Had a chat again tonight with the mum of our gorgeous friend who died in the twin towers. She flew out to NY last Tuesday. She hates going and can't not go. She thanked us for staying in touch. We can't wait to party with him again one day. Sleep easy handsome boy.

Just when I think they've stopped, one will start up again as if needing to have the last word. I'm in bed, propped up on lots of pillows at the moment, and currently surfing ebay looking for any late night bargains. If I need to be awake, it might as well be productive eh!

ZippysMum · 12/09/2009 07:54

Morning ladies!

I had 7 1/2 hours of sleep last night!!! Marslady should be on prescription.

shabbapinkfrog · 12/09/2009 08:24

Morning girls xx

curiositykilled · 12/09/2009 10:08

Morning!

Zippy - How have you managed that? 7 1/2 hours?!

estar · 12/09/2009 10:18

Morning all.

loublou I am intrigued by the three-pronged belt you mentioned for your SPD, what is it? I am 14 weeks along my fourth pregnancy and the nasty SPD has begun already. I have a normal support belt but wondered if there was something different. My physio last time refused to give me crutches and said they would make it worse because your weight's distributed all wrong. I'm in a different town now so don't know if I'll get different advice, but with a very active two year old to look after, not sure that crutches would be of any use to me anyway!

Does anyone know what's happening with LargeG&T at the moment? FB is indicating that she's going through a tough time at the moment and I wasn't sure if she's posted anything on a MN thread anywhere so we can support her. Of course, it may be something private and that's fine!!

MarsLady · 12/09/2009 10:35

Morning all.

Glad you slept well Zippy. You'll probably find that your natalhynotherapy CD works better now.

Hope you get the SPD controlled estar.

Today I need to bake a very chocolatey cake for DD2. It's her party this evening.

estar · 12/09/2009 10:43

Lol. We're watching Gigglebiz on CBeebies. The first time DS4 (nearly 2) watched it, an apple got smashed to pieces. Now whenever the show comes on, he stands in front of the screen shouting very loudly 'Noh! Bapple! Bapple! Noh!' much to the annoyance of the others who are trying to watch it.

curiositykilled · 12/09/2009 10:43

Oh estar! I have got one of those three pronged belts, they are FANTASTIC! here

I got mine from the midwife, it made everything so much better!
