child benefit not paid

hi i normally receive my payments every monday for one child (4yo) i’ve received no letters or anything and had payment as normal last week. Although my payments are on mondays, i receive them saturday due to my bank, but this week it hasn’t come through and it’s not my bank as carers has come through like every other week as normal. No change of address etc and her dad wouldn’t of put a claim in and don’t think i can contact them till monday so stressed at what’s going on

I've not received mine either. I'm in scotland so seems to be the whole of the UK 😭

Hiya I was just wondering if anyone else hasn’t received there child benefit today and it was meant to go in today. I haven’t and that’s why I’m asking and it’s usually in today there has been no changes to address or anything

Mine isn’t in either. Bank with RBS & it usually hits as soon as it goes 00:00 Sunday into Monday.. thank goodness I’ve found this, I’ve been going out of my mind with worry and can’t sleep, keep checking 😓 x

I'm with virgin money and mines scheduled Monday but is always available Saturday and it hasn't gone or showing as pending really not sure what's happened.x

Yeah I’ve been the same and was wondering if it was just myself cause I’ve sat up and keep refreshing my bank x

payment was due on Monday but my bank normally send it in Saturday was thinking to call on Monday but looks like it could be a technicial fault was so stressed too 😭

Mine went in at midnight. I'm Ulster Bank

Mine has gone in as normal and I bank with Lloyds

Just seen this on fb. Looks like it may be delayed by a day 😢 surely they cannot change the payment date without warning and this doesn't explain why some people have received payment and others not.

I normally get paid on a Monday, but my child benefit comes into my bank Sunday 10.30, santander, and hasn't come, my carers has come.

I'm with hsbc and it usually shows as payment pending the day before, my bills have all gone out but no CB received in!

I am with nationwide and having the same problem🤔never had an issue either with them.

I’m with Barclays and always clears on a Saturday! It’s now 01:53am and still nothing. This has to be a HMRC processing issue, the amount of people affected it cant be anything else. Multiple banks also!

Same here re HSBC, had always shown as pending the night before and is always in by ten past 12 but nothing and no sign of it. Having a minor coronary at this point.... Any one who has payment delayed actually gotten theirs yet? X

Lol yeah can you imagine every mother/father in the country trying too get through first thing Monday morning???!! These guys don't seem able to organise a prayer in a nunnery, can't see them sorting faster payments for all..... Still getting worried now but relieved at least to know I'm not the only one... There will be lynch mobs at the doors of HMRC soon 🤔😱😤

Mine due on HRMC app as today, usually get it on Fridays 4pm with Monzo, have done for over a year, contacted Monzo on Friday (to try my luck 😂) they said there's nothing due to come in from them at all.

Waited until today but now panicking, makes me feel better there's loads in the same boat though, will be watching the thread for updates as I won't have time to ring first thing so if people could post outcomes please xx

(Also two of my friends got theirs as usual on Friday with monzo😡)

I honestly don't understand how some people can see upcoming payments coming into their accounts. Cant do this on barclays mine still hasn't gone in
