Hi all, happy May. Welcome to this months thread. I'll load up the link later. If anyone else wants to do it, feel free, I'm rubbish at it.

The idea of this thread is to earn a bit of extra cash, as the title suggest. Have a look and these threads go back a while and might give you some ideas.

Newbies welcome. We're a lovely, helpful lot.

@LoLo2020 I'm in the same boat as you! New to A*n and blundering around in the SRT not really knowing what I'm doing... they certainly don't make it easy for us! From trial and error and reading loads of chat it seems there are several versions of the SRT Mine sounds like yours, no dump button so just mark yourself unavailable. Also can't see the queue but if you look to the left of the content on the top of the screen it shows the name of your queue eg. production Just make sure you note down your work hours and fill in the invoice each day Fingers crossed all will be well

@kneesknocking love your username 😄 I just checked my productivity and it's above the minimum so that's cautiously reassuring, best of luck with your continued work 👍. @YonderTweek just read your info re: next button so that's also good news. Can you imagine someone reading this not knowing what we are talking about and us referencing dumping before we log out etc 😂

I also have 5 products in the tool but no email yet. Exciting! Managed 4 hours on Su***and today. I've no idea if I'm doin it right! Nice to have a 20 hour a week project. Just hope it lasts a few weeks. Apparently it will finish on 21st May according to chat. Things are actually picking up for me after a long spell of not much, so here's to more exciting and lucrative projects for everyone!

My email came about half an hour ago and 5 items in the tool. Not sure yet on earnings for last month as N* are querying my billing; looks like I am not alone from Chat. Have sent a full schedule of my work, so hopefully it will get sorted.

I’ve signed up to Appen but am a bit stuck with it! I can’t figure out how I get jobs - have tried to do the training ones but there’s never any work available when I click the links so I’m a bit confused about how I get my level up. Is it just a case of leaving it open and refreshing for a while?

No Am** for me this month either.

As far as I know we get paid for the Appen Su* skips. We have to self invoice so it would be a bit hard to work out which was which. I'm using Toggl to track my time and input on the invoice sheet.

6 items on Amur for me his morning. Wasn’t sure I’d get back on, as I’ve still got an outstanding item from April that was supposed to be here last week. April seemed OK I got £70 in refunds, two straight to charity shop things and one to keep, if it ever turns up.

When do they put reimbursements through?

When and how do Clickworker pay out? I’ve had an amount payable for ages now and it doesn’t seem to be paying out. I read it would automatically be done but it isn’t?

Scratch that, I’ve sorted it! Was just being daft.

5 on Am** for me this month. The first item was dire, the second looks just as bad! Hope there'll be something worthwhile this month (everything crossed!!)

Ooh back on Amur this month too, second month for me. Waiting for reimbursements from last month still though - is this normal?

@homesickinscotland reimbursements get added after you submit your invoice. By the 7th usually.

First item for me is from a scam site so I'm skipping. Hope the next isn't a load of old shite

Completed A$$r, product-wise my worst month yet. The absolute worst was a supply of expensive weight loss hot drinks! And then weirdly had to order a bottle of gin from a major supermarket via their delivery service, they will think I nuts ordering just one item!!!

So far I've got a horrible hoodie that was meant to be a TShirt that then changed to a hoodie when I clicked on visit website. When I went to purchase the price increased by over a tenner!

Ok round for me. Keeping three - a decor item that I like and two that are not worth returning (different country) but I like them both and will happily keep them - a nice kids lunchbox and an eyeshadow palette I like the look of.
I also got a top around £40 but it wasn't available in my size so will return it, and a necklace for £75 that isn't me at all so I want to return but the returns section of the website doesn't load so I'm a bit sceptical it will happen! If it does happen I'd consider it a good round.

I'm also on Sd and just blundering through it not sure what I'm doing - but my experience sounds similar to @LoLo2020 and others so that's reassuring! Thank God for this thread!

People on S**d, what do you do when the SRT tool tells you there's no more jobs to review right now? Are you meant to pause your timer? Worried about productivity rate but there seem to be so many gaps that if I pause every time it'll take me twice as long to clock up the hours

Am is a write off for me this month. Previews not loading!

Does it take a while to get studies on prolific? I filled in my details and answered all the questions over the weekend but it still says waiting on studies 💤

Bit of a crap month again on Am'r for me. One skip, some terribly scummy looking foundation from China, a mug, wright loss gummies and a planter. Not the worst but not the best either. Won't really make anything off it I don't think.

@Viixie - The prolific studies come through randomly and you have to be quick to grab them as they fill up incredibly quickly. You can get a Chrome extension that pings you when there's a new study available - definitely worth getting
