OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
FrumpytheGrumpyreindeer · 30/12/2007 12:36

Well I'm sure I have some bits and bobs lying around post-Christmas that I could pop in the post to pad out your birthday gifts to your children. What ages and dates are we talking?

MarsyChristmas · 30/12/2007 13:03

Ditto FG!

So birthdates and ages please

ExpectingKat · 30/12/2007 15:03

Thats such a nice offer from both of you, I'm a bit lost for words, you can deffinatly tell whos there for you when the chips are down. I mite just take you both up on that offer if what we've been told doesn't happen (keeping my fingers crossed and toes), we're hoping within the next wk his redundency shud be through then can get things sorted like DS bday and prams for twins and then I mite be able to relax a bit.
Can't thank you enough.

FrumpytheGrumpyreindeer · 30/12/2007 15:21

Ever seen the film Pay it Forward? It will have you in floods of tears and its a cracker. I love a good cry

So......don't think about it, don't wait and see. Email ages and dates and address please and let us help a little.

[email protected]

I don't check that address every day so if you don't hear from me straightaway, don't worry.

There are lots of daft bastards in this world. And there's quite a few folks who love Morcambe & Wise and spreading a little happiness I try to be the latter.

Must go and cuddle my DD1. She has flu.

FrumpytheGrumpyreindeer · 30/12/2007 15:23

Marsy Christmas ????, I just noticed, you lost your selection box! (see OP)

FrumpytheGrumpyreindeer · 30/12/2007 15:23

You horse.

tripletsandtwins · 30/12/2007 17:19

Hello all! I'm currently watching a dvd on the laptop with a baby under each arm! It's a dvd of just after these 2 were born, (dh was filming), and I've just seen ds on it telling the Elena-Rose off for crying! I didn't even notice him doing it at the time, but it's sooooo cute!!!!!!!

Kat, I don't know how old your dcs are, but if I can help out in any way, email me at littlemissmuddle at usahotmail dot com. My sister is coming over (hopefully not with my mother, we got rid of her perch ) in January, so I can send some stuff back with her to pass on.

triplets · 30/12/2007 17:22

Hi all,
Feeling just abit jaded after last night, but it was such fun, sooooooooo good to have fun with adult friends of long standing! Kids were warned to be on good behaviour and they were, so much so that I completely forgot they were still up until they came into the kitchen at 11pm and started showing everyone their Nintendos, half our friends ended up laying with them, then finally last guest staggered home at 2am! Prawns were delicious, good old Carrefore! Its so nice to belt out 70`s music, singing along, all being silly, has lifted my spirits no end! My friends boyfriend who I have only met once before said he thought my children were delightful and a credit to us, and that it might be hard going but we will reap the reward as it is obvious we put so much input into them.........made me feel a good Mamma after all!

oooggs · 30/12/2007 17:28

happy birthday to the dts of pixi!!!!!! one wow

pixi what will the age gap be between dts and the next one?

FrumpytheGrumpyreindeer · 30/12/2007 19:52

Triplets thats fantastic! My kids go into overdrive when people are in and I hate that, so lovely that they could be themselves and make you proud

I just came in to say DON'T YOU HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE ARRIVE EARLY!!!! We have friends over tonight. I said 8pm, I meant 8pm. They came at half 7. (I knew they would and it pisses me off) I am spending a little time with DD1 between DTs going to bed and before she goes to bed, she has flu, they know that. I still have to put my farty prock on but really

TripleyTigger · 30/12/2007 21:19

[fhungover]

We drank like fish stayed up til 4am. We changed the world and decorated it a bit. I am looking like Cruella with a hangover.

Now. I must tend to DD1 (flu) and DT2 (newly got flu), prepare the hoose, prep and cook supper for eleven people. I don't do stuff like that. I have been taken advantage of.

triplets · 31/12/2007 15:12

Oh Frumpy, sounds like you had a good time! We have a friend who always comes early too, and then she is always the first to go! You seem to be full of energy despite having poorly people to look after, or do you have servants as some of us here believe you do live in a castle, do tell!

triplets · 31/12/2007 15:13

FrumpytheGrumpyreindeer · 31/12/2007 17:03

And the same to you oj, the kettle is always on in here, stop in anytime xxx

Triplets, PMSL! Thank you for your merry wishes. I promise I have no servants. I do poke the children with a stick and make them go up the chimney twice a year but no servants. I blame HM, she thought I lived in a castle because I live in Scotland. We only have castles up here Where are you off to this evening?

Must just do this before they disappear for another year......

And I must get this pantomime outfit off, its sweaty.

Momma, is it flu? You poor thing. Its in our house too and its not nice.

I really must get busy. I don't want to do this tonight. Normally me and DP stay quiet and drink some wine, nibble some hot nibbles, watch telly and go to bed after 12. I heard my brother (over from Oz) had no Hogmanay plans and invited him up for haggis. Then it grew and grew and grew. Now its a full blown supper for 11. I really, really, don't want to. A quiet dinner with a four people - thats my kind of thing. And I am so tired from last night. And 2 children are needy. Oh bum and tits. It won't go away so I will have to get on with it. Wish me luck. I don't even want a glass of wine!!!

In case I don't make it back (and I might since I will want to escape the crew) then Happy New Year gorgeous girls!! I have enjoyed every multiple minute of this one and here's to our next one.
