BOTWATCH 93! The latest in a long running anti MLM thread. We may be celebrating the demise of Forever Living MLM in the US but sadly MLM/network marketing is still pulling in victims using lies and manipulation … the botwatching continues …

Brilliant! 😂

This is what happens when you live in a world detached from reality

she calls herself a business coach and yet thinks she can set herself up like this without doing basic market research into what is offered at what price elsewhere

No bugger in their right mind is paying £40 a hour to rock up to a shed in someone's back garden whilst dogs are yapping and crapping.

Hi Huns!

I want to introduce you to my new venture! THE YOUOKHUN GYMNASIUM! It’s been planned for ages as part of my pivot away from reality. I’ve recently taken an hour long course at the University of the Hard of Thinking and am now a fully qualified Personal Trainer! In fact I’m so good that I didn’t have to take the first half of the course, saving myself 30 minutes and £7.97! I’m fully insured but enough of the boring stuff, just know that if you injure yourself you’re out, I don’t want that kind of negativity ruining it for others.

I have a fully equipped gym. I have an exercise bike (see picture). All the equipment is good quality. Mr YouOKHun was assured it was safe when the nice man on Facebook Marketplace with the severed fingers said we could have the lot for free. Obviously if you break any of it or if the gaffer tape holding the weights above your head breaks due to you using the equipment then you’re out, I can’t have people whinging about head injuries, no one needs that kind of negativity.

Aloe Vera based refreshments are available, in fact they’re obligatory. My gym is very private. There is a fully functioning bucket if you can fight your way out of your leotard in time to use it. That lavatory facility is for the exclusive use of gym members as Mr YouOKHun has been to B&Q and bought himself another bucket. The lavatory facility is fully air conditioned with a lovely view of the M5. Whilst my gym is private and absolutely no one seems to know anything about it or care, I am unable to promise data privacy and I can’t be sure what you told me about your Piles and your home address and mobile number will remain private. I commit to keeping your data private while it suits me and to only mention your private details in passing to others and then only if there is something in it for me. Obviously, if we fall out then I may have to publish details in a Round Robin.

I am so in love with my magnificent gymnasium. The gym is spacious and housed in a Swiss chalet style building (see pic). It sits on ten acres of hedge-to-hedge dog shit. We have cleared a small private area if any if you are perverts and want your outside fun in full view of the neighbours.

I’ve built my first client programme, all she needs is two truth stretching exercise bands, some very dumbbells, the direct line of good physio and of one of those ambulance chasing law firms!

The cost is £40 for an hour but for that you get that personal touch and an hour in MY orbit AND you don’t need to find £46 for a whole month of multiple visits at the local Nuffield Health Sports Club or slum it at David Lloyd for £75-100 a month for as many visits as you want!

And don’t forget that it was in this very gym I documented my weight loss over the months (see pic).

PM me Huns!

Spot on writing and the magic funhouse mirrors really made it!

ticktock19 · 22/08/2026 12:25

@YouOKHunsuperb, absolutely brilliant 👏👏👏👏, esp the included ‘beige ladies’

orangehandles · 22/08/2026 12:45

@YouOKHun Where do I sign up? 😍

OhMyGiddyAunt · 22/08/2026 13:08

@YouOKHun I've been chuckling at your post all morning. Absolutely spot on!

I just can't believe she thinks she can charge £40!!

I had a look to see what was available at one local gym (15 mins down the road from Yawn's shed of thrifted equipment) ...
...£35 for someone with a B.Sc Hons degree in Sports and Exercise Science, levels 3 & 4 in Personal Training and also in Rehabilitation and Corrective Exercise plus various other specific qualifications in things like spin, boxfit and nutrition qualifications. Many years of experience too.

Spongebobette · 22/08/2026 13:17

Yawn seems to be going all in with her fitness and personal training and presumably thinks this will be more lucrative than coaching/ manifestation/ canva training/ social media visibility/ nutrition/ marketing/ business planning. To be fair it’s the only element in her suite of offers that she has an actual (albeit rather dodgy) qualification in

she’s got a lot of chutzpah publishing videos of herself demonstrating exercises

OP posts:
dickiedavisthunderthighs · 22/08/2026 15:39

God this has all made me LOL my tits off. I pay my PT £35 per hour and he’s got a Masters among many other fitness and nutrition qualifications. And an actual app. Not a BAB app that’s not an app.
I wonder whether she’s told her home insurer that it’s now a place of business?!

YouOKHun · 22/08/2026 16:22

Well I must say, I’m rather disappointed that only @orangehandles has had the vision to ask where to sign up! I am just creating an app and have borrowed Weird Willy’s credit card that he found at the back of drawer and used to hammer the last nail into his own coffin pay for his app.

@dickiedavisthunderthighs good point - she won’t have told her home insurer who is already dicing with her tinderbox thatch, wood burner and bargain fixes. The local council should be told too.

Assuming Yawn has done research into what others charge (which seems unlikely), I think Yawn thinks that if she prices highly at £40 it will convince people that she is better than someone who charges £35. It will demonstrate that she “values herself” and “loves herself”. It’s very MLM-Think, be confident, be positive, love yourself - realism is negative, don’t let it creep in, just keep going. It also requires a fully botted up audience which she doesn’t have.

If she is going all in with the shed-based star jumping it adds to the suspicion that Techie may have taken the summer to decide she needs to focus on her own thing. Where on earth does Yawn go next?

Spongebobette · 22/08/2026 16:49

Oh yes of course you are right, one of her golden nuggets of advice has been to not underprice yourself (because if course if you are expensive you MUST be worth it!)

OP posts:
TwinklyMoose · 22/08/2026 18:19

I saw a video of yawn demonstrating a programme. Slightly scared for any clients she may get, she needs to work on her form massively before trying to instruct anyone else.

Failing that she should just stick to walking clients round her half acre and swinging her arms around as at least that’s moving and moving is good for 40 quid an hour!! (Practice your deadlifts yawn before teaching anyone please!! Also you need big weight plates get rid of the small body pump ones!)

Spongebobette · 22/08/2026 18:21

I was wondering if someone with expertise might comment - thank you!

OP posts:
ticktock19 · 22/08/2026 18:32

I very much agree with all of that @TwinklyMoose ,those blue dumbbells are only 5kg and for a bent over row, you want something heftier to make a difference, for your maximum dumbbell to be 5kg is pretty rubbish for a PT

To open a gym for use by fee paying clients you need:-
Register business with HMRC

HSE compliance this includes loads of stuff such as electrical and gas safety, safe access and loads more including risk assessment
Planning permission for change of use of building

Data Protection

Adequate facilities, toilets, changing, heating & ventilation

First aid kit and training

Correct heavy duty equipment ie not the stuff from the middle aisles in Lidl

Floors need to be reinforced

Music licence if playing background music

Public indemnity and inform insurance of proposed activities.

You may need to inform your mortgage company as well

Probably most important health screening and recording with up to date CPR training incase she passes she’s a client too far.

As an ex business owner (in healthcare) the rules and regulations are there to protect the public from you damaging them because if you do and you can’t provide evidence that you have followed the rules and done everything possible to prevent that damage you are up a very long creek with a matchstick.

ticktock19 · 22/08/2026 18:46

Yawns latest story is how the squat potty is getting a glow up and is going to be put in a new shed behind the gym shed and she’s currently glitzing up a mirror and gold bog brush to go in there

Edited

wow…that’s a seriously comprehensive list…(that I can’t imagine yawn is aware of)

Spongebobette · 22/08/2026 18:58

Someone send this to her!

OP posts:
Crwysmam · 22/08/2026 18:58

Having just glanced at her gym photos I’ve seen a huge H&S issue. The treadmill machine is against the wall so if you miss a step you’ll be slammed against the wall that has a huge hook protruding from it. The treadmill needs to be positioned so you are staring at the wall while running.

My DF was a hazard analyst in the chemical industry. Risk analysis is second nature to me. My DF was brilliant when we were remodelling the business and stopped us making costly mistakes.

I risk assess sub consciously wherever I go.

Spongebobette · 22/08/2026 19:14

Well of course a Risk Assessment should be part of Yawn’s business plan

OP posts:
TwinklyMoose · 22/08/2026 19:52

If she is serious about it Yawn just needs to spend some good time perfecting what she has been taught. Get her deadlifts solid, get some good positioning with her feet when doing bench press, think about which muscles she is engaging when attempting anything in particular the side or forward raises she was doing, I couldn’t figure out which it was she was doing to be honest
To charge 40 an hour for what she is doing is a bitt ridiculous I am not sure anyone I know would pay that for a recently qualified PT unless they looked like they knew what they were doing and not like they are following a YouTube video whilst filming themselves

YouOKHun · 22/08/2026 21:02

@ticktock19 the Squat Potty Glow Up with the Golden Bog Brush - is the new sign she has purchased that just says “Believe” going in the members only gold embossed shitter?

Does she think there will be some kind of self hypnosis going on in the bot potty palace? Go in there a bit sceptical about the wobbly equipment and expertise on offer. Once on the squat potty become blinded by the gold French Chic and mesmerised by the word “Believe” hanging just above the Andrex and leave the room ready to hand over forty quid and happily drive yourself to A&E after 60 minutes of training the Yawn Way?
