Thought it might be a good idea to have a separate thread for a meet up if we are serious about doing it (I know I am, what a laugh it would be!!).

Put your name down here and when we get a few names I will give out my email address so we can sort it properly rather than online.

I am in Wales, so could do the Cotsworlds, depends on when though obviously, as we have various things booked up already this spring, but keep me in mind please

Its May 17th (Saturday)

The City Inn, Brindleyplace, Birmingham.

Twin rooms - £70 per room.

Pairs to book rooms and sort between themselves payment.

If an issue with odd numbers at the end - will have a room to myself to make it easier.

Once we have numbers can look at a good restaurant in the vicinity and book.

Plan to arrive midday Sat? POss some shopping in the aft followed by drinks, dinner, drinks, drinks (tea for the tea-totallers - d'ya get it!!?). Sunday - brekkie - lounging poss more shopping before heading off early aft?

DH has jsut asked if i want to go to a black tie do THE SAME NIGHT as the meet up - I never get to go to black ties dos and I neer get a weekend away on my own don't worry girls, you win hands down

Hellooooo - I AM coming, just not been online for a while, sorry. Unfortunately Chops has dropped out so what I'll do is book a room anyway, and either have it to myself or with anyone else that still hasn't booked. I think more said they were coming, didn't they? I'll post on the other thread too.

Let me know if you know of anyone else who has already booked and looking for a partner so I don't book a room for nothing!

oh estar, I am sure we can find someone to share a room with you....if not I am happy to chip in some extra so you dont have to shoulder the burden of the cost of a room by yourself. I reckon posting on the main thread will help, remind people (without me harassing them!)
