They're amazingly gorgeous momma! You're not a baby bore at all!

Triplets, that sounds lovely , hope you have a great day tomorrow!

Leo, anger is totally normal, sometimes kids just push the wrong buttons, you can love them loads but they can just do the wrogn thing and if you have nothing to take your mind of it, then it can escalate. You managed to stop yourself from lashing out, that's very good. It's all natural.

Norris, how is you dd now? Better I hope xx

I've had a nice day today, my pils took the trio out for the afternoon so it was just me, dh and babies, so we've spent the afternoon babymooning

Hiya. My little madam is much better thanks. She is still in hospital, they were set to send her home yesterday but over Thursday night her oxygen sats kept dipping so she had to stay another night . I know she is better in herself though as she is being her usual cheeky self and trying to get into everything.
I am starting to struggle a bit in my self though. It can be a real strain splitting yourself in several directions. Dt1 seems to feel it more than the others, she is always saying that she misses me. I haven't seen my ponies for 4 days (a friend is looking after them), I definitely need some equine therapy .
Anyway, enough of the self pity, catch you all soon.

Helloooo!! She's back!!
I think they were glad to get rid of her, she's much too lively to be in hospital. Her sisters gave her a lovely greeting and we've opened the remaining presents. She spied the chocolate and got stuck straight in!! Will post a couple of pics soon.

MarsyChristmas · 29/12/2007 11:43

Well if she went straight into the chocolate she's fine! lol

Have replied to your email T&T. Well done!

Momma.... back away from the champers! It's for Monday night! Not a moment before!!!!!!!!!!! I'll even provide a chocolate fountain (2 in fact... one dairy free) if you manage to STEP AWAY FROM THE PRETTY GREEN BOTTLES!!!!!!!!!!)

I need to bake a birthday cake for my niece today. She's 19! She wants a chocolate cake with a barbie in it! I know... just when you think they've outgrown them they go all retro!

So am off to bake. Then I have to deliver it to the pub (I'm invited to the pre-clubbing drinks... ooh lucky me!) before heading off home (I'm not invited clubbing... "You know what you're like AMFA" [Aunty Mars Favourite Aunty]) Sigh............

My lovely early feb client has to be delivered early. Pre-eclampsia. Gutted! She so wanted a natural birth. However they are going to wait a week to let the baby (hopefully) get to 36 weeks so would value your prayers darlings!

Okay.... post on multi thread... check. Replied to t&t... check. Made cake.... ah yes... make cake!

Firstly, a very belated Happy Christmas to all the multiple mummies. I have kept meaning to post over the last week but things have been a little hectic and this is the first opportunity I've had to properly sit down and catch up. But I hadn't posted for quite a while before the festive season began - have been feeling quite low and fed up and didn't want to spoil the excitement.

Must send congratulations to TAT - gorgeous babies and lovely names (my DD1 is Ella Rosa). Well done you .

slownorris - glad to hear your DD is back home and healthy again.

Do ILs always send awful presents? SIL always sends horrid stuff that is either too big or just plain hideous - but she takes the tags off so I can't take them back (probably cos she bought them in the sales in January ). So those presents are all off to the charity shop. Then MIL gives the DTs and DD1 the same jumper - I have chosen not to dress my DTs the same, let alone DD1 as well, and she knows this - she's never seen them in the same outfit, yet this is the second time she's done this. But this time she's taken the tags off, so I can't take these back either (and they're all too big as well) . DP thinks I'm being unreasonable (to MIL) and that she probably just thought it would be cute - unlike him to be so reasonable, frankly .

Leo, I adore all my girls, but I (too) frequently find myself shouting, particularly at DD1 who is just pressing all my buttons at the moment. But I always make a point of apologising for shouting before she goes to bed, and explaining why I was so angry. Not sure if the reasoning goes in, but it makes me feel better to have cleared the air.

Triplets your day yesterday sounded magical. Hope you have a lovely dinner party tonight.

Oh nearly forgot to tell you - we now have triplets in our house . Three Baby Annabels , which sit and gurgle and turn their heads when you talk to them . The girls are loving being mummies - DP is wondering when he can buy them a scalextric .

Trying the potty training thing again with DT2. She seems much more ready than DT1 - has been asking to go to the loo a lot recently so we bit the bullet yesterday morning and so far we've had no accidents - just a couple of pairs of damp knickers. Fingers crossed we've got the timing right this time.

Anyway, festive greetings to one and all - promise not to stay away so long again. I've put a rather pretty green bottle with an orange label in the fridge, Mars (DP's new boss gave him 12 bottles of veuve cliquot for Christmas ).

doubleEGGnog · 29/12/2007 18:09

Just a v quick post as supposed to be getting bath ready for DS, but wanted to say

doubleEGGnog · 29/12/2007 18:10

I know Momma . We keep having a small glass, just at lunchtime - how decadent is that? . I don't drink very much, but when I do, it has to have bubbles .

MarsyChristmas · 29/12/2007 20:17

Well don't drink it all.

FrumpytheGrumpyreindeer · 29/12/2007 21:39

I'm lurking. Yeuch! Never done that before Normal fg-service resumed shortly.

And YOU can stop the pretence Momma. I know you're trying to break into the fridge again now that I've reinforced the locks. You tripped the silent alarm!

Hi all, hope everyone had a good christmas and are looking forward to new year.
I am sorry has been such a long while since I last posted life's been hectic!
I have tried to read up on evryone but theres so much lol I hope everyone is ok and babies are all doing well
Well I'm 34wks on tuesday and I'm counting the days, twins are growing well one fair bit smaller than other one but the docters keepin close eye and seem happy so far, I find it funny cos you get people sayin wow your huge and others sayin your not very big for twins!
Part of the reason why things been so hectic is DH got made redundent in november after neary 17 yrs, just in time for DD2 bday and christmas then DS bday soon and twins arriving (lifes been great)
Well i thought I would pop in and say hi, sorry for the long post
Take care all

FrumpytheGrumpyreindeer · 30/12/2007 11:33

Happy Birthday to Pixi's DTs (if it is today), wow ONE!!!

Kat, you think thats a long post??? Stick around dear Sorry to hear about the redundancy. Whats the plan?

ExpectingKat · 30/12/2007 11:58

Hi frumpy, ty for message
Not sure wots the plan at mo theres just no jobs around our area as DH doesn't drive makes it even harder, I feel so bad for him, he just doesn't know wot to do with himself! One of the worse things was when things first started happening was told he would get 12wks lay off pay, which would've been a great help but as the company ended up going insolvent, don't get that for 12wks. Just waiting on redundency money to come through. To be honest at the mo trying not to think about tomorrow, bdays and twins arriving as just don't know what we'll do
