Welcome one and all to the latest thread in a long series

We are here to expose the huns and bots who lie, exaggerate and prospect victims who don’t realise that the income claims and aspirational lifestyle are unachievable

It is a smart move on their part.
I wiser how long a lease they have signed on the new place?

Easier to close it all down when you are renting your premises rather than owning it! Quick exit and all that.....

YouOKHun · 08/02/2025 21:57

@ItWasnaMeGuv I see it's still on Rightmove for £2m plus free tent... actually two free tents I see from the aerial shot. There is a suggestion by the optimistic estate agents that it could be converted back into a single dwelling but who is going to want to live there unless they are very rich and very keen on Burger King? Not many businesses are really going to want an expensive listed building as an office are they?

Small hotel in the Partridge Travel Tavern vein given it is "conveniently located" for the M40? Or is it destined to be a museum of broken dreams, lying empty and neglected with the ghost of Bob wondering the corridors and the ghosts of many failed bots confined to the tent. Could Uber add it to her portfolio of empty and over-priced properties in the wrong location?

Thanks @YouOKHun I have found it on Rightmove. I have looked at the online brochure provided and it's only when you view the floorplan (only available from the brochure, I recommend having a look as there is no need to add your name, address to the pop up). Anyway the floorplan shows just how huge the Manor is. It is a huge, extensive building on mostly two levels but with two further office/ensuites on the third floor. Total floor area of 250.55 sq m on a site of 3.745 acres. Moving from that beautiful property to...a couple of rooms in an office building. What can I say? Just to add, on the brochure is an areal view featuring both tents. I am intrigued as to why they were installed given that there is a ready made room at the back of the Manor for just such meetings (and far more comfortable, too).

I wonder what they are paying for the new head office

it seems like the owners of Forever Living (the company is owned by a family in America who keep a tight hold on their ownership) who owned The Manor and leased it to Forever Living, have decided to liquidate their assets in the UK.

i wonder why they didn’t want to hang on to such an asset and make money from it by leasing it to their own company? That was a win win surely

Goodness me, @Spongebobette , liquidating their assets? You know what that means for the future of FL in the UK Hmm. They are living on borrowed time, that's for sure. I wonder how long their lease is at ARSolihull? I have just had a look at its brochure but there is no mention of minimum lease. What I do see is one available office space of 11, 432 sq ft and the smaller remaining area of the ground floor given to FL I estimate it to be around the region of 10,000 sq ft. which would be around 929 sq m. Toilet facilities are accessed separably and are not included in the sq metres. What a difference! Renting a very small area as opposed to owning a vast property and land. I couldn't be happier to see it Grin

It seemed clear that most of The Manor was being rented out as office and meeting space to clients other than Forever Living; you only saw bots gather by the front door to take a photo, assemble in a tent (even in the winter) or occasionally be allowed indoors to a meeting room. Or an event outside, although those seemed to stop. There was a distribution centre I think

So even though the bots squealed about their wonderful HQ, FL weren’t really occupying the whole building and bots weren’t allowed indoors much

New Fred yay

BangingOn · 09/02/2025 10:05

I agree that The Manor is going to be very tough to sell. There’s a Holiday Inn Express practically adjacent and a large ex-Hilton over the road, so I’d be surprised if it became another hotel. The McDonalds drive thru in the back garden makes it an unlikely candidate for a large family home. It being a listed building makes it trickier to develop but I suppose it could end up as apartments.

Sugarplum48 · 09/02/2025 15:38

Try harder yawn!! I've just pulled the same stock image of a fendi scarf of the Internet as well. Silly girl playing make believe dress up.

MrsDilligaf · 09/02/2025 15:48

That scarf is hideous - Looks like a fanny 😆

YouOKHun · 09/02/2025 15:59

Yawn has been invited to be a guest speaker next week and gives the Zoom link. I was thinking of signing up on the zoom link but I'm working so couldn't watch it anyway but on further inspection the person who is organising the "Conversations about Midlife" is an Arbonne bot. So that will be a zoom chat between a few bots hoping to pick up a few email addresses to target later. "Guest speaker" is, of course, a big inflation.

BSintolerant · 09/02/2025 16:33

@MrsDilligaf A designer one too! 🙈

What is she trying to achieve by posting a picture of a scarf?? Jesus when is the nonsense going to stop. No one cares what you wear or how expensive it is

YouOKHun · 09/02/2025 17:28

That scarf picture has been knocking around the internet for ages for obvious reasons. What I want to know is how it fits into her business? As the Unlucky Club page has no traffic the FB page (including Stories) in her name is where her "professional" persona appears.

When she is coaching people about running a successful business I wonder which session covers the wisdom of posting memes about every day items that look like genitals on a page that is your "professional" page?!

In typical Yawn style , in her never-ending quest for instant gratification, her revamp of her boot room involves a lick of paint ....but she's re-hung the curtains (or no doubt got Mr Yawn to do it) and put all the tat back on the walls before the paint is even dry!

Spongebobette · 09/02/2025 17:54

No one ‘declutters’ by adding loads of clutter quite like Yawn

I saw on an Ubersville FB page that Uber gave a talk a couple of weeks ago to an over 60 community group about the health benefits of Aloe Vera (along with giving out free samples). I hope she didn't give too much credit to FLP products and make any false health claims. I wonder if anyone has been convinced that they can create a better retirement for themselves by getting involved? She won't have given the talk without assessing the opportunity for her to benefit.

SunflowerVibes · 09/02/2025 18:43

Hi, catching up on last few threads after a long absence and so it seems more of the same with our fave bots’ ongoing sagas!

Had a peek on some of the anti mlm FB pages and interesting post on the scouser ex Prouve ex Farmasi problematic bot (sorry can’t remember what name she’s referred to by here). Seems she’s been awol since before Xmas and went off FB and being called out for scamming a bunch of downline by selling them courses and not delivering. She’s allegedly plotting a return via another bot and playing victim
despite being aggressor…

Must also check in with wig and sleaze!

SunflowerVibes · 09/02/2025 18:51

Also for those who are following the fortunes of UR - it seems like their most recent “exciting development” is nothing but as far as their bots are concerned. So, it seems they are moving to an affiliate type model. One of the most loyal and long standing bots (13 years) has posted a couple of emotional posts suggesting an acrimonious departure as she’s opting to also sell for another company. First name short form of Christina and surname, the standard outdoor garment we wear beginning with C and with and e and a at the end. Hope that makes sense!

YouOKHun · 09/02/2025 19:53

@SunflowerVibes did you watch the interview with the ex Younique and UR bot? Classic tale but useful for anyone having doubts about their MLM or just newly out of it.

Does anyone follow Mrs Boring Name Bot? She isn't on my radar particularly but Mr and Mrs are a pretty toxic pair. I haven't forgotten the conversation I had with someone last summer whose friend had been pulled right in as part of this pair's recruitment drive among NHS staff disillusioned and exhausted after COVID. The result has been scary character change and adoration of the Boring Names, cult like behaviour, isolation and loss of friendships, selling and recruiting in workplace followed by loss of nurse practitioner career, debt and relationship spilt due to behaviour change (young children involved). Still, not to worry because Mrs Boring Name has an Aga, horses and a nice car (as she is keen to indicate) Envy

Here is a selection of gems from her so far this year:

•	FLP is a Future-proof career
•	Network marketing is thriving at the moment when other industries and professions are failing.
•	A job is a linear income; if you don’t work you don’t get paid. In NWM there is royalty income meaning you can take time off and still earn.
•	Ukraine’s growth was 19% in 2024 despite everything!
•	Forever UK and Ireland experienced 21% growth in 2024 - announced by the sales director! That's HUGE growth!
•	I am involved in FLP because I love money and an uncapped income.
•	A customer was referred to me by his daughter. After a chat on the phone we worked out which products he would take. He understood that the impact of natural products is cumulative and that he’d need to be religious about taking them to give himself the best chance to feel the benefits. I recently asked him for a testimonial and was delighted to receive this... (her customer reports horrible disease gone, credits FLP’s aloe Vera).

•	Introducing my brand new product of the month prize draw! To be in with a chance of winning £117 worth of award winning personal care products, spend £50 or more on any products from our range to be entered into my prize draw. Each £50 spent gives you one entry. Winner will be notified by email. When checking out please do NOT checkout as a guest as I’m not sent your details. Truly wealthy people would never do anything so vulgar.....

YouOKHun · 08/02/2025 19:29

@Gloriainextremis yes, thread 87, there are a lot of MLM and bot antics to watch! I wonder which MLMs will fail before thread 100?

I hope your friend didn't suffer too much damage during the demise of BSAH? The reps were treated appallingly. BSAH was encouraging them to order right up until and including the day they told the reps it was all over (the reps were the last to know).

Thanks, no my friend was only dabbling in it and only did a handful of parties a year. The one above her got totally shafted by them though, she'd been doing it for a long time and they just pulled the rug out from under them all.

YouOKHun · 09/02/2025 20:22

If you love money you will attract more FACT.

Not sure that's how it works Yawn. You've clearly been falling out of love with it since 2016.

YouOKHun · 09/02/2025 20:32

@Gloriainextremis the BSAH upline I followed posted about how amazing and caring BSAH was at 8.30am on the day BSAH shafted them all. By 4.00pm she was having to reassess her opinion of them.

IMO the whole of BS's back story was deeply iffy, built on a lie of a quaint idea thought up in Brighton whereas the truth is AR stole the whole concept from two Californian women. Makes sense of the later willingness to sell to a French cosmetic giant with a poor (at the time) record for animal cruelty and the willingness to exploit people using the MLM model!

SnoogyWoo · 09/02/2025 22:20

Yawn taking a 12 day investment course, this is becoming dangerous as well as delusional.

Yes, I’ve seen snippets of it - seemed like such a sweet nice lady and glad she recognised the sh*t show for what it was and got out! Hope others see it and follow suit but certainly seems like days are numbered for UR now. All very odd as to how they’re shape shifting, you’d think they’d just call it a day given that the business seems to be on its last legs!

Ooh, I don’t know the boring bot couple…
