Thank you @Spongebobette for the new thread!

Ha ha ha, just seen the incentive on the FL UK and Ire page, you can qualify for a "Windbreaker" Jacket, that must be down to the gloop. Also qualifiers who travel over 200 miles, they will reimburse you 50 quid in fuel. I'll stick with my 55p per mile business rate thanks and also enjoy the hotel and meals provided whilst I'm travelling overnight. I'll also make use of generous per diem rates whilst I'm away due to my JOB who's Just Over Broke now HUNS ay?

Crikeyalmighty · 12/08/2026 11:31

Ooh place marking!

Crikeyalmighty · 12/08/2026 11:42

@Spongebobette I do think these companies simply latched onto people’s greed to earn substantial sums for what seems like not much effort and a lot of flexibility - if it were that easy we would all be doing it!! - not suprisingly many originate in the USA and I think they know full well that what it really means is for the vast majority it’s new agents buying stuff they don’t need atall and will pack in within 6 months - kept those product sales of totally necessary products flowing nicely for many years though without the need for physical retail outlets !

Watching headband closely after the DM article.
Hoping her latest recruit reads it and runs for the hills. Poor woman had to launch her biz in a cafe and it would appear just one person interacted with her, otherwise I'm sure we would have been witness to the crowds. Instead we are shown headband kid and newbizmums kid having an absolute blast stuck inside the cafe making memories....

Sadly, because the article is behind a paywall, I expect few potential bots will read it

2Jags Insta "If you drink wine on Tuesday with a fat blocker it doesn't count girl math". Tractor is a fan of posting this fiction also. Both ladies do not have a good relationship with food. I now have two screen shots and have just submitted both via the ASA (https://www.asa.org.uk/make-a-complaint.html) The UK Description of the product in the read more section is as below, then look at the bollocks of the non EU description. We have laws in the UK that try to protect us from these false health claims. If anyone has the time to report also please do, it's quick and easy. Let's stop these lying tossers.

UK WEBSITE read more DESCRIPTION
Garcinia Cambogia is a tree, native to Southeast Asia, which produces fruit prized for its culinary and beneficial purposes. As well as the fruit’s extract, Forever Garcinia Plus contains chromium which contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. N.B. Contains Soy.

NON UK WEBSITE read more DESCRIPTION
Designed to help you get your best results
• Temporarily inhibits fat production and storage
• Helps reduce cravings and suppress appetite
• Useful weight management tool
• Gluten free
Forever Garcinia Plus® is designed to complement your healthy lifestyle and help you achieve your weight management goals. The star of the show is the Garcinia cambogia fruit, which contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA). This compound has been shown to temporarily inhibit the body’s conversion of carbohydrates into fats. The potent Garcinia extract used in Forever Garcinia Plus® contains high levels of this important compound.
Because Garcinia helps inhibit fat production, the body leans toward burning existing fat stores, which aids in weight loss when combined with a sensible diet and exercise program. This incredible fruit has also been shown to help reduce cravings as a natural appetite suppressant.
Researchers in the 1960s discovered the Garcinia fruit had compounds that could impact metabolism by inhibiting the enzyme that converts calories into fat. Garcinia is also caffeine free, so you can take this supplement without those caffeine jitters.
To complement Garcinia, we added chromium picolinate. If your body is deficient of this important mineral, it could cause fatigue and excess fat production. You work hard to eat right and exercise. Forever Garcinia Plus® is a great tool to help you stay on track.

Thanks for the new thread @Spongebobette !

How nice to start the new thread knowing that the generosity of Forever Living UK extends to an Aliexpress “windbreaker” jacket. Presumably this is helpful when standing about in the drizzle in a semi deserted shopping centre trying to get unsuspecting members of the public to down little cups of jizz and join the Aloe “movement”? An experience the bot has paid to be part of even if their nasty jacket appears to be “free”.

if only Yawn was still a properly signed up FL bot - those windbreaker jackets could be stitched together by Mr Yawn and draped over that thatch.

orangehandles · 12/08/2026 15:26

Wikipedia suggests that garcinia gummi-gutta (formerly garcinia cambogia) has reports of liver toxicity and gastrointestinal issues. Other info on there is not complimentary.

Why do people believe supplements are safe because they come from plants?

YouOKHun · 12/08/2026 15:43

So much dodgy advice and wellness bollocks on SM. Garcinia cambogia was the substance that first got Messiah’s old company Vida Divina into trouble for much the same kind of claim. These snake oil purveyors think that they can say anything they like as long as they say “consult your physician” but that isn’t enough to cover them for any claims they make. Not that 2Jags et al will even think of that. And people think “natural” and the even more barking “chemical free” and think it isn’t dangerous and won’t interact with other medication.

I wouldn’t trust the terminally hard-of-thinking 2Jags’ advice about anything and we’ve seen her “girl math” before when she gave us a breakdown of her profit/turnover/whatever in the S*n.

dickiedavisthunderthighs · 12/08/2026 16:21

Oh god they were all pushing it at some point, that weird expanding jelly stuff that looked like it would sit in your bowel for time immemorial.

OhMyGiddyAunt · 12/08/2026 16:46

So if FL is so bloody wonderful Uber why are you having to work post-op!
When I had knee surgery and had a knee brace I had around 8 weeks PAID sick leave from my employer. I didn't have to keep posting on my social media, keep prodding my team to work or give up my evenings to host a Zoom call.

Similarly an ex-FL bot , now with a travel MLM, messaged me whilst on her holiday!
Imagine having to spend your holiday lying by the pool "reaching out" to anyone who has watched your Insta/Facebook story

Does yawn think if she uses words like synergistic she's believable 🤣🤣🤣

Spongebobette · 12/08/2026 17:43

She’s a ridiculous woman.
Claiming other coaches have a worse life because they go from coaching session to coaching session throughout the day but she can be out and about doing her own thing and just pop into the WhatsApp group and
Therefore she is happier which is good for her ‘clients’
🙄🙄🙄🙄

"But that I think you'll agree is a resounding success" I needed my inhaler after that.

MrsDilligaf · 12/08/2026 19:41

It has all gone very quiet on the build a bear pages, BUT!!! yawn is now a fully qualified personal trainer.

Not that she has actually trained any clients mind you....

Techie is yet to hear this amazing news as she is without phone signal on her cruise.

I do hope that this time and space away from Yawn has made her think about what the f she's doing hitching her wagon to a fallen star

Norma27 · 12/08/2026 19:45

I’m going to sound awful but the woman who signed yawn off as a PT does not look healthy and who would never sign her up as a PT?

YouOKHun · 12/08/2026 19:51

when she says she has a nice little group on WhatsApp what she is describing is one of those social groups with a queen bee at the centre. It’s certainly not a coaching business.

i find it really difficult to believe that anyone who pays for BaB for the first month goes on to pay for a second month. I think when someone decides they don’t want to join or continue Yawn offers them a deal “just for you so don’t tell the others” so even if they are no longer paying she is keeping up the numbers and making it look like there are long term paying members - perception of popularity is everything. I wouldn’t be surprised if that is the case for everyone in her group.

The chance to look inside BaB back in June for any prospective sign ups was probably a spectacular own goal. Techie is probably doing a few websites but what is Yawn bringing to the table?

This whole PT thing is quite a worry, do it all online and then let your ex FL Buddy assess you to pass practical assessments either via video submission or face-to-face. Due to the distance they live apart Yawn will send videos from her shed and bully the lady to pass her.

I really wouldn't want to be trained by someone either like her or anyone who hasn't done practical physical Gym Time. It seems a recipe for injury and disaster. I bet doesn't have any insurance for her level 2 and there are probably no indemnities contained in her Builder Body section where she uploads her "fitness workouts" she needs to watch out as she has people paying (if she is to be believed) to join this fitness element, she is offering a service, she will come a cropper if someone snaps or twizzles something and decide to sue her due to her training advice. In typical Yawn fashion she doesn't think anything like this will apply to her, Techie could also be held responsible if it is truly both their business.

LeoDiCapricorn · 12/08/2026 21:29

My Tropic bot who is on a holiday of a lifetime to celebrate her 20th wedding anniversary plus her eldest child finishing GCSEs is adding me and what looks like 50 other women to her VIP group.
Give it up! Enjoy the holiday spend time with DH & the DC’s! Turn your phone OFF
I have left the group

Yep MLMs are for basically lazy people who think they can earn thousands of pounds in their pyjamas....

Salon is doing the same, she’s currently stuck on that behemoth of a ship meandering round the Caribbean after a shockingly long flight to Miami (cheapest option?? -she claims she didn’t realise it was a flight with stops / changes but I’m sure Tui make it very clear). Anyway, she’s claiming she keeps being stopped whilst waltzing around the ship to ask what her make up is and is stunning fellow passengers that it’s her new skincare business instead. She’s also forked out £200 for internet as she can’t bear not to be online supporting her team and selling her products. Considering she keeps on about how much this cruise cost then you’d think she’d be devoting every moment to her kids / husband and enjoying it all.

i have exactly the same reservations about Yawns PT qualification, how you can be qualified without being assessed in real time instructing a client in person is beyond me. It’s just absolute nonsense that it’s possible.

dickiedavisthunderthighs · 13/08/2026 17:28

Paging SLW - as an actual qualified real-life PT, what is your view on Yawn's correspondance-course PT diploma?!

Before Salon Blocked me on FB I could see she was posting on a cruise ship page saying she had 3 kids and was only going to buy 1 band for the inclusive drink package and share it amongst her kids as drinks for all of them would be expensive. People were telling her she'd be thrown off the ship if she was found out doing this. What a cheapskate. It isn't my choice of holiday and certainly not to fly there with stop overs just to Florida but that said I do hope the children get some enjoyment from it as it seems a lot of bother for very little return as children especially with additional needs.
