child benefit not paid

hi i normally receive my payments every monday for one child (4yo) i’ve received no letters or anything and had payment as normal last week. Although my payments are on mondays, i receive them saturday due to my bank, but this week it hasn’t come through and it’s not my bank as carers has come through like every other week as normal. No change of address etc and her dad wouldn’t of put a claim in and don’t think i can contact them till monday so stressed at what’s going on

Hopefully there in the morning, if not I don’t know what to do. Please everyone keep posted if you get yours

Came in at 00:05 here and I'm with barclays if that helps. Fingers crossed everyone gets payments by the morning

I’ve had mine, I bank with Barclays and I checked it when I got up to go to the bathroom at some point during the night lol.

I didn’t even realise then checked my account today and thought I’d been double paid! Had to check bank holidays on website etc

Looks like it has happened again. I'm with Barclays and I always get my money on a Saturday morning, just after midnight. Once again this week I have not received it. Have they changed the payment date and forgotten to let us know?

I should have added that this is money due for Monday 10th June 2024

It’s your bank that allows you to have it early. No benefits are paid on weekends. My banks doesn’t give early so always clears on a Monday

Have you logged in to your government gateway account to check ChB payment details? There are reports of some people having had their accounts hacked recently and bank details changed. Hope you get the money by Monday

I’m on a 4 weekly payment, should be paid in today and no sign of it yet!

I would contact them directly as this was an issue a month ago, so it wouldn’t be the same as this which was a widespread problem

There is a problem with TSB. It’s on the BBC news website. Some haven’t had payments
