Unless I'm missing something she's basically continued to "work" (ie. signed up and scammed vulnerable women) and parent her kids whilst going through a messy break-up 🤔.

@OhMyGiddyAuntthats interesting about Scotbot. I’m totally banned by her so can’t see her content but my impression is that she does the odd “maintenance like” of Yawn’s FB page but that’s it. I wonder if she is still in the Unlucky Club. Yawn won’t make it easy for her to leave.

shes is "working or coaching with her other business leaders" I can't look back as can only look anonymously, but 99.9% I'm sure it was her.

Maybe she's dropped out of publicly promoting it ... the more that people become aware of MLMs the more likely they are to dodge someone (or their business) who is involved with it.

Yawn seems to think that if you create a website and you have a payment system then that payment system turns visitors to your website into paying customers by magic. She of all people should know that’s not the case.

Anyone who takes up the offer of a website will no doubt get all the mistakes Yawn has built in to her own bizniz, right down to the typos on her site. She is still not registered with the ICO (nor is Mr Yawn). Stan Store covers their own operation from a data privacy perspective with their privacy policy but they don’t cover Yawn, I wonder if she realises this? Yawn now has a privacy policy on her website but she isn’t fulfilling the requirements if she isn’t registered as a data controller. Her website collaborator is registered but for her own purposes and business. Aside from basic personal details Yawn must have financial details and other more personal information laying about in the Thatch. There are some rules that could very well apply to her. For example, if she were to collect new details through running a promotion/competition then that data is specific to that “promotion”, it isn’t transferable so that the data subject can be contacted later about her general business or some other offering. What are the chances she is aware of that? What are the chances Unlucky Club members’ details haven’t been shared with the dodgy lawyer, her coach or any other collaborator, what about the personal details of those former downlines? It’s a dull subject but she should take it seriously as I’m sure she could do without a four figure fine if a disgruntled individual pursues this. Aside from the privacy thing. If you’re going to sell people some cliche ridden website service at least get the boring basics right.

@Spongebobette I think we can be certain the 64 Unlucky Club members will be under pressure to purchase a website package. I wonder how long it will be before they realise that they are not in an exclusive group of elite entrepreneurs but have been kettled into a corner marked “gullible downline types” and the £22 a month is only the start of Yawn’s expectations of them?

Up pops Wig to say not to worry, there are other gallant and ethical people like her and Sleaze who have an entirely new healthcare Ponzi system which will save everyone. So that’s a comfort isn’t it? Knowing the Sacked, Sleaze and Wig are looking out for the rest of us.

Yawns new venture sounds like an “Apprentice” type name. Conjured up after too many glasses of no-alcohol wine. I would assume that they are an all female construction firm. I suspect they are going to get many, many calls from people wanting a quote for an extension.
