigel Garage)

Here's a photo of all the party leaders.

I'll be back shortly to tell you a little about each party's main policies.

Polls are open now and will close at 10 pm.

Cast your vote here! Grin

PLIP.

Those dirty Sylvanians, coming over and taking playmobile jobs and women

nilbyname · 07/05/2015 12:17

It's really tricky. I feel
Like Norman is a safe bet, but is he too safe? Don't we need some fresh leadership, and one who can lead us all in big swim?
Kylie might be a bit bodsy but she has swan to the bottom of a pool in her pjs. I think she gets my vote.

LetThereBeCupcakes · 07/05/2015 12:23

I'm really quite torn. Can I ask what each leader's opinion is on bathroom bins please?

BlueKarou · 07/05/2015 12:24

After some consideration, my vote goes to Kylie and the Lifesaving Party. I think it's time for change, and I definitely value the whole saving of lives thing Kylie stands for.

DaveMinion · 07/05/2015 12:24

I can't see the picture. I need to see who's am voting for. I'm leaning towards nige though. Polly pocket needs to do one! And as for them happylanders.

I can't vote for Norman. I don't like tea.

EcclefechanTart · 07/05/2015 12:26

We need a picture of the party leaders I I think. I want to check out Jack Jellyhead...

LadyBaelish · 07/05/2015 12:34

Norman to win! He won me over with the biscuits.

Izzy24 · 07/05/2015 12:39

Have made my decision and am sticking with Law and Order party.

This is because I adore Patrick Baladi and his character in Stella is called Mike-Ell.

SoMuchToBits · 07/05/2015 13:09

The tea drinking party do support scones. And like a bathroom bin.

Gasp0de, love the PlaymoArchers! Not seen those before. Grin

I'm feeling a little sorry for Sir Osringe, I think he may be going to lose his deposit!

Now the photo is back, I've decided that i don't like the look of Norm. Yes, I'm totally in favour of the traditional greasy breakfast complete with cuppa, but I have a strong suspicion that he refers to women as 'birds', so I'm voting Kylie.

Shakey1500 · 07/05/2015 13:18

Another vote for Norman here Brew even though due to medical conditions I'm advised against drinking it but to drink wine instead! How cool is that?? The only plus side to my condition YAY!

Good luck Norm!

LetThereBeCupcakes · 07/05/2015 13:19

Scones and bins? That's me sold.

Tea Drinking Party it is.

Girlwhowearsglasses · 07/05/2015 13:20

What about us coffee drinkers? Will the tea drinking family accept drinkers of cappuccino and espresso on a equal basis. Dow we get to have the coffee option for our cream tea of a Saturday afternoon?

And what about clotted cream?

CatfromJapan · 07/05/2015 13:21

Can't the management sort us a poll on here then?

GreenEggsAndNaiceHam · 07/05/2015 13:22

Tea-drinking party. I am a life long supporter as are my parents and their parents. My Granda worked in the Custard Cream mines.

SoMuchToBits · 07/05/2015 13:22

Coffee option with cream tea is fine. So is clotted cream. In fact Norm is very much in favour of clotted cream...

I don't know, Cat, I was just going to add up all the votes after 10pm! Grin

Shock Shock

dorothyparka · 07/05/2015 13:27

Well I do like a shiny shoe ... but no, I'm voting Kylie

CatOfTheWoods · 07/05/2015 13:28

Hmm I can really see Norman's solid classless appeal...

But it's time for a change and Kylie is clearly the lifesaver with the mostest.

Kylie X

SagaNorensLeatherTrousers · 07/05/2015 13:31

Kylie for me. Life is life, innit?

cakesbydelia · 07/05/2015 13:41

I'm a sucker for the underdog - Michael the beach policeman - he could form a coalition with Kylie the lifesaver.
