@otterseas do you know if anyone's invoice got paid?

Catatemyhomework · 14/02/2020 16:32

Don't seem to be doing terribly well on UTest at the moment. Had one rejected and two approved today. I think I have made a grand total of about £20 so far this month and have probably spent in excess of 20 hours on it. I declined a test earlier as it looked really complicated and I don't think I would be able to get my head around it. I'm feeling tired today and hormonal so am looking for easy wins! Grin

otterses · 14/02/2020 16:36

@nothingchangesonnewyearsday

Guessing you mean CT? I sent my invoice off an hour ago, no payment yet. It's usually same day with PayPal but I did send it later then usual.

bluersky · 14/02/2020 16:36

@MoreMoneyPlease thanks for your reply. I will do the same and keep the emails. Ta for the tip!

I have had some teething problems with my freetrade account (which were entirely my fault!) I used somebody's link about 10 days ago and it has taken until today fot the £1 to credit to my account. Apologies to whoever I have seemingly messes about!

bluersky · 14/02/2020 16:42

I have approved to Mturk - but not sure if I will bother with it as it seems very poorly paid. Someone was asking about payment into GBP recently, so here is a copy and paste from their site, if it is helps anyone:

"How do I receive payment in the local currency of my country?

If you are an eligible non-US Worker with a US bank account, you may transfer your earnings to your US bank account. If you are a Hyperwallet customer, Hyperwallet will automatically transfer earnings from your US Hyperwallet account to your local currency bank account. If you are not a Hyperwallet customer, you may use a third party service provider of your choice to transfer earnings from your US bank account to your local currency bank account. You will receive instructions on the Earnings page when this transfer option is available to you"

Tefiti2 · 14/02/2020 16:51

@otterses nurse shoes? Literally just shoes worn whilst working as a nurse? 😅

otterses · 14/02/2020 16:54

@TheLolaMontez

It's site where you can sell services. There's a normal and weird end of the spectrum Grin

I'm thinking along the lines of getting offering saucy horoscopes ...

OP posts:
otterses · 14/02/2020 16:56

@Tefiti2

😂 the best part is I'm not a nurse.

They were just some practical, clumpy looking black shoes.

TheLolaMontez · 14/02/2020 17:02

How do you sign up @otterses ? I'm totally up for that!

OP posts:
TheLolaMontez · 14/02/2020 17:08

Thanks @otterses I'm just looking at them now, how/why on earth do people buy these things?! 😂😂 "I will deliver an exclusive message as a boatman" WHO WANTS THAT?!

TheLolaMontez · 14/02/2020 17:09

and more to the point, who would pay 8 quid for it?

GachaBread · 14/02/2020 17:14

@spacepoppers some Field Agent jobs have come out just now regarding laundry and also a survey on moisturisers and cleanser. If you do that survey then those jobs should follow for next weekend.

otterses · 14/02/2020 17:16

@TheLolaMontez

I'm honestly baffled by lots of these 😂 I think I might try one of the cheaper spirit animal ones to get an idea of to aim for.

I'm kind of considering a sort of 'I'll make you £500 this year' angle on there and charging a fiver ... then cobbling together some of the easier and guaranteed income bits on here.

I personally think you should offer to crochet replicas of peoples ex's penises and film you setting them on fire. I think people would enjoy that.

OP posts:
TheLolaMontez · 14/02/2020 17:19

Hahahahahahahahahaha that is such a good idea 😂😂😂😂 surely half (at least) of these are total bullshit?! How do you get people to pay you for these "readings"...

otterses · 14/02/2020 17:21

I'm assuming PayPal.

I'm honestly not sure any of them are a joke 😂 the amount of feedback some have!

OP posts:
Suebnm · 14/02/2020 17:21

@bluersky

Thanks for posting that. I must be a bit silly because I still can't figure out how to do it without a US bank account! I am going to chalk it down to experience and not bother about it anymore!

BlackCatFan · 14/02/2020 17:21

Has anyone been paid since we received our statements? looks like it will be Monday now ..

otterses · 14/02/2020 17:21

😂 and I'm really sorry I didn't think of that idea before Valentine's Day @TheLolaMontez. You would have made a killing today!

OP posts:
otterses · 14/02/2020 17:23

Grapevine are looking for people to do a 10 day online community thing about shopping for £75.

(Hoping that refer a friend link works!)

OP posts:
nothingchangesonnewyearsday · 14/02/2020 17:27

@BlackCatFan I've never known them not to pay :-(

otterses · 14/02/2020 17:28

grapevinepanel.co.uk/refer-a-friend/

Apologies. I am a moron.

That's the link for the £75 market research one.

OP posts:
BlackCatFan · 14/02/2020 17:29

@nothingchangesonnewyearsday I think it might just be on Monday now. Could even be in the next few mins. I've not had any issues so far. Just could've really done with the £ today

GachaBread · 14/02/2020 17:37

@otterses @Catatemyhomework regarding chip, how do I fully connect my bank account to it, I have sent a msg to the team but it says all messages will be replied to on Monday now,

I set it up with my card 16 digit numbers, expiry and csv but looking at it further it still says that I need to connect my account, they have taken a small fee from my card too but I know that is normal. I'm with Natwest if that helps
