lol TOH, I remember it so well.

LG&T I don't call him Prince in real life, we do call him Sooty though.

Momma, so glad you're finally getting somewhere with DT2's diet. I'll be getting the next load of clothes ready in a few weeks.

Today I saw a wonderful house, it was a gorgeous 7 bed victorian house just over our budget, brochure states in need of some modernisation (which transpires to be new roof, new windows as several missing, re-wiring the electrics, curing the damp, replacing guttering etc). I don't mind that the whole place needs decorating and a new kitchen but roof/windows/damp/guttering are not really minor issues and we don't know anyone who could help with the work, so will probably be out of our budget after all.

Then went to see a 3bed house with a 2bed annex. Annex was fab, garden was fab, location fab but main house too small for my brood.

So then I went to see a lovely 5bed, 3 reception house. Huge bedrooms, huge reception rooms, good size drive and half an acre paddock, but garden and land surrounded by mill streams which are deep and by the time you've fenced off enough to make it safe (although I think I'd always worry) the garden would be tiny and there is a building site attached to the house which be there for at least another year.

Is Tigs on her big night out with her sister tonight? Hope she has fun.

Triplets I too would love to do some star gazing with you. I could bring along my telescope.

Momma you know I think you're wonderful for the sacrifices you've put yourself through for DTs health. They are both so adorable and growing so well. It's great that she'll finally get proper tests so you'll know the full extent of allergies. Wish I'd tried dairy free with DT1.

Right I can't put off the supermarket run any longer. Anyone need anything?

piximon · 05/07/2008 20:55

Oh but Momma this first house I saw today will be wonderful when complete. A real mansion that'll probably double it's price. It was so big the DCs would each have their own rooms and wouldn't be under anyone's feet. I could imagine hide and seek games could last for hours. It's the house of my dreams just with loads of costly work thrown in. Oh and it's in Oakhampton which I know nothing about.

shaztwins1 · 05/07/2008 21:43

Hiya girls - its sweltering hot here and very, very busy. Missing all of you, we are just off to wave goodbye to our friends who are on their way home tonight. Two really lovely blokes from Ealing - they have kept Tomster entertained for the last week, teaching him to dive in the pool etc etc. There are so many lovely people here. One week left....how come the time goes so quickly!!

Oh Pix Oakhampton is lovely! What a shame. Buy it and live in a mess, it will be worth it in the end. Just live in one room at a time.

Shabs hooorah! on the house news

I have been scanned and d'y know what? The sonographer thinks it is a PINK one!!!! I would have fallen over had i not been lying down. She said she couldnt be absolutely sure but had sexed her own daughter at 12 weeks! DD will be thrilled while i have totally forgotten what to do with girly bits and pink dresses! Time will tell i suppose. I am keeping schtum for now though, will wait till the 20 week scan

Trips poor chap! So lucky it was not child. How did the trillions of fairy cakes go down?

MERLYPUSS · 05/07/2008 22:41

Last night went well. Thomas slept from 7pm to 6am (less an explosive coughing fit about midnight - what's that all about?). I went in and fed him at 6 and we both got back into the double bed in the nursery and slept til 9am after about an hour of him chatting and singing. Isaac woke at 5.30 and DP took him to our room and after a small snack he too went back to sleep after a singing session.
I have to admit I am feeling a bit smug. Fingers crossed that it will last. pleeeeeze?

Oooggs i think I must be getting old. I have NEVER had a hangover in my entire life!!!! Got rid of the headache quite quick but my stomach has been churning all day I think next time I should eat before I start drinking at 6.30pm

oooggs · 06/07/2008 19:46

never had a hangover thats not getting old - thats just not drinking enough alcohol - and you are not old

TiggerLicious · 06/07/2008 19:47

Holy Doodle that was an eight hour session!!! no wonder I feel a bit icky don't think the wagon wheels helped at 1.30am either. Do you know I once ate a whole jar of cockles whilst drunk can't go anywhere near them even now!!!

And yes Miss Smuty Smut Smut I mean a jar of cockles as in a jar of cockles

TiggerLicious · 06/07/2008 19:48
