neenz - hiya my love - hows your belly for spots!! Brilliant to see you here. Lew is besotted with your two think I already told you that he shouts 'teeto, tester' over and over again which means he wants to look at their pictures and videos

Tom and Lew fight over toys and Tom always looses - mind you they are 12 years old and 16months!!!

HarrogateMum · 03/10/2009 17:58

neenz - I remember when they were your twin beans! Anyway - where are you going for your tea (FB stalker!)

shabbapinkfrog · 03/10/2009 19:17

I thought that HM xx

HarrogateMum · 03/10/2009 19:31

I'm off out for tea too with some laydeez from school/nursery. Back later!

neenz · 03/10/2009 22:24

lol I am back from our meal out now you FB stalkers!!

We went to the local Italian in Formby village. It is always really busy but we got there at 6.30pm thinking it would be quite quiet but it was still heaving (they do a good early-bird menu).

Anyway I was quite apprehensive thinking are the twins going to kick off within about 20 mins of being in their high chairs but they were brilliant. They just chomped on breadsticks and had a couple of books to play with. By the end they were getting fed up but we'd been there nearly an hour and a half by then.

When we got there the waiter looked at the twins and said 'do you mind sitting at the front?' ie away from all the civilised people having their meals in the main part of the restaurant . But we didn't mind, we'd rather that then if they did get whingy we wouldn't feel so bad.

All in all it was very enjoyable and we'll definitely be doing it again.

Makes a mockery of our 'we'll never go out so we'll save loads of money' budgetting though .

neenz · 03/10/2009 22:26

Shabs, Esther can say 'ee=oh' for Theo but not Esther yet - and Theo is still a bit slow with his speaking - he can say 'dah' for 'down' and 'mummy' (he loves his mummy )

tkband3 · 03/10/2009 23:25

Well, I went out for tea with Mars and Momma . Yummy tapas, just round the corner from Mars' house. And I've just dropped them off at the party - both resplendent in their wigs...Momma's blue afro and Mars' platinum bob - they looked fantastic . And I'm being boring and have come home to bed .

HarrogateMum · 04/10/2009 00:05

party...TKB? ~where is it!!!???

I've got my brother coming over for roast lamb this afternoon. Other than that, helping DD1 with her homework, going on cross-trainer (have managed to exercise every day except one for the past week ) and cleaning .

HM, how's it going without DH?

Well...........I have a chicken in the oven (that is not code) and I am bored stiff with my DP atm and I think I will pour gins and tonic and serve up said roast (after collecting DD1 from friends) and put things into my tummy until my boredom feeling is squashed out by full feelings and watch XFactor with DD1. There. As you were.

frumpygrumpy · 04/10/2009 16:46

I just typed another message. And then I realised I can't possibly type that what if my DP reads this? So I have scrubbed it out. There. Can you read between the lines?
