Is there any other way of getting paid from Appen that isn't Payoneer? Payoneer is asking me to verify my business..and I don't have one?

@Adelais was that doing shift work? how are you finding it? Are you up at all sorts of silly hours to get the shifts in as well?

@LemonJelly76 I think it has to be payoneer. I set mine up so long ago I can't remember about business verification, hopefully someone else can help soon. I do know when people have had issues in the past they've called them/used the online help chat and payoneer have been very good at resolving most issues very quickly.

Checking in for March! February aim was £200, I made just over £250. Combination of Potatoes, surveys, and focus groups.

Same target for this month, hurts to think a year ago I would have made £400+ ‘easy’ from potatoes alone :(

Same here, making about £300 per month from potato but last year it was often over £800. One of the queues hardly ever has much content, there are less surges and they are of lower value. Have not applied for bespoke as didn't realise that was what was meant when they mentioned 'extra tasks', & not sure that I would be considered fast enough. I am fed up with accepting the other shifts where they have overestimated the amount of people needed, so you are committed to work for the hour but there is loads of waiting and you earn well under minimum wage. Will keep on with it though.

@LemonJelly76 I just fudged the Payoneer business questions from what I remember and picked the closest business description from the drop down menu. I also used my personal FB web address for my business website. All seemed to go through ok.

I need to check out all the links and move away from doing surveys. I have made £65 from surveys last month, should be another £20 (Amazon voucher) but I haven’t received it yet and not sure if I will, not getting my hopes up. I have another £5 in a survey account but haven’t cashed it in.

@rhij86 About £300 out of the £550 was from shifts. I’m finding it hard to get many when they get released as don’t want any after midnight so I tend to only get 3 or 4 a week. I do sometimes pick up some last minute shifts though.

I’m considering picking up some of the night shifts but I think I’ll then struggle with not enough sleep especially as I have a toddler who won’t let me sleep in the day

@Adelais I know what you mean... I tend to do 4-6am (and sometimes 6-8 as well), which means setting my alarm for 3.30am... pure hell when my 20mo does not yet spend a full night in her bed, and the 3 year old gets up anytime between 5 and 6am... running on about 5hrs broken sleep a night these days

For anyone on crisp, they have put another call out on slack for people to work the 'extra task' (bespoke - flat rate hourly pay regardless of queue volume).

They are mainly looking for people to work late night/early mornings friday-sunday but once you're in you can work any shift offered.

@Redcrayons yes I've been doing them about 6 weeks now.

The shifts are in blocks of 2hrs - so 12-2, 2-4, 4-6 etc. So the minimum you can do is 2hrs :)
